Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) says he will create a new program that will admit “at least 50,000” people fleeing climate change in his first year in office, if he’s elected president. Sanders made the promise as part of his immigration reform plan, titled “A Welcoming and Safe America for All” published on his campaign website: “Create a new program to welcome migrants displaced by climate change, and set a floor of accepting at least 50,000 climate migrants in his first year in office.”

It’s a good thing we won’t have to deal with this. This is direct evidence the old man is clinically disturbed and pre-Alzheimer’s.

I thought the USA was experiencing its own climate change death rattle. According to Bernie’s fellow traveler, our expiration date is coming up in 11 short years. Why would Bernie want to have 50,000 hapless immigrants move here only to face certain death?

This is the guy who has spoken before about “climate racism”. (Huh?) Is that a hint for us on where these migrants will come from?
As McMurphy said in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest - this guy is “bull goose loony”!

This is exactly WHY Bernie will never be President! It's also why Bloomberg won't be President. Americans have had it with people like them who want to bring in more Immigrants for US, the Taxpayers, to support forever more! No thanks!

Admit us where? It's the 8th of November here in southern michigan and it's 20 degrees out there. Average/normal low is 36. We've go snow here and the trees haven't all dropped their leaves yet.
Will he get me admitted to Florida? Georgia?

Literally translated, that's 50,000 for climate change plus at least 3 million+ invading over the southern border.

Bernie,
I have one question for you one comment and a closing.
First, how many of the earths 5 1/2 billion poor are the 153 million Americans who pay federal taxes being asked to support?
Now the comment; we know that the climate crisis is a fraud the perpetrators have been caught red handed, just admit its all about your vision of what the future should look like, I just want you to share that with us which gets us back to my question.
For a serious presidential candidate I wouldn't think I'm asking for too much.

Won't the entire world be affected by global warming? So why would anyone need to move here other than to vote for Bernie?

I was thinking that this election was between those who love America vs. those who hate America, and I still think that is a large part of it all, but I've come to believe that, on another plane, this election is also between those who know that massive corruption destroys any country vs. those who are perfectly comfortable with corruption all over the place.
This week, I heard a caller to Rush's program voice concern about the little-to-nothing effort put forth by Republicans in the state of Virginia to win this week's election. She votes Republican and said she lives in a red district, but she was very upset about the election results. She said that the only person who knocked on her door to make sure she voted was a Democrat. Rush rationalized it all over the place, but the truth is that way too many Republicans could care less if a Democrat gets into office in 2020 and forever after.
Rush always speaks about "the Democrats" as if there was a united Republican party, but that is not the case at all. There is, instead, a great big Uniparty which is comprised of way too many people who love power and money more than they love their country. To paraphrase Pogo, "The enemy is way too many of us."

Bernie gets more loopy and radical every week. I think he really doesn't want to win but likes the cash he will have to pilfer and use for himself. Running for Pres is a money making deal unless you are Pres Trump. That old goat Bernie is just stacking it up and waiting for someone to pay him off again like the Beast did.
Every 4 years he sucks the fools in and laughs for the next 4.

If climate change, man made, is happening all over the world, why would it make sense to move to the U.S.?

When you are Bernie Sanders, old and useless, standing at a podium you can say and promise anything that comes to a feeble mind. Why stop there give each one a million dollars when the enter the country. While you breaking the bank just toss money out of the window you decrepit Bolsivik Red Communist.

Bear with me here. When cities run out of sidewalk space for the homeless his only option is to 'buy-back' private homes and buildings to house the sweating refugees.

You might want to re-think about Georgia #11. Our average low for this day is about 45 f. It's 46 right now in North Georgia with a 20 mph wind. 46 will be our high today and the morning low is forecast to be 30....a good 15 degrees below normal. Snow, rain and sleet forecast for Tuesday. L-dotters are always welcome here, just be prepared.

Thought I would clarify my post #19. I don't mean to suggest that "the enemy" includes deplorables. I mean that "the enemy" includes: politicians, bureaucrats (especially holdovers from other administrations), military/industrial/media people, academics, Hollywoodites, etc. etc. etc.
