After candidates on Great Britain’s “The Apprentice” revealed they did not know which years World War II began and ended, prompting criticism of them on social media, a British reality TV star told “Good Morning Britain” that schools should not spend much time on the subject of World War II because it would be bad for children’s mental health.Freddie Bentley, 22, who has appeared on “The Circle,” stated: It was a hard situation, World War II; I don’t want anyone to think I’m being disrespectful in that way whatsoever. However, I will stand by the point that I don’t thank it’s educational in the way that we

This guy is an idiot, and he really does need to learn some real history, and not believe the lies about "climate change", which is entirely irrelevant to real life, other than the need to disregard the fools trying to harm us by claiming this hoax is their reason for stealing our money, or taking away our rights.

WWII was not some isolated " event".......you need to know the background , what led up to it. Who were the aggressors and why? Did he ever hear of "The Battle of Britain"? Dead people have no mental health.

The more time they waste teaching irrelevant stuff, like WWII, the less time they will have to teach kids that it is perfectly acceptable for boys to decide to become girls, and vice versa.

Complete idiocy. WW II has many stories, not just war battles. A lot can be learned from studying WW II. I have studied it all my life, and still learn new things. Youtube has made many stories available to us all.

"Intense"? Ironically, it's perfectly fine to tell children that they are going to kill the planet and they will all die if they don't recycle.

It has always been a matter of family pride that our father was a decorated veteran of WWII, just as his father had been in WW I. One of my nephews is Army career enlisted with three tours of duty in Afghanistan and two in Iraq. Another nephew is looking at joining the Coast Guard after high school graduation, while his cousin is hoping to go to a U.S. Service Academy. Serving their country in uniform is not scary but rather the highest calling of a patriot. War is hell, but hiding the truth from the next generation is a sure way to guarantee more of them.

The modern ignoramus tries to excuse his lack of learning by proclaiming it doesn't matter. If the right people promoted it, they would believe in a flat Earth. Probably also denies the Holocaust, 911, and the pogroms of the Soviet Union and China. Anything that is upsetting isn't real, or doesn't matter...
...till it happens to them. THEN they'll tell everyone they can reach.
Meanwhile they never learn from history - only from personal disaster.

This idiot has proved that smoking too much marijuana and drinking too much alcohol is bad for his mental health. Going to school is so bad for his mental health. Getting a job would be even worse. Might a store and dispensary and stock up and plug in the newest video game on the XBox. Got to do things that are good for your mental health instead.

#2 Perhaps he should try German. He seems to be incapable of speaking English coherently.

How soon they forget. Speaking German today and all of the frills that would have come with it would be much worse for their mental health.

Let me tell you something Mr. Freddie Bentley, the mental health of WW2 era was a whole lot better than what we are seeing in today's generations of millennials, snowflakes and youngsters who are subjected to gender fluidity psychobabble and the fallacious notions that they are killing the planet. It would serve them far better to study what led up to WW2, why it was a WORLD wide war, and why it is still being fought today as the distorted ideologies of Stalinism, Nazi-ism and Grand Mufti-ism [Islamism] continue to tear our world apart. While you are at it, Mr. Freddie Bentley, perhaps in your great wisdom , you can tell the Middle East how to control its perpetual lust for battle

No wonder students graduate dumber than a stump. It's useful for the politicians so they can make the same mistakes that were made in previous years. Public education is dumbed down to the point of illiteracy.

I'm sure Mr. Bentley would tell you, poster 15, that the problem with the middle east, is all those carpet-bagging jews.
Ignorance and hatred go hand in hand.
