More than 2,500 dead Americans remain on the voter rolls in Detroit, Michigan, according to a federal lawsuit filed this week. The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a lawsuit in federal court this week against the city of Detroit for allegedly failing to maintain their voter rolls, including keeping more than 2,500 dead Americans aged 85 and older on the rolls. After obtaining voter data from the state of Michigan earlier this year, PILF researchers said they discovered that a number of registered voters had either “impossibly old” or “disqualifying young” date of births. In one case, for example, PILF researchers said they found that a registered voter stated they

This condition exists in every major city. There is a huge expense in identifying and mailing out letters to the families of the deceased or those who have moved. It's also a favorite way for democrats to cheat.

This is why it is so important to get a Republican majority in the hours and senate (need at least 53 in the senate to offset RINOs Collins, Romney and Murkowski), and to keep our President in the White House. Then, the democrats cannot stop major legislation to clean up voter fraud. This would address requiring voter ID, limiting voting to US citizens, making sure that military ballots are processed, requiring county clerks to check voter registration for valid living voters and impose penalties to include significant incarceration for any form of voter fraud. This would cripple the Democrat party for decades.

The Demonrats scream bloody murder when we try to clean up the rolls so that only American citizens who are alive and live in the district, and are not registered elsewhere can vote. The son of the late pastor Billy Graham said his father would have been "disappointed" by Christianity Today's editorial calling for the removal of President Trump, which was widely celebrated by the left and crashed its website. Evangelist Franklin Graham accused the Christian magazine of invoking his father's name to represent "the elitist liberal wing of evangelicalism." The president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan's Purse responded in a lengthy Facebook post late Thursday to the editorial titled "Trump Should Be Removed From Office," just a day after the House of Representatives passed two articles of impeachment against him.

To the delight of conservatives and dismay of liberals, President Trump is doing more to reshape the American judiciary than any president in recent memory. It’s viewed as a “lasting legacy” that will ensure more “conservative” rulings — constitutionalist ones, actually — for perhaps decades to come. Unfortunately, a full understanding of the Constitution and leftists’ nature informs that this is an unfounded assumption. Illustrating the current transformation of the courts, The Daily Signal wrote last month that “‘[o]ne out of every 4 active judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals have been appointed by President Trump,’ says Adam Kennedy, deputy assistant to the president and deputy director of communications

LOS ANGELES, California — Hundreds of charter school advocates arrived outside the Democrat debate at Loyola Marymount University on Thursday evening, swamping the small demonstrations of support for the various candidates. The group, largely composed of black and Hispanic parents and students, marched to the debate venue with a marching band and cheerleaders, and signs such as: “Stop Prepping Black Kids for Prison!”. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi undermined her own assertion that impeachment was a “somber” affair by claiming that people – regardless of political affiliation – have a “spring in their step” following Wednesday’s vote. This, of course, is predicated on the thoroughly false idea that impeachment was a bipartisan effort and was supported by people on both sides of the aisle. Yesterday’s vote was strictly along party lines, with no Republicans siding with Democrats, and President Donald Trump is facing an outpouring of both financial and emotional support as the result of impeachment. The House has voted to impeach President Trump. The historical significance of this event lies mainly in the fact that, until now, no president has been impeached without some allegation in an article of impeachment that he committed a crime. This was also the first impeachment proceeding that had no support in the House from a single member of the president’s party. Legal scholars disagree as to whether impeachment requires a crime. However, the Constitution provides that impeachment of a president is to be for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” I find it hard to read this language as permitting impeachment

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) appears to be considering an idea Democrats have floated for several days of holding back the articles of impeachment to exercise leverage over the Senate and the president. She declined formally to transmit the articles to the Senate on Wednesday evening after the House voted to impeach President Donald Trump. Unfortunately for them, the Senate can act, regardless — and would vote to acquit. That’s because the Constitution is absolutely clear about the Senate’s authority. Article I, Section 3 says: “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.”
