WILDWOOD — They took jitneys down from Atlantic City, pre-gamed with Yuenglings and flags at a local Irish bar, and tailgated in the Wildwoods Convention Center parking lot overnight.
If this were summer, the crowd that buzzed Tuesday around the Wildwood boardwalk — with provocative T-shirts and slogans, flashes of defiant patriotism, and generally elevated exuberance just to be there — might have simply blended in with the town’s usual Jersey Shore vibe.
Seems like the counter protestors could do no wrong from the article...

FTA: "...Amy Kennedy, one of the Democrats running against Van Drew and the wife of former Rep. Patrick Kennedy of Rhode Island..."
Just what this country needs, another Kennedy Democrat running for office. s/

from Amy Kennedy's Web site: 5 children.
"Amy serves on the boards of Mental Health America, a leading national advocacy organization; Parity.org, which promotes gender parity at the highest levels of business; and Effective School Solutions, an in-district provider of clinical services to students aged preschool through 12th grade"
Not accomplishment but parity.

“Provocative T shirts and defiant patriotism”. This is what the Philadelphia Inquirer thinks of you. Do not purchase their newspaper/rag. Let it die.

So thrilled to see the state where I was born and raised get on board the Trump train. When I was a young lass, I spent a couple of summer vacations in Wildwood by the Sea with those wide white sand beaches ... probably the best on the Jersey shore.
This event could be the turning point to change New Jersey from blue to red this November. Remember it wasn't that long ago when Governor Christie won the state by a huge majority. It's definitely doable. New Jersey has a large sector of Blue Collar Workers who identify with President Trump's policies. A couple more rallies like this one around the state and would say NJ is in play.

The Republican president is a tough guy.

FTA: "Do not think for one moment that this president cares about you at all,” said Kyle Aldrich of the national Indivisible group. “This is not the time to seek common ground. Because I can tell you that the common ground is not there.”
From the "National Indivisible Group", the irony here is so rich! "Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all..." Nope, no common ground they say....

The widdle wefties had their safe space invaded and they were sad. They also behaved themselves because they were way outnumbered. They can all expect more than smiles from defiant patriots this year.
I haven't been to New Jersey in years because the place is like a lower-class version of liberal New York. Their real estate taxes are about four times what neighboring states (except New York) pay but they continue to elect democrats.
#6, Fox cut off rally coverage when the President began talking about the illegal immigrant who was let out of jail and immediately murdered somebody. One of the management didn't like the "inflammatory" language and is apparently pro illegal immigration. They will pay for that in ratings.

I wish President Trump could raise our deep blue state of New Mexico out of the death grip of the left. Our gun grabbing, baby murdering, tax raising governess is on a roll. I'll go vote but this state will probably gives it's electoral votes to the likes of Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden or even Hillary Clinton if she decides to run again but I'll still support and vote for Trump.

You are right about that, #1. Media calling itself b Examiner, usually examines its own navel. Writer called what he saw ''flashes of defiant patriotism.'' Didn't help his blindness.
I very seriously DOUBT such statements as: ''Dawn Liston of Williamstown said protesters were spit on by Trump rally goers when they arrived with signs.'' The same kind of people who clean up after themselves are NOT going to spray bodily fluids on another human, IMO. THAT is strictly a Democrat Party aficionado tactic.
Statement like Kyle Aldrich, ''This is not the time to seek common ground. Because I can tell you that the common ground is not there.'' The common ground it there for the taking, and has been since 1789.
To sum it up, I love this quote: ''[Trump’s] kind of an asshole, but so is my dad, and he’s the best person in the world,'' Wistar said. Bottari nudged him and added, ''And so are we!'' Amen brother, preach on.

Is this a "news" article or just cheer leading for the National Socialists Party of America? Goering, Himmler and Hitler would be so proud of today's "democrat" party.

#16 - I feel and hear your pain. As a New Mexico resident, I love living here. However, this state is politically hostile to me. Much of NM is the equivalent of a southern plantation. Here people are being kept on the government reservation which also applies to non-Native Americans too and is the reason there's no growth and a high crime rate. Folks are being kept on life supports and not being healed and weaned off their monthly SS checks (not the seniors type). It's the liberal way to keep people dependent and NM is a perfect example. I'm sure Bernie Sanders and his brand of socialism will do well here.
It's going to take a charismatic and exciting personality in this state to turn it from blue to red. Right now, I don't see anyone who fits that description on the horizon. Where has Governor Susana Martinez disappeared to? Where is John Sanchez, the former lieutenant Governor? Either of these two could win the open senate seat coming up in November.

I love the protestor's sign about VanDrew saying ' do what you were elected to do '. What hypocrisy ! The lady thinks the Democrats, who have done virtually no legislating, were elected to spend 99% of their time investigating the President and other Republicans, and ZERO time working on behalf of the Nation. They only work on the NEGATIVE, not the POSITIVE. They move backwar, not forwards, and refuse to work with the GOP on important legislation, which is just backed up in the Senate.

Typical biased news article. I don't believe Trump protesters spit on the so-called demonstrators. Nor do I think that anyone said the media is owned by the Jews. The usual Leftist tropes that so-called reporters write into their articles. Sick, sick, sick to death of these people.
Trump rocked in deep blue Jersey. Can't wait until he comes to NY.
