The Indiana Supreme Court suspended Judges Andrew Adams, Sabrina Bell, and Bradley Jacobs after a drunken incident at a White Castle in May.(Snip) After a verbal exchange between Judge Bell and Vazquez, a physical confrontation ensued. At one point, Judge Jacobs had Kaiser contained on the ground. With his fist raised back, Judge Jacobs said, “Okay, okay, we’re done, we’re done,” or “This is over. Tell me this is over,” or words to that effect. At another point during the confrontation, Judge Adams kicked Kaiser in the back. The confrontation ended when Kaiser pulled out a gun, shot Judge Adams once, and shot Judge Jacobs twice.

I'm guessing that getting shot and suspended is the easy part. Explaining to Mrs Judge how you hang out at strip clubs with a female coworker and the after effects is real punishment.

This is pretty much atypical for the way the judicial system in Indiana works. It is a classic good-ol-boy network.

This is a joke, right? Your Honor Sabrina couldn't even remember the incident, she was so wasted. Yet, it seems like she was the one who responded to the shouters (not yet shooters). "A heated verbal altercation ensued, with all participants yelling, using profanity, and making dismissive, mocking, or insolent gestures toward the other group." All that and Sabrina can't remember a thing! This is beyond embarrassing, but a little funny too. Okay, okay, it's real funny!

Given that no party affiliation was given for these three judges, that tends to lead one to draw a particular conclusion. But to be fair, I looked them up. Turns out that Adams is a Democrat, while Bell and Jacobs are Republicans. Also note that they are County Judges in the State of Indiana and elected by the voters of their county, so we can't pin this one on Obama.

Oh my. Lot's of water walkers posting. If you read the article, you would realize that the judges were simply minding their own business. The two idiots in the car started the altercation, period. The female judge threw the bird. Apparently, the two mouth breathers in the car can't handle a gesture after what I'm sure was a foul mouth tirade toward the judges, so they pulled in, got out, and started yammerin' their pie holes. It also appears from the article that the two idiots in question were getting their arses whipped. Now, that's just flat embarrassing. It was so bad that toothless redneck 1 had to pull out his gun and shoot. It seems that just punishments were handed out. Embarrassment and stained records will follow them the rest of their lives. It all seems fair.

Drunk at 3 am in the parking lot of a White Castle. Hmm. I wonder how they got there? I wonder how the planned to get home? Several police officer friends have pointed out "nothing good happens after midnight out on the town, and especially if you are drunk". I don't see that the judges started anything, but they sure put themselves in a place for bad folks, who make it a habit to run around that time of night/morning to find them and start something. Once they were in it, they really needed to walk away at the "verbal stage". Being drunk eliminated their right to be legally armed to defend themselves, too. Lots of bad judgement there. And they are judges, supposed to have GOOD judgement. Not reassuring.

Marriage rates have steadily declined over the past few decades, and now researchers from Cornell University are offering up a possible explanation: there just aren’t as many economically-attractive men for unmarried women to meet as there used to be. I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
