Trump administration starts returning
migrants deep into Mexico to combat
border crisis

The Trump administration has started returning Mexican migrants deep into the country’s interior as part of an expanding effort to deter illegal immigration and combat the ongoing crisis at the border. The Department of Homeland Security started running flights from Tucson, Ariz., to Guadalajara in December. Officials say the migrants being returned are all Mexican nationals from non-border Mexican states who typically have either recently illegally entered the U.S., or who had gone through the court system but were ruled to be deportable by an immigration judge.

Comments:

President Eisenhower deported 1.3 million illegals back into Mexico. If only following Presidents had the backbone to emulate Eisenhower the Left wouldn't have had such an easy time adulterating the electorate with ready-made Democratic voters. The Dems never played fair-time to use their own weapons against them.

We heard of this new program some weeks ago. Now it will be actively occurring - end of this month. Lots of whining about safety for migrants, bla bla bla, by those who had no idea of how unsafe the flooding of the border area on both sides was for migrants and for the residents on our side as well. The chattering Dems see potential voters getting away. Too bad. /s

That’s what used to happen in the old days, before the cheap labor loving politicians sabotaged those old return programs, that had aircraft taking illegal aliens who resided someplace in the interior of Mexico to Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico along with a ship that that such illegal aliens to Merida, Yucatán, Mexico. Those programs served to deter illegal aliens released along the borderline from immediately again crossing the borderline back into the USA illegally, since upon arrival at Leon or Merida their permanent Mexican home town residences would usually be hundreds of miles closer and easier to get to then a long trip back up to the borderline. You can say this would be an interim policy since once an effective borderline barrier (the wall) is completed it will it make it very hard for large numbers of future illegal aliens to unlawfully cross the borderline into the USA.

Police in New York are increasing their presence in subways Friday after members of the far-left Antifa movement called for a mass protest against law enforcement and transit fares. The Police Benevolent Association of New York City issued a strong warning ahead of Friday’s Antifa demonstration, urging New Yorkers to “pay close attention.”“This is [the] true endgame of the anti-police movement, an end of all policing & destruction of public order,” the group said in a tweet. “Our members have spent their careers -- and in some cases given their lives -- to bring public safety back to NYC. We can't go backwards.”

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., has been a loud and constant voice for socialist policies throughout his 30 years in Washington, D.C., a self-proclaimed champion of the collective good. But in researching my new book, "Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Political Elite," I discovered that while Sanders may talk about the common good, his public service has made him and his family quite wealthy. Perhaps no one has benefited more from Sanders’s career in politics than his wife Jane.

WASHINGTON — Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Wednesday that two House chairmen who led President Donald Trump's impeachment inquiry will be among the House prosecutors for Trump's Senate trial. They are Democrats Rep. Adam Schiff, chair of the Intelligence Committee, and Rep. Jerry Nadler, chair of the Judiciary Committee. Trump was impeached by the Democratic-led House last month on charges of abuse of power over his pressure on Ukraine to investigate Democratic rival Joe Biden as Trump withheld aid from the country. He was also charged with obstructing Congress’ ensuing probe.

Diogenes is said to have asked what is the difference between a man and a plucked chicken since both are featherless bipeds. Senator Mitt Romney (R-Utah) calls this into question again today. Romney’s vote to convict President Trump of “abuse of power” for inquiring into the flow of money from Ukraine into the pockets of the Bidens after the appearance that Vice President Joe Biden had directly intervened in Ukrainian internal affairs either to repay the favor or shield the corruption from sunlight, is among the most degraded public acts of a generation. Speaker Nancy Pelosi is commonly referred to in Washington as a master tactician. But like the partisan impeachment fiasco and the humiliating Iowa caucus disaster, her selection of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to deliver this year’s response to President Trump’s State of the Union address was a major strategic misstep. The selection of Whitmer was a politically calculated decision to introduce a relatively new name on the national scene from a state that will play a critical role in November. The irony of Whitmer’s selection, however, is that she represents exactly what is wrong with today’s Democratic Party — unrealistic promises, massive tax hikes,
