PARK CITY, Utah — Since losing the 2016 election to Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton has released a memoir about that defeat, launched a political action committee and penned another book about “gutsy women” with her daughter, Chelsea. But Clinton’s most prominent return to the public eye has come at the Sundance Film Festival, where the former Secretary of State unveiled a candid four-hour documentary series, “Hillary.” Clinton is aware that some thought she would slink away after 2016. “Yes, they did, didn’t they?” Clinton said in an interview in Park City. “Well, that was never an option.” Nanette Burstein’s “Hillary,” which Hulu

She's making her move. This crooked POS will never quit. She is a known law breaker and still runs free. It is a disgrace that "oh so great" AG Barr has not had her indicted and put away forever. Here we have President Trump under fire for doing absolutely nothing wrong while all the Obama crooks are still free. This is not justice and should not be allowed to continue.

Why havnt the treasoncrats introduced a constitutional amrndement ? They know it wont get ratified. But in the meantime, any republican that wins without the popular vote is illegitimate. Ignoring the fact that Bill Clinton won a plurarality of the vote....never the majority.

Have at it Hillary. There is a process for making Constitutional changes. You should get it started and by the time it's finished you'll be stumbling around in the woods whining about your "glory days" and how "you coulda been a contender". Oh wait, you already are. Too late, LOSER. Hillary, much smarter people than you knew, that to form a FAIR union and avoid tyranny of the majority, similar to what happened in the House voting for impeachment, they needed to balance the power of the large states in voting for president. The president needs to be the president of the whole Country, not just New York and a California full of ILLEGAL voters. Still, have at it Hillary. It will be one more failure to add to your legacy.

1) The states/colonies were here first. The federal government came later. It was in that Declaration and stuff. 2) The mania for national this and national that comes exclusively from Democrats who exclusively want all power concentrated in one city. States will just be lines on a map - administrative districts for Big Brother. 3) Hillary's entire 'data model' and strategy were based on eking out a victory. They had zip-code-by-zip-code information and were trying cynically to count votes based on sex, religion, race, etc. before the election. What they didn't factor in: Hillary is a repellent shrew. Hillary is a sick individual mentally and physically. I don't buy the 'Hillary didn't visit Wisconsin' theory of her loss except to note that her health prevented her from doing so. Hillary campaigned lots of other places and still lost. And so, Hillary is attempting to apply criteria now that are the opposite of her criteria then. She saw her husband sneak into the presidency and planned to do same. In addition, a 51% win would have given her the maximum number of states and voters against which to seek reprisals. She is a vindictive cow.

How about whoever wins the EC/House district vote has that EC vote allocated proportionally? How many people are in districts who don't bother to vote anymore due to their conclusion the rest of the state's vote will simply disenfranchise them by allocating it away to the Dem or Rep? Instead of 5-6 "swing" states, we'd have 435 districts being actively courted - let the Senators vote as they deem, which would likely be on partisan basis. Then, install finger print technology to ensure only the correct, eligible person is voting.

This is not a pure democracy. It is a representative democracy. Even in places like the United Kingdom, another fine democratic nation, the head of government (the prime minister) is NOT elected by popular vote. In fact, the party who wins a majority (or a coalition of parties who band together if there is no majority party) elects the prime minister. That is STILL a representative democracy, not a pure one. If someone wants to win the presidency, play by the existing rules and win. Stop grousing about the rules when you cannot deliver. THAT is what losers do!

For it is the combined stupidity and arrogance of Cali and NY that has been running the investigation and hearing farces we have been tortured with the past three years. After Schiff telling the American people via the Senate that they cannot be trusted to not vote for Trump, they are trying to interfere in our rights as voters by removing Trump from the ballot. I truly hope this is making a point for people, so that come primary and general election time, they will vote to dump most of the democrats in congress this year.

The reason for the EC is just as valid today as it was at the time of our founding. Coastal factions should not control the Presidency- today we have even more reason to keep the EC--it makes election fraud overall more difficult by diffusing its impact to a few blue states. Makes it a lot harder to screw with 51 elections than it is to run up fraudulent vote numbers in coastal urban enclaves. Screw PIAPS.

No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

During the interviews on Sunday, Manchin repeatedly claimed that he was not open to ending the filibuster because he did not want to strip the minority party of their power in the Senate, but signaled that he was open to changing it.Fox News host Chris Wallace asked Manchin if he would consider “reforming the filibuster” if “Republicans

In an open letter released Sunday, Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden urged him to “honor his commitment” and include the Hyde Amendment in Democrats’ $1.9 trillion COVID-19 spending package, writing “we feel used and betrayed.” The letter states: We are very disappointed about the COVID-19 relief package’s exclusion of the Hyde Amendment, a longstanding bipartisan policy that prevents taxpayer funding for abortion. [snip] As pro-life leaders in the evangelical community, we publicly supported President Biden’s candidacy with the understanding that there would be engagement [with] us on the issue of abortion and particularly the Hyde Amendment

If you had any doubts that Meghan Markle is a manipulative piece of work, her bombshell Oprah interview Sunday night dumping on the British monarchy would set you straight. Prince Harry’s American wife accused his family of hateful racism against her baby, claimed they refused to protect her and drove her to the point of suicide. She made the incendiary and implausible charge that when she was pregnant with Archie, the royal family decreed that her unborn son would be denied the title of “prince” because her mixed race meant he might have dark skin.

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
