California Dems Flood Colorado With Cash
Ahead of National Popular Vote Referendum

California Democrats have been cutting six-figure checks to promote the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPV) in Colorado ahead of a referendum vote in the state next November. The NPV would change how the Electoral College operates without amending the Constitution. It pledges a state's Electoral College votes to the candidate receiving the most votes nationwide in a presidential election. The Colorado political committee Yes on National Popular Vote has collected just under $750,000 since its creation in late July. Over 98 percent of that money is from California donors, most of which is courtesy of a $500,000 donation from Stephen Silberstein, a board member of the National Popular Vote

Comments:

Of course! Why should those people in rural areas and small towns have any power when there are California and New York voters who are superior.

Never ever vote for a Democrat regardless if the race is local, city, county or national. You can never let them have a foothold in your communities because you will regret it. Shut them out of politics, period. They have proven that they are a destructive force. All they need is a few candidates to win and the money will start flowing and with that comes more influence and corruption. Coloradans, please get out the vote for any Republican or Republican issue. Democrats are committed to consuming your beautiful state and they will destroy it. It’s what they do. Money is a factor but the democrats can’t win if good, sane, common sense people go to the polls. More than ever in 2020, there has to be a massive effort to get to the polls because the democrats will cheat. No one who loves this country can stay home. We can win with numbers regardless of the amount of money the democrats spend. No patriot stays home in 2020.

No. 6 nails it! I’ve been saying this for more years than I care to remember. I’m going to add this...when you hear some jerk proudly say, “I vote for the man, not the party!”, keep in mind that he is voting for the party! If a vote is close, the Party will tell him they “need” his vote. If the issue is a shoo in, then he'll be allowed to vote against it so he can tell his opposite party constituents that he is a centrist. Don’t be fooled by these guys! Dick Morris is correct in saying that you always vote the straight party ticket. I’ll add that you don’t split your vote—ever!

Take your money and get out of my state. However, we are happy to keep your money if it supports a dim governor polis recall who has made many enemies here in the short time he has had the job. We are also happy to keep your money if it helps to defeat deep stater and former liberal governor John Hickenlooper who is freshly anointed by his attending the ultra-secret Bilderberg Group meeting in Europe.

The Patriot Majority, a Democrat voter registration using unknown donor slush fund, arrived in our conservative state and started swamping each county with new voters. The state police intervened confiscating fake registrations by the thousands and numerous notebook computers. No one was prosecuted as they all took flight to the safety of the beltway. And Democrats in the minority here screamed voter suppression. Stalin was right, it is not who votes, it is who counts the votes.

We are a constitutional republic, not a vote it in on a whim democracy. There is a reason for that. If this were to pass and not be shot down in court there would be absolutely no reason for a citizen in a small state to even bother voting. Let's just bow down to the big urban areas and become their servants. What do they produce? Where do they get their food, electricity, fuel, shoes, smart phones? Huh?

Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s suggestion that President Trump emulate President Nixon and resign is, in our opinion, a shocking démarche unworthy of her office. And a glimpse into the predicament of the Democrats, who, though they began beating the drums for impeachment more than three years ago, still don’t seem to know what charges to lay against the president. Mrs. Pelosi hauled out Nixon in her interview on the Columbia Broadcasting System, where Margaret Brennan asked the speaker whether the President would get, “as he says,” to “confront his accuser.” The question was met with a slippery evasion that began with Mrs. Pelosi snapping, “What do you mean

State Attorney General Letitia James was quite proud of herself for winning a $2 million judgment against President Trump for misusing his Trump Foundation charity. But surely the Rev. Al Sharpton’s nonprofit merits similar scrutiny. As The Post’s Melissa Klein and Georgett Roberts reported last weekend, Sharpton sucked in more than $1 million last year from his National Action Network charity: salary of $324,000, a $160,000 bonus and $563,000 in “other compensation” — which NAN says it owed him for a stretch from 2004 to 2017 when it supposedly underpaid him. NAN claims it hired an executive-compensation firm that found it shorted him $1.25 million over those years.

Tamaulipas is both the location of most illegal crossings and the state where the United States has returned the most asylum seekers — 20,700 as of early October. The DOJ was seeking to dismiss Peter Strzok’s lawsuit claiming he was unfairly fired from the FBI and deserves to be reinstated. In its filing, the DOJ included an August 2018 letter to Strzok from the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility
