Mitt “Pierre Delecto” Romney is enjoying an outpouring of “strange new respect” from the media today after voting with the Democrats to impeach President Trump. Thanks to Mitt, the Democrats get to claim that their impeachment show trial was “bipartisan.” Anyone who has followed Mitt’s career could have seen this betrayal coming. This isn’t the first time he’s behaved like a bitter sanctimonious weasel when it comes to Donald Trump. Four years ago, Romney used his clout as the Republican Party’s 2012 nominee to gather the media to Salt Lake City with great fanfare to hear his thoughts on the 2016 race just days before the crucial Michigan primary.

Mansour goes into the Not-So-Wayback Machine to talk about how Obama used Mitt in 2012 to put off the white collar Republican voters and cause them to stay home. (Many of us had doubts; we voted for him anyway.) He had already shafted American workers via his greed and Bain Capital: Bain made a killing for their shareholders by buying out American companies, loading them with debt, bankrupting them, shuttering their factories, and shipping those jobs overseas. Unfortunately for the GOP establishment, the American electorate is not a libertarian think tank worshipping at the Church of Ayn Rand. Let’s take a look at the billions Bain made off of American misery. Here are five examples, conveniently bullet-pointed by Lauren Bloom in a 2012 article at TheStreet.com: And Mansour includes a bullet-pointed list. Romney should be hiding out in the Temple, praying for forgiveness.

How was Romney not laughed out of the senate for using the nom de plume “Pierre Delecto?” It sounds like he's a porn star. I hope he enjoys eating lunch at the "cool kids" table...while it lasts. From now on he should only be referred to as “Pierre Defecto” (Thanks Hannity)

Romney is a globalist and as such could care less about ordinary American workers as long as higher wage American workers can be dumped and their jobs either sent overseas to low wage earning countries or to illegal aliens who those globalists through inaction allowed to get into the USA. The objective of the globalists is to make as much money as possible for themselves. Those globalists hate President Trump whose most important constituency base consists of ordinary American workers. It would be interesting to see how many Romney cronies have been operating in corrupt places like Ukraine and how much money Romney has at stake directly and indirectly in those places.

Romney is the MSM's new McCain. He's a "maverick". He will appear endlessly on Meet the Press. He will be invited to the best cocktail (or in his case, "mocktail") parties. His opinion will be sought on every possible topic. Welcome to your new life, Mitt.

More FTA: The forgotten men and women of the Rust Belt, who suffered the most at the hands of globalist vulture capitalists like Romney, became the heart and soul of the MAGA movement. The voters in Romney’s native state of Michigan rejected him in 2012. They voted for Trump in 2016. Voters in Wisconsin—home of Mitt’s running mate Paul Ryan—rejected Romney in 2012. They voted for Trump in 2016. Voters in the coal and steel towns of Pennsylvania rejected Romney in 2012. They voted for Trump in 2016. Voters in the mill towns of Ohio rejected Romney in 2012. They voted for Trump in 2016. Mitt Romney didn’t just lose in 2012. He shrank the Republican Party. Trump, on the other hand, brought in a whole group of voters who had been sitting on the sidelines or voting for Democrats.

It isn't just psychopaths' who seek public office but also many with an inner sense of destiny. Or is that the same thing? Mitt's motives and machinations are probably complex and he is self-destructing before our eyes. Time to pack it in and go home. A conservative replacement named by Gary Herbert would have enough name recognition for sur election in November. Mitt has been serving himself, not Utah.

Failed presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s impeachment vote betrayal was quickly painted by the far-left media as an act of “courage.” Mr. Romney himself premised his vote by bringing up what he calls his deeply-held religious beliefs. Ah, but a former Romney campaign spokesperson is calling out the Utah senator on that – claiming Romney’s true motivations are nothing more than bitter, jealousy-fueled nonsense mean to curry favor among the D.C. elites. Romney despises President Trump for one thing above all else – Trump is president and he never will be. ’ve never understood Mitt Romney, (Snip) Once the subject turns to politics, law, and morality, the things Romney says and his actions don’t quite match, or his reasoning doesn’t cohere. Unable to understand him, I’ve found him impossible to believe. And on two subjects in particular it has been impossible to reconcile his words and actions: abortion and Donald Trump. Exploring the first can help us illuminate his approach to the latter. In 1994, seeking to defeat Ted Kennedy, Romney argued vigorously, but implausibly, that he was as much or more pro-choice than Ted Kennedy. He and his wife went to a Planned Parenthood fundraiser and donated $150 to

The U.S. Treasury Department has started turning over confidential banking records related to Hunter Biden in response to requests from Senate investigative committees. Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson asked the treasury in November for "suspicious activity reports," banking alerts involving money laundering or fraud, related to Biden and his associates. A spokeswoman for Sen. Ron Wyden, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, told Yahoo News that the department has already started turning over records. The Wyden spokeswoman criticized the Treasury Department for "rapidly complying" with the requests, calling the Republican-led Senate investigation of Biden a "sideshow.”

Although I still can’t follow the logic of that last bit, it doesn’t matter. The important thing was what happened in the audience, where there were plenty of intelligent people of deep commitment to religious principle.
