BREAKING: Federal Judge Says White House
Counsel Don McGahn Must Obey Congressional
Subpoena

United States District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on Monday ruled that White House counsel Dan McGahn must obey Congressional subpoenas and testify in front of House impeachment investigators. Other current and former White House officials defied subpoenas stemming from the Democrats' impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump's call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. "This Court holds that Executive branch officials are not absolutely immune from compulsory congressional process—no matter how many times the Executive branch has asserted as much over the years—even if the President expressly directs such officials' non-compliance," Jackson wrote, according to NPR. The ruling could impact other current and former administration officials

Comments:

Obama judge. However, the dems have yet to issue a single LEGAL subpoena. Instead, they've issued demand letters and called them "subpoena requests" and tried to pass them off as something they are not.

No need to even look. They went judge hunting. It's like if the first doctor won't give you the drugs, you just doctor shop until you find one that will.

This is the most politically charged case in decades involving a Republican President and his staff being harassed by the leftist and liberal Congressional Democrats, and a liberal Democrat Judge appointed by a very liberal Democrat President makes the definitive court ruling, according to Jerold Nadler, that all of the President’s close advisors must appear before the Congressional Democrats and testify against the President anytime those Democrats decide to issue them subpoenas. If this ruling were to stand, the Democrats could issue subpoenas any day of the week requiring the President’s close advisors to appear before them and testify as to the advise they gave the President on all issues, the President’s response, and the deliberative processes being used by them and the President. Who still thinks that the federal courts are not completely politicized? Why would such a Judge issue such a ruling, unless that Judge hopes the matter would come back to her in the future for another ruling that the principle of executive privilege does not exist, at least for Republican Presidents?

Yup, United States District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, a BO appointee in the D.C. circuit, one of the most liberal. This is the same thing that has happened over and over; liberal judge makes ruling and SCOTUS overrules. If you respect the Constitution of separate and coequal branches, the Congress has NO POWER to demand those in the executive to do ANYTHING unless it is specified in LAW as a Congressional prerogative, as per oversight of some type. Of course liberal judges don't feel bound by the Constitution. That is why Trump is replacing them.

Nancy Pelosi fought a lot with her far-left socialist extremist "Squad" members, primarily over the issue of impeaching President Trump. "It's just not worth it," she tried to tell the far leftists in her camp, trying to bat off their yipping and yapping. What the wizened old grande dame of the Democrats feared was a replay of 1998, the Republican bid to impeach Bill Clinton, which left that party out on its ear. She knew that it would be the same for Democrats, and the latter would lose big. She knew,

Yesterday’s news that two different respected polls are showing 34% of African-Americans approving of President Trump is such bad news for Trump-haters that some refuse to believe it. Among those who presume to speak for African Americans is “proud Nicaraguan-AMERICAN” Ana Navarro, a CNN contributor who is nominally a Republican (she supported Jeb! in 2016), but who announced that she voted for Democrats for president and governor of Florida because of her hatred for President Trump. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said Monday that he expects to send a report laying out evidence to support impeaching President Donald Trump to the House Judiciary Committee soon after Thanksgiving. In a letter to his congressional colleagues, Schiff said that evidence gathered from depositions with 17 current and former U.S. officials has revealed “a months-long effort in which President Trump again sought foreign interference in our elections for his personal and political benefit at the expense of our national interest.” The House voted largely along partisan lines on Oct. 31 to open an inquiry into whether Trump should be impeached over his actions towards Ukraine.

A South Carolina state legislator has prefiled a bill that would prevent people younger than 18-years-old from undergoing so-called gender transitions. The Youth Gender Reassignment Prevention Act prefiled by Republican Rep. Stewart Jones states that “A person under the age of eighteen years is prohibited from undergoing gender reassignment medical treatment in the State of South Carolina.” The text of the bill further explains that “Gender reassignment medical treatment” means any health care to facilitate the transitioning of a patient's assigned gender identity to the gender identity experienced and defined by the patient.”

The tactic of protestors, specially those tied to Antifa and the climate change movement, blocking roadways is becoming more and more common. We saw some in Europe even try to hold up trains, leading to violent encounters. Normal people with jobs and responsibilities are getting tired of it. Someone’s pet issue doesn’t change the fact that the clock has got to punched or the children have got to be picked up. Yesterday, a video surfaced of an Antifa protestor trying to block an SUV. The protestor has some kind of weapon in his hand (which you’ll see later clearly) an is wearing a black mask and backup (the typical getup). Then this happens.

An 82-year-old female bodybuilder used various household items — including a table, shampoo and a broom — to take down a man who broke into her home in Rochester, NY. “He picked the wrong house to break into,” Willie Murphy told local station WHAM. Murphy was getting ready for bed around 11 p.m. Thursday when a man started pounding on her door, saying “I’m sick, I’m sick.” When she called the police and wouldn’t let him inside, the man broke down the door, Murphy said. The seventh-grader and his peers at Lakeview High School were learning about colorblindness when Jones’ principal, Scott Hanson, who is also severely colorblind, allowed Jonathan to borrow his special glasses. The boy’s brother recorded video of the exchange. “They’re all yours, let’s see what it does,” Hanson told the boy, handing him the glasses. Paris - The United States and Europe bear more than half the cost of repairing the damage already wrought by climate change, a coalition of environmental groups said Monday. Gender transition can leave transgender people in a bit of a bind about their sexual desirability. While a transgender female may look, act, and feel masculine and exhibit male tendencies, she is just as female as any other female. If she is interested in either gay men or straight women, she could find herself perpetually attracted to individuals who are not going to be interested in her simply because of her vagina. The same holds true for transgender men who have retained their penises. If they are into lesbian women or straight men, those two demographics will most likely be turned off by their body parts.

That’s based on the simple reality that failing to do so at this point would cost Democrats more politically than proceeding with impeachment would. Voters who hate Trump would be furious and voters who like Trump wouldn’t give Pelosi and Schiff an ounce of credit for standing down in the end. On July 25, 2019, President Donald Trump picked up the phone in the White House residence and attempted to shake down a foreign leader. Trump’s language was elliptical and soft, not direct and threatening, but his intentions were clear: He wanted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to “do us a favor.” That was Trump’s entree to his improper, indecent requests that Zelenskiy’s government undertake two investigations that would benefit Trump politically. Trump didn’t explain his motives, which of course were self-serving. First, he asked Zelenskiy to “find out what happened” with Ukraine’s supposed meddling, alongside Russia, in the 2016 U.S. election. Then there was Trump’s “other thing”: his desire that Ukraine “look into”
