Not A Legitimate Proceeding

The impeachment proceedings against President Trump have moved on from the House Intelligence Committee to the Judiciary Committee (which happens to be the only House committee with formal jurisdiction over impeachment). It is chaired by New York Rep. Jerrold Nadler, who has served on the committee for 27 years. Notwithstanding the change in venue, the proceedings are still a farce. They bear only surface resemblance to those in which I (and Nadler) participated 21 years ago. The latest move in this game of impeachment took place on Sunday, when White House Counsel Pat Cipollone sent Nadler a letter telling him that his client —

Little Andrew Incompetano, the NJ judge, was on Fox this afternoon, and I think he said that the procedures for this impeachment are the same as used on Nixon and Dollar Bill Clinton.
Little Andrew supports impeachment, and seemed to defend Lisa Page, saying that he was the object of DJTs unfair criticism, just as Page was.
Little Andrew is off the rails.

The dem's base IS a Leftist mob so they are simply playing to their base. It also exposes the nature of Leftist rule and what voters would be supporting by voting for dems in 2020; a lawless Banana Republic.
Secret inquisitions, gagged opposition, politically biased witnesses who offer opinion but no evidence, suppression of testimony and witnesses, summary judgement in contradiction of the facts. This is the "vision" of the dem party and being practiced in full public view with not a peep of protest from the propaganda media.
This is an abomination of government, law, and justice.

When impeachment is all you have heard for the last three years, reasonable people are going to turn it off, tune it out, and vote to prevent this from happening again. The American people are so fed up with the democrat party doing nothIng for the Country that I believe many Democrats will vote for Trump in 2020. The democrat party has revealed itself to be petty, bitter, lawless and utterly unable to accept the reality of the 2016 election. These show trials have done a lot to reveal just how corrupt the democrats are. However, none of this would be possible without the support of the media which has been the driving force that keeps it alive and in front of the American people. These two forces are committed to shoving this farce down the throats of the American people. 2020 may be a day of reckoning for the democrats and it could not happen to a more deserving group. They would destroy the Republic to gain political power and people are sick of it.

All presidents are merely placeholders. Supreme Court picks are forever. When RBG assumes room temperature that will give the Supreme Court a 7-2 conservative edge. Abortion and gun control are issues that are coming up fast. That is why the libs are going all-out to win in 2020.

These trials have more to do with the 2020 election than they do with impeachment.
The Democrats are trying to poison the selection of Trump voters, but so far all they are doing is convincing Trump voters that they made the right move when they elected him.

It went off the rails when they started out with quid pro quo. Basically, Trump did what every parent has done when dealing with their kids who are acting bratty. You don't behave ... then no dessert! Same thing with Santa. If you're naughty, you get coal instead of candy. Everyone can relate to what Trump was doing, and it isn't bribery. And who would argue with Santa?

This African dictator behavior began with Barry Soetoro, Eric Holder and Valerie Jarrett. It will end with Donald Trump backed by the American people. Just let them "find" something and attempt to impeach him. We are waiting and we are not happy.

Indeed, you can't fool all the people all the time.
#5 raises an interesting point, "However, none of this would be possible without the support of the media which has been the driving force that keeps it alive and in front of the American people". I would add that liberal control of the internet and social media outlets has been a growing and powerful force as well. Google's monitoring of our browsing habits is rampant now. Same is true of FB and Twitter.
Comes November 2020, we will find that the Alinsky tactic of "if you say the same thing long enough and loud enough that the people will start to believe it", is old, obsolete, and no longer works. Especially in a high-tech free and open society, that is.

Congress is the greatest show on earth now that the circus is gone. Meanwhile the coup continues. Voters should not put up with this.

As an added thought: I really think we should start referring to the media as "The Media Monkey's" since they are the main attraction of the demo-circus.
