A highly anticipated Justice Department inspector general report meant to 'investigate the investigators' behind the lengthy Russia probe will not conclude political bias drove decisions made by former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI lawyer Peter Strzok. But IG Michael Horowitz has determined that some FBI officials were sloppy and unprofessional, The New York Times reported on Friday, giving President Donald Trump a hook to continue claiming ideologically slanted 'deep state' enemies twisted the law to secure wiretap orders against his onetime campaign adviser Carter Page.

The FISA warrants have Comey, McCabe and Rosenstein's signatures. The man that signs the document is responsible for what is in it. That is the reason you are the head guy. That is the reason you are required to sign. That is why you are paid the big bucks.

If the FBI director and others knew at the time that the dossier was opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign and did not reveal that fact to the FISA judges that is not "sloppy", that is obstruction of justice. If Horowitz or people in DOJ are now leaking material to the press that is also a crime. It doesn't disprove anything about the existence of the deep state, it just proves its even deeper than we imagined possible.

FTA: Reporters at the Times and other outlets hadn't seen a copy of the IG's report as of Friday, and were reporting on the basis of secondhand information.
Wait and see.

PR chicanery painting these mooks as decent guys, maybe even patriots. With that a given, any future charges will be outrageous and unacceptable.

Here they go trying to minimize there guilt. If Horowitz who can't do a damn thing about any crime is just wasting our time, then the you know what will hit the fan. After 3 years he's going to tell us nobody did nuttin? Sorry Mr. Horowitz we Deplorables ain't stupid and it would be a serious misjudgement to pretend that its no big deal. If he should justify or ignore all the criminal antics that we see with our own eyes then OMG DC is going to get crowded with Militia.

The media is doing what it does best, muddying the waters and it will be effective. I don’t believe the report will be a bombshell or anything near it because I have zero faith that our government can police itself. Calls to wait and see are commendable, I suppose, but pragmatically naive. If we have individuals at the very highest levels in our government who we know have committed serious crimes, the worst of which is sedition, only a fool would believe the underlings who said nothing and did nothing would now do something about it now. They know the score more than anyone and know just what the Deep stare is capable of and I doubt they are anxious to put themselves and their families out there. If these people can plan, plot and scheme right inside the White House to unseat a duly elected President do you honestly believe that they would not protect themselves regardless of what that may entail? Please, courage needed to speak out is hard to find when you are dealing with this kind of power.
This two week hub-bub of speculation has been part of the strategy. It indicates that the Deep State still has the power to set the narrative and work out the best scenario for themselves. The media and Deep State are one. If there was real bite to this report, it would have been dropped without fanfare. This is just another act in the Kabuki Theater that serves as justice in The Swamp. It is all one big production to dupe the American people.

In two weeks, we will have all been through Thanksgiving dinner, where a 'wait and see' approach will prevail for most. Where a 'if they're really guilty they should suffer consequences' approach will keep relative Peace within families.
In two weeks all the spin and excuses will be used up, and the event will be seen for what it is. All that will remain is the act of our Government spying on private citizens. I think some big names are about to go down. It's all about timing.
