Sorry, I don't think ex-football players' political opinions are any more valid than ex-actors' opinions and deserve NEWS coverage. The opinions that matter are those of millions of voters of whatever race. Seems Trump's ahead.

Matthew 18 comes to mind.
The last shall be first, and the first shall be last.
I welcome them aboard the Trump Express, making America great again, on citizen at a time.

Every black who supports PDT and makes these kind of predictions is a self made entrepreneur standing on his own two feet. The very feet which made him walk off the plantation. More the merrier.

Well...……...here is a former NFL player who has survived the brutal game of football without a concussion that affects the thought processes. Kudos to Mr. Brewer for refusing to take the old "blacks always vote democrat" line of crap.

Good for them. While they're at it let the president condemn decades of black and white Democrat pols for ignoring (if not profiting from) the degradation of blacks in America. Vets for Trump 2020 ”

Mr. Brewer is a wise man - for seeking 'the truth', and then giving his opinion. Considering the backlash I'm sure he's receiving, he is willing to face it with courage and conviction. Bless him and all the others like him who are on the front lines of this battle to keep our America a strong, just and free nation. One of my heroes.

Anybody who supported Barack Obama at any point in time is brain damaged and can't be trusted. The man was evil from the start. Brewer merely repeats points that have been obvious to us for a couple of years.

Here in Utah we have another black, former NFL player supporting President Trump and running for congress - Burgess Owens, and as another poster said - the more the merrier!

Former professional sports figures, popular rappers, actors and rock stars might not impress some of us nor do I care what their politics are but they do have followers and touch audiences, that's what counts. This is devastating news for democrats it only takes a few at a time to convince others. Maybe blacks will stop using the term Uncle Tom on other blacks who move right and off the democrat plantation in order to help themselves and their families. We can only hope.

I love that more black people are coming to our side, but I'm bothered by something I see happening. I watch events on YouTube such as the President's launching of the Blacks for Trump organization. The conversation is about how the democrats didn't do anything for blacks except give out handouts. But then, the conversation turns to how the Trump admin/Republicans are helping blacks by providing minority only benefits such as the Empowerment Zone. To me this is government handouts by another name, affirmative action-type gimmies, or the segregation of government piece of the pie "benefits." Perhaps it's a start, but the goal of conservatism is limited government and free enterprise. Yes, I know PDT is a different kind of Republican and he's not conservative, but he's good for conservatism. The appeal to blacks seems to me to be Republicans taking over and fulfilling Democrat promises to black people. While it may win votes, I just don't see it as a good start for conservatism, and we all know Republicans have an identity crisis right now. I appreciate others' thoughts on this, and I hope my fears are unfounded.

No. No. No. We need to keep the black population ignorant, in poverty, and dependent on the government for everything. We want more crime and more drugs in the black community, more broken homes, and more black school dropouts. It's the progressive way!

I see a growing polarization in the black community when it comes to Trump and conservatism. More blacks are turning to support Trump-and it must be connected to the dropping unemployment rate. It seems to me that anyone who has a job, owns property, is raising a family, has some skin in the game and has taken responsibility for their own life. More blacks unemployed means more blacks with something to lose and Trump is the one who made their new situation possible. There are those who will never amount to anything (not just blacks) and will always need a scapegoat for their personal failures. Professional blacks must be deeply embarrassed when videos of flash mobs storm shopping malls and cause mayhem, of this attack at a Rabbi's home, of the recent subway attack on a Jewish man and woman by a black woman who didn't like being asked to move her bags off the seat. Everyone is anxious about the 2020 election and what will transpire-I think that, among other things, a huge wave of support for Trump will emerge from the black community. And a lot of violence too.

#9 has it. Now to keep the professional Republicans out of this "conversion". Let those of "The Community" settle this themselves.

Great point, #10. The goal here and the mandate of the law is that blacks be treated equally in all things. Having organization that begin with Black... Whatever and creating exclusivity is pandering and it is wrong, especially in government. The Republicans had better be careful or their love affair will turn into nothing more than what the democrats have been doing since the great giveaway artist, Lyndon Johnson, began in the sixties that has subsequently created so much taxpayer abuse, waste and racism. Justice is blind, except for skin color.

I really like Jack Brewer - he’s on Fox Business Maria in the Mornings a few times a month. He’s got lots of good things he’s involved in, would like to hear more about them. Not a stupid ‘foootball’ player. A sharp guy, compared to a large number of ‘talking heads’ you see as Fox News ‘contributors’.
