What's the carbon footprint of a military invasion? And where's the army that the U.N. would use to invade a country that emits the CO2 that makes the world greener and greener?
This guy makes me even happier that I ditched academia after getting my Ph.D. and teaching at Harvard. Simon Kent reports for Breitbart:
The United Nations may resort to military action against states that defy its mandates on global climate action, according to Ole Wæver, a prominent international relations professor at the University of Copenhagen.
In an interview with ABC News in Australia, Professor Wæver cautions that what he sees as "climate inaction" might draw the

Using military force to enforce the climate agenda will work REALLY well in communist countries where authorities often do not care about the environment one bit.
This guy is nuts.

There you have it. The reduction of carbon is all about justifying an invasion and plundering of the USofA. And half of our country has been bamboozled into being on the other side.
For those eagerly and enthusiastically awaiting the day we get to play Civil War part duex against the pansy progressive basement dwelling soy boy and trans whatevers, wake the hell up. The gates will be wide open for the Red Chinese, real live meddling Russians, the entire jealous world coming to plunder what we worked for.
It's this simple. We earned great wealth and they want to take it. Those who we pay to protect us have been bought off and are on the other side.
And yes, some are still baffled at how we could have elected Trump. Keep your powder dry and make damned sure we reelect Trump.

Just remember, the Nazi Germany Holocaust wasn't started by a bunch of Generals. It was actually pushed by so-called 'academics'. The Nazis ran with it. What's happening with Climate Change can morph into the same thing. Who will they wipe out to 'save the planet'?

Hopefully the US military would assist in defending any nation that is attacked by climate maniacs.

Once upon a time we defeated an army decked out in red. The U.N. dresses it soldiers in blue.

So a prominent academic in Denmark (military powerhouse) says the UN is going to send its divisions, carrier groups, and missile technology to kick the Chinese butts because they're burning too much coal. I doubt this guy has the intellectual capacity to cook dinner.

And they get their guns and ammo from where? And they train where?
Gimme a break.

These totalitarian wannabes are powerless morons. If the UN tried this in most places it would be committing suicide. Can you imagine them charging into the two biggest polluters, China and India and trying to enforce climate sanctions. You and whose army? The US is not going to support them. No vote would survive the security council.
The Alarmists are getting more desperate and strident but the evidence in NOT there and the public knows that and is Ho Hum about it. They are just NOT going to spend trillions and collapse economies to do anything about it. What the Alarmists are really worried about is, given a little more time and honest efforts, the Alarmists narrative is going to fall apart completely.

Forget what is going on in Hong Kong. Forget what is going on in Venezuela. No, climate change is more dire. NOT! Our climate has been changing since God crested this great earth. God controls the weather, not man!!!

Who is going to supply the armament to the United Nations? The UN has no authority over any countries sovereignty - period. I would not obey anything the UN foisted on me, ever.

Please declare war on US.
The image of Abrams tanks just pounding away at it would be so wonderful.

What country is going to pay the UN to invade them?

If blue helmeted UN troops EVER show up doing anything in the US, they will quickly be targets for some fo those 423 million firearms that ATF says we have.
I think ATF has seriously undercounted, too.

If the UN tries this, they're going to come to the same conclusion that the Japanese Emperor made in WWII. They'll be met with a gun behind every blade of grass so in the end it'll be a no-go.

I find it quite amusing that the two U.N. "peacekeepers" in the photo with the article both have red BFAs (Blank Firing Attachments) on the muzzles of their M-16 rifles. If they arrived on our shores with such attachments, I can assure them that our rifles would not be similarly equipped.

Stupid people often think they are smart and Ole is the perfect example. This dolt was born 15 years after Germany showed the Danes exactly what tyrants look like and how 'organized' life is under a dictator. Waever probably thinks his life of protected academic hot air would make him invaluable to the military forces he so desperately wants to send after people he doesn't like. He should ask some older Danes how Nazis treated moronic professors who thought they were something special.
