Impeachment in The Courts – HJC vs DOJ
Appellate Arguments Scheduled for

There is an important granular aspect to the validity of the House impeachment process that few are paying attention to. If the HJC loses this case in the DC Appellate Court, it means there is no constitutional foundation recognized to the “impeachment inquiry.” Without the constitutional recognition of the judicial branch then: (a) Pelosi/Lawfare have to restart the process with a genuine House vote; or (b) the ongoing impeachment process will have no recognized constitutional standing; and (c) the Senate could ignore any House impeachment vote, cast without recognized constitutional standing.

If the legislative branch can pierce the separation of powers provisions of the Constitution with transparently political charges against a President that do not constitute high crimes and misdemeanors then Article 2 of the Constitution will have been nullified. The Founders were informed by the failure of the Articles of Confederation and the history of the parliamentary system in England and built a strong firewall into the Constitution to protect the President from just such partisan political assaults. God help us and our Constitution if the HJC prevails in this endeavor.

If Nadler/Pelosi/Shiff are allowed to proceed on this case, nothing will stand in their way. They will subpeona until the cows come home for everything from DJT' s tax returns, to what he ate for dinner last nite. And, just like the Brett Kavanaugh fiasco, if it can happen to POTUS, it can happen to any of us as well. It will be only a matter of time until a permanent tribunal panel of leftists in installed in the DS and summoning any one of us to 'discuss' our voting pattern, our families, anything at all they want under the 'sedition and treason' acts. Please let AG Barr send his best attorney's on this.

Grand jury information is sacrosanct. If the demonrat on the appellate court rules the corrupt House can have it, then everyone participating in the grand jury will be free to discuss what was said with no penalty whatsoever. After all, what difference does it make.

A former White House official who Democrats consider a key witness in their impeachment inquiry told lawmakers in October that she believed Russians likely planted disinformation about President Donald Trump with dossier author Christopher Steele. Fiona Hill, who served as the White House’s top adviser on Russia affairs until July, told lawmakers she was “shocked” to find out that Steele, a former MI6 officer, was the author of the dossier. That’s in large part because when she had met with Steele in the years leading up to his dossier work, he was “constantly try to drum up business.” Hill (Snip)said Steele’s eagerness to obtain work made him vulnerable to Russian disinformation.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy has announced the move of Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) to the HPSCI for impeachment proceedings. Jordan will replace Rick Crawford for open committee hearings during the House Intelligence push toward impeachment. (Tweet) Jim Jordan is an articulate and eloquent politician who is very quick thinking on his feet during hearings. The democrats constructing the fraudulent impeachment proceedings do not like Jordan; and this move comes as political network operatives used Fusion-GPS to dispatch a media hit against Jordan in an attempt to block his security clearance.

French President Emmanuel Macron warned in a new interview that NATO is undergoing "brain death" due to a lack of commitment from its primary benefactor, the United States. "I'd argue that we should reassess the reality of what NATO is in the light of the commitment of the United States."

One notable and little-reported conclusion emerging from the House Democratic impeachment proceedings is a consensus among some foreign policy professionals that President Trump's Ukraine policy has been an improvement over President Barack Obama's. Ukraine was an occasionally hot issue in the 2016 campaign for all the wrong reasons. At the Republican convention, a false headline in the Washington Post, "Trump campaign guts GOP's anti-Russia stance on Ukraine," gave birth to a false narrative that candidate Trump, desperate to appease Vladimir Putin, would undermine U.S. support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression. Then Trump became president, and his administration enacted a new policy that not only continued a broad range of

Ciaramella’s lawyers sent the Senate Intel Committee a letter stating they were anxious and eager to come in and speak to congressional investigators — and now they are backing out. Michelle Obama recently complained about "white flight" in her old Chicago neighborhood. By "white flight " she means that whites left her neighborhood as it became increasingly black. "I always stop there when I talk about this out in the world because I want to remind white folks that y'all were running from us. This family, with all the values you read about: You ran from us. Lieutenant colonel Alexander Vindman was reportedly reprimanded by a superior when it became known that he repeatedly made fun of Americans; American culture; and, as he said, "Americans not being educated or worldly." He did this in front of foreign diplomats, constantly. No wonder he remained an Obama loyalist and has tried to undercut President Trump. After all, Obama considered himself first and foremost "a citizen of the world" and did not find anything exceptional in America in and of itself. President Trump loves America and is representative of a patriotic heartland mindset. After all, Trump believes in America first.
