When Sen. Elizabeth Warren released details on how she’d pay for the $34 trillion Medicare for All plan, she said that it would “make plain the choice facing the American people.”
She’s right about that. The choice she’s offering would not only destroy two industries and cause an economic catastrophe, it would give the federal government unprecedented control over the decisions of private industry.
Warren was forced into releasing payment details because she kept refusing to say whether her Medicare for All plan would require tax hikes on the middle class. In order to continue that fiction, Warren produced a document that even the left says is wildly unrealistic.

Why in hell does anyone EVER bote for a Democrat? If you don't agree with them, you must be punished. If you don't act like them, you must be punished. Use the wrong pronoun, you must be punished! Step out of line on any issue, even if you've never heard of it before, you must be punished!
I remember when they canvassed for votes on the basis conservatives were bigoted, opinionated intolerant Victorians, struggling to take away your freedoms and make everyone March lock-step. Who fits THAT description, I wonder?
Anyone supporting a Democrat is either insane, or expects to be one of the entitled few who decide what everyone else MUST DO, or else!!

The blonde lesbian on SNL, a few nights ago, had a wonderful line about trillions of dollars, when imitating Cherokee Lizzie and her health proposal.
She said, approximately, that when talking about trillions, it is all sort of make believe. (The exact quote escapes me.)
The silliest part of Cherokee Lizzie's proposal is the taxation of unrealized gains in stocks. If you think about it, it would change the way stocks are purchased and held.

#2, I think she also said something like, “Money doesn’t actually exist. It’s an illusion.” I didn’t see the show - haven’t watched since the original cast left, but I heard the audio of it on talk radio.
The other scary thing is that, not only would the government control every business decision, it would control all of YOUR behavior. Obese and need a new knee? The government won’t spend the money on your knee until your BMI is 21. Ditto type 2 diabetes. Smoker? Hah! Don’t even try to get treated for anything. The list could go on forever. The tragedy is that the people who vote for Medicare for all are most likely the first people who would be denied treatment.

Oh its far worse than you might think.
A guy on Fox & Friends this AM in the cafe interview segment demonstrated that when he said our government should be solving the healthcare and prescription drug costs instead of focusing on impeachment. You see even relatively conservative people, by that I mean those not intentionally supporting socialism, have been conditioned (brainwashed) into looking to government to solve problems that government created, and government will only make worse, far worse..
Trump talks about fixing healthcare. Get the damned government the hell out of healthcare and it will fix itself. Insurance has run amok because government inhibits competition. If I want to get my broken bone set by a witch doctor why is that not my choice as long as I know that I'm going to a witch doctor and not a board certified orthopedic surgeon? My body my choice, sound familiar?
Healthcare should be free
Housing should be free
Food should be free
Jobs should be guaranteed
Well I'll be darned, I just wrote the Soviet constitution.
"One of the methods used by statists to destroy capitalism consists in establishing controls that tie a given industry hand and foot, making it unable to solve its problems, then declaring that freedom has failed and stronger controls are necessary." --Ayn Rand

The only way to get the financial books to balance for Medicare-for-all, is to deny coverage for expensive procedures. Since Medicare-for-all would be the only medical care allowed, a government agency would be making life or decisions for you.
Can everybody say "death panels."

Well number 4, 3 out of 4 is correct. However no need for a guaranteed job if everything is free. Party on!

They already control the education and the media. Now they need to control health care. If they are allowed to continue, the country is toast.

Please tell me, when has any projection about government costs been accurate? Don't they usually wind up 3 to 4 times higher than we are promised?

Warren believed that she could skate through to the nomination without revealing any more about her Medicare fantasy other than. "I have a plan for that." As a once-failed, slightly eccentric, former presidential candidate once said, "The Devil is in the Details." Only a person who has real-life experience is aware of that and Warren is either clueless or believes that Americans are as stupid as she is.
