A WPIX cameraman was fired after a Muslim anchorwoman and other station staffers falsely accused him of racism and Islamaphobia, he claims in an explosive lawsuit. “I feel heartbroken and morally and professionally violated,” Ken Evseroff, 52, told The Post. In October 2018 Narmeen Choudhury, who had worked with Evseroff in the field as a reporter when not filling in on the anchor desk, first complained to the station’s human resources department about Evseroff. The Queens-born Choudhury, 38, a Muslim Bangladeshi-American and mother of two who has worked at WPIX since 2011, claimed the white Evseroff made “rude, racist and/or sexist comments” during nearly every assignment they

Comments:

Take heed folks. Tribune Media, WPIX's owners said Evseroff's personal Facebook comments WPIX could be “perceived” as racist. So hate crimes aren't enough: it's what the hearer thinks you meant. Christians, Irish, Jews, Italians, Poles....could all get someone fired now. Right?

Again, "Muslim" is not a race. It is a religious/political ideology. It is not racist to disagree with it, question it, or oppose is.

Anyone who believes a Practicing Muslim is a fool. Islam is not a religion. Islam is Government. Muammar Gaddafi - Libya Speech (10 April 2006), quoted in New York Sun (6 September 2009) ‘Terrorists Promise More Attacks Like 9/11’ by Steven Stalinsky; Muammar Qaddafi - Libya We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe—without swords, without guns, without conquest—will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades. Qaddafi is not the only Muslim leader who believes this quote. The rest of the world seems to not believe this quote even though they can see it happening before their very eyes. Talk about committing by ignorance.

Never put a time limit on your doomsday predictions. This rookie error has been the undoing of charlatans, cultists and false prophets through the ages, from Martin of Tours, who predicted that the world would end by 400, to Harold Camping, who claimed it would happen on Sept. 6, 1994. The latest poor saps to join the oops club are the authorities in charge of Montana’s Glacier National Park. For years they’ve been warning on their visitor signs that their main attraction, the glaciers, would be “gone by 2020.” Instead, it’s those misleading signs that have had to go, because 2020 has now arrived and those pesky glaciers

Don’t let them find out about ‘Wall’ Street. The City Council’s Committee on Immigration is mulling a bill that would bar municipal government workers from using the terms “alien,” “illegal alien” or “illegal immigrant” in official documents. “I introduced this bill because words matter and the language we use or choose to use has power and consequences,” said Councilman Francisco Moya (D-Queens) — who first floated the proposal late last month — in a Thursday committee hearing. The legislation proposes the term “noncitizen” as an alternative.

The victim was stabbed on 30th Street and Fifth Avenue in Midtown just before 9 a.m. by a suspect who then hopped into the passenger seat of a gray Honda and took off, cops said. Police are now hunting for the suspect, who was described as a male in his 30s, possibly with a face tattoo. The victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

These are the two dozen new photos revealing Bill Clinton’s 2002 trip to Africa aboard Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express” — with other celebrities and an Epstein accuser in tow. The slew of images, obtained Thursday by The Post, show a smiling Clinton posing alongside Epstein’s alleged madam Ghislaine Maxwell and Chauntae Davies, the masseuse who has accused the dead financier of rape. The humanitarian trip, which Davies says was hosted by Clinton’s foundation, also included actors Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker, who appear in shots with Davies and Maxwell.

"Pray to Saint Greta Thunberg, Saint of Climate Change," the Shrine On description reads. The candle, which includes a picture of Greta Thunberg dressed up as Jesus Christ often is in votive candles, sells for $18 plus shipping. The larger message of the campaign is that “when it comes to wireless networks, just OK is not OK.” According to some dubious test, AT&T is allegedly “America’s best network.” To launch this concept, AT&T and its marketing geniuses at the Omnicom Group designed a series of scenarios in which an incompetent white professional or service worker offers

The couple who shot up a kosher market in Jersey City last month and the suspect in the Hanukkah stabbings in upstate Monsey had connections to the Black Hebrew Israelites, a secretive sect with some members preaching hate against Jews. David Anderson, one of the shooters killed in the Dec. 10 firefight which resulted in six dead, published rabid anti-Semitic screeds on social media and was inspired by the group. Grafton Thomas, the accused stabber who injured five Hanukkah celebrants inside a rabbi’s home last week, had attended the sect’s house of worship in East Harlem. For decades, land-use regulation across the U.S. has emphasized single-family houses on large lots. This approach has priced many people out of the quintessential American dream: home ownership. It also has promoted suburban sprawl — a pattern of low-density, car-dependent development that has dominated growth at the edges of urban areas since the end of World War II. Now, however, Americans may be starting to question the desirability of a private house. In the past year, the Minneapolis City Council and the state of Oregon have voted to allow duplexes and other types of multi-unit housing in neighborhoods where currently only single-family homes currently are allowed.

The Washington Post recently published a surprising indictment of MSNBC host Rachel Maddow. Post media critic Erik Wemple wrote that Maddow deliberately misled her audience by claiming the now-discredited Steele dossier was largely verifiable — even at a time when there was plenty of evidence that it was mostly bogus. At the very time Maddow was reassuring viewers that ex-spook Christopher Steele was believable, populist talk radio and the much-criticized Fox News Channel were insisting that most of Steele’s allegations simply couldn’t be true.

It looks like a seizure of the U.S. embassy in Baghdad by Iranian militants has been averted. In so doing, President Trump — with full credit to our troops — has averted not only a Benghazi but a Jimmy Carter. The parallels between what happened in the Middle East the final week of December 2019 and what happened in the Middle East the final weeks of 1979 are chilling. Hollywood celebrity is tough to shuck, at least for Meghan Markle, last seen in a starring role as Duchess of Sussex. Instead of marveling at her fairy tale ending with her marriage to Prince Harry in the U.K., she's made it clear she wants to go back to the Hollywood celebrity circuit, that "b" list group that makes loud leftwing noises to get attention -- and movie roles. Harry can come along for the ride if he wants, but he's probably going to get chewed up and spat out in the long run. She'll dump him when he gets inconvenient. It's pretty clear by the latest stunt she pulled

Harry and Meghan don’t know how good they have it. They want to bust out of their gilded cage and roam free, but they’re so naive they’re like fluffy kitties who have never crossed a busy road before and are likely to get squashed if they try. They hate the “Royal Rota” system, in which a designated royal reporter and photographer cover their events as representatives of the entire media and the royals

For most of the twenty-first century, the world’s oldest surviving democracy has been led by a chief executive who received fewer votes than his opponent in an election for the position. The first of these executives started a war based on false pretenses that killed hundreds of thousands of civilians. The second — a serial abuser of women who hired as his campaign manager a lobbyist for violent dictatorships - authorized an immigration policy that forcibly separated migrant children from their families and indefinitely detained them in facilities described as “concentration camps.” Democracy, as they say, is messy.
