Why Criminal Prosecution Might Be
The Least Of Ilhan Omar’s Legal Concerns

Original Article

The Department of Justice has reportedly assigned an FBI special agent to work with Immigration and Customs and Enforcement and the Department of Education Inspector General Charge to investigate Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) for alleged criminal violations relating to perjury, immigration fraud, marriage fraud, state and federal tax fraud, federal student loan fraud, and bigamy. As an immigration lawyer, the very first question that came to mind when I read these reports was what immigration consequences, if any, could attach in the event that any of the above allegations are proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

FTA: Rep. Ilhan Omar needs competent immigration counsel to ensure that there is no threat of her losing her citizenship, or, worse, deportation. If she committed offenses that call for loss of citizenship and/or deportation, why should she be free of such a threat? Properly applying the law is now objectionable?

I keep expecting far more action from her imam regarding her brazen promiscuity with an infidel. Especially while wearing the traditional head gear of the muslim women. She has embarrassed her religion on the national stage, and she should by all rights have been punished for that long ago. I guess the muslims have their double standards like democrats do. If the reports are correct, not only did she lie on her own applications, but her war criminal father is supposedly living in this country as well. There is a huge scandal just waiting to be exposed here. If Hildabeest thinks it is her interest to help expose the illegal behavior, she will do so. Omar's scandal would blow so many democrat problems off the front pages.

Great article up until the end where there's this gem: "my preliminary analysis is that Omar is in need of competent immigration counsel to ensure that there is no threat of her losing her citizenship, or, worse, the prospect of deportation back to a country she fled as a child." No threat?! I want her gone. Cheating, lying America hater that she is. Let it be a lesson to others who fraudulently game the system and especially those who presume to rule us when they have no right to even be here.

A family member married a woman in an Asian country. This woman has a daughter from a previous marriage. When they were trying to get visa to move to the US, the daughter had to take not one but 2 DNA tests to prove she was the daughter of his new wife before they would issue a visa. I guess they learned something from the Somali experience.

Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) led his opening argument in the Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump on Wednesday by citing allegations of “Russia collusion” that have been debunked. Schiff tried to argue that the Senate had a duty to remove President Trump from office for allegedly inviting foreign interference by Ukraine in the 2020 presidential election because he supposedly invited Russia to interfere in 2016. (Snip) Schiff was referring to a press conference in July 2016 at which Trump joked about Russia finding the approximately 33,000 emails that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had deleted from her illicit private email server.

CLAIM: President Donald Trump withheld a White House meeting, and military aid, from Ukraine until it agreed to announce investigations. VERDICT: False. There is no direct evidence of that in the entire House record. Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) laid out the case against President Trump in opening arguments on Wednesday in the Senate impeachment trial. The core of his claim was that Trump withheld a White House meeting from new Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as well as essential military aid, unless and until Ukraine announced investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden and 2016 interference in the U.S. election. Every part of that claim is untrue, and

Even though he lacked background in either, James secured a position as executive vice president at the newly formed HillStone International, LLC.

There is certainly no shortage of examples to illustrate Harwood’s left-wing bias, but then again, the list to showcase CNN’s runs even longer, making the pair a perfect fit.

House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff appears to have mischaracterized a text message exchange between two players in the Ukraine saga, according to documents obtained by POLITICO — a possible error the GOP will likely criticize as another example of the Democrats’ rushed effort to impeach President Donald Trump. The issue arose when Schiff (D-Calif.) sent a letter to House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.)(Snip) summarizing a trove of evidence from Lev Parnas, (Snip). In one section of the letter, Schiff claims that Parnas “continued to try to arrange a meeting with President Zelensky,” citing a specific text message exchange where Parnas tells Giuliani: “trying to get us mr Z.”

The media landscape in 2020 is radically different than even the vitriolic (and sometimes physically dangerous) climate that enveloped the 2016 election. Still, many newspaper editorial boards are going about business as usual by issuing formal endorsements of candidates in the Democratic primary — as The New York Times did on Sunday night with Sens. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. — before they will most likely endorse the party's nominee over Donald Trump, much as they did in 2016. But editors nationwide need to wake up to the new reality and sit out endorsing anyone in the 2020 election.
