SANTA ANA, California — Emanuel was in disbelief when he saw federal immigration officers show up to his workplace. He never thought they would come for him.
“I told this guy — 'What’s going on?' He told me nothing. He arrests me,” he says.
Emanuel Mendoza-Morales, 42, was born and raised in Mexico, but for the past 17 years he has lived in the United States after illegally entering the country by way of the southern border in 2003. An hour before, officers with Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations office had shown up to the mechanic shop where Mendoza-Morales was working and took him into custody.
Mendoza-Morales is now

His boss probably knew he was an illegal, and should be prosecuted and/or get a hefty fine. I think Emmanuel should be brought back to the shop to identify and retrieve his tools and take them back to Mexico where he can work and live happily ever after, amen.

In one sense I can relate to his losing his tools. Good tools are for a lifetime. I was all agitated and torn up when my ex allowed her no-good bum of a boyfriend to have access to thirty years worth of really good tools. What a loss! With all the emotions involved in my separation, those tools weren’t on my mind when I left.

Oh here we go..."Mendoza-Morales says he has been arrested twice for driving under the influence and once for a “license issue.” But ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Los Angeles Field Office Director David Marin, who is across the room, later says he has been convicted of DUI four times in the region..."
And we're supposed to feel sorry for this guy? DAM these bleeding heart liberals!

It's always a tear jerker when they get caught but four DUIs is a lot and probably means that he drinks and drives many more times than that. Think about how many people he could have killed. Hopefully the wall will make Mexico his permanent home now.

This article may be the best example of what journalism has become. It reads like the ramblings of a wino. Somebody buy an editor!

If you are going to be somewhere you shouldn't be, step one is to blend in and not attract attention. Getting a DUI attracts attention. Getting four screams "I am stupid!. Deport me!"

LMAO at reply number 3 which said to deport this guy's tools.
It's a great idea.
It's a lot harder to come back across the border with $5,000 dollars worth of tools on your back.
Might slow him down a bit.

Start housing the illegals with the governor and legislators and hold them accountable for the illegals and we might see a change in attitude. How many 10's of thousands of our citizens have to suffer carnage nationwide before elites/democrats get it through their skulls that the illegals need to GO?

Every one of those DUIs that he was convicted of probably had 10 more that he wasn't arrested for. And each and every time, this worthless FOREIGNER was willing to risk killing Americans because he wanted to be drunk, and it was inconvenient to get someone to drive him. IMO, that is dozens and dozens of attempted murders. If he took a deer rifle and fired a shot at chest level through the neighborhood a bunch of times, how would that be really any different? He has zero conscience about risking killing others with his irresponsible actions.
And yeah, I have tools that I have fixed cars with from 1966 until now, a lot of them, and I would hate to lose them, but TOO BAD you criminal. Go back and drive drunk in your own country.
