On Sunday’s broadcast of CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) said praying for President Donald Trump was “one of the greatest spiritual challenges” he had ever dealt with. Coons said We’ve had a number of sharp exchanges. And, you know, the- the president’s been a real challenge for me to find ways to work with. I’ll tell you that praying for the president is probably one of the greatest spiritual challenges I’ve had to work through in my life. I was raised to pray for those in positions of authority, the senators and governors and congressmen and president.

Don't do it then.. if there's no sincerity , then it becomes meaningless. I can pray for a presumably educated adult who finds nothing repugnant let alone immoral in killing babies in the safety of their mothers' wombs.. and, even worse, sees nothing wrong with letting a born baby die without attention.

Yes, it's hard for someone dedicated to evil to pray - which requires reaching out to God. I seem to remember Jesus saying, "There will be those who say to me, "Lord, Lord..., but I know them not."

Senator Coons is a former Biden aide and no doubt that’s how he got into political position to run for the US Senate in Blue State liberal Democrat Delaware. It’s funny, maybe based upon incompetence, when the FNC has Coons on to express his opinion about the Democrat created impeachment inquisition, and Trump asking the Ukrainian President to cooperate with the US Attorney General regarding suspected Biden perpetrated nepotistic corruption in Ukraine, possibly involving laundered US foreign aid money, that occurred at the time Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s Vice-President designed to lead US foreign policy towards Ukraine, including handing out huge amounts of US foreign aid money, without pointing out that Coons is a former Biden political aide who no doubt as a Biden loyalist has a big time conflict of interest.

President Trump and Barack Obama are locked in a dead heat as 2019’s most admired man, according to a new study that underscores the political divide in America. It was Trump’s first time earning the distinction and his predecessor’s 12th.The Gallup poll, conducted each year since 1948, asked Americans to name which man and woman living anywhere in the world they admire most.Of the people surveyed between Dec. 2 and 15, 18 percent of respondents named both Obama and Trump. But the results were predictably split along party lines — with 41 percent of Democrats naming Obama and 45 percent of Republicans choosing Trump.

Some Virginia elected officials have called for the National Guard to carry out such confiscation, which would imply the arrest and disarmament of local officials who get in the way. Governor Northam has stopped short of adopting such an idea, but he will not rule it out.
