MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — Joe Biden paused and made the sign of the cross when asked for his thoughts on President Trump awarding conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh the Medal of Freedom during his State of the Union address.Biden, 77, said he felt "badly" that Limbaugh, 69, was battling advanced lung cancer, but he ripped the media personality for spending his career "dividing people, belittling people" during a televised CNN town hall on Wednesday. The former vice president specifically referenced Limbaugh's comments regarding minorities.Biden also didn't spare Trump on Wednesday night, describing the Medal of Freedom as "the highest honor that can be bestowed on an civilian."
