House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) issued a statement on Monday condemning President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement and declaring that the “growing climate crisis is the existential threat of our time.”Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had officially notified the United Nations on Monday that the United States was withdrawing from the agreement.
