For some Fox News personalities, apparently, there is no greater expression of disloyalty to country than a display of disloyalty to President Trump.
On Tuesday, Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, a Ukraine expert in the White House, is set to testify to House impeachment investigators that he recoiled at Trump’s repeated demand that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky manufacture smears of Trump’s potential campaign opponent Joe Biden. (Snip)Fox’s Laura Ingraham unleashed a diatribe against Vindman on Monday night that focused on the fact that Ukrainians privately solicited Vindman’s help in navigating difficulties created by Giuliani running this shadow policy

Why would the Ukrainians believe Vindman would be able to help them navigate the "difficulties" created by Giuliani's inquiries?
And, which part of the Ukrainian government?

1) why has this so called credible person just now come forward?
2) he is a long time military in a political position. Brown noser?
3) he worked for Fiona Hill. Anti Trumper?
4) he doesn't seemed to have learned: the commander in chief is the last word.
5) he is too loyal to Ukraine? Espionage?
6) swamper.

The transcript of the telephone call in question is the official record of the telephone call between President Trump and the President of Ukraine. As such it is the best evidence of what actually transpired. This active duty Lieutenant Colonel, who is appearing contrary to a Presidential order before the leftist and liberal Democrat impeachment inquisition will be giving his opinion of that telephone call, that he has admitted in his opening statement is aligned with the DC “Deep State” federal agency views. This particular Lieutenant Colonel bills himself as being a Ukrainian-American so chances are he is pro-Ukrainian in ways that are not in concord with the policies and views of the elected President of the USA, who was elected to put American interests first over “Deep State” interests. Defying a presidential directive is not a good career move for any military officer to take.

Is this the same WaPo that lionizes terrorists in glowing obits? Their standards are clearly partisan and hateful. They have no reason to continue as a recognized news outlet.
No active duty or retired military officer has ANY business disagreeing with the Commander in Chief, especially on foreign policy matters that they know NOTHING about and that the Constitution gives all authority to the Executive Branch to negotiate. Fire this Lt. Colonel and strip him of his commission.

Hard to imagine that this officer is unaware that the Commander-in-Chief makes policy, Lt. Cols do not. As an officer in a staff position, if he disagreed with a policy, his duty was to express his opinion to the next person in his chain of command, then shut up.

Greg Sargent of the WaPo has a bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, which is not good for his mental health, but works fine for his employer. Take this latest piece accordingly.
If Sargent happened to be a baseball fan and attended the recent World Series game in Washington, he likely would have booed his lungs out at the President.
Heck, Sargent is sick enough to have written the fawning obituary of al-Baghdadi.

You do realize Lt Col. Vindman, that this is a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Your duty was as #17 stated, report your opinion to your chain of Command, your violation of this is also a violation of the UCMJ.

Why should his opinion of the propriety of the phone call have more weight than Trump's and Zelensky's? Opinions are like navels (clean version), everybody has one. Totally worthless news article.

Well, Mr. Vindman, YOU have not been elected President (or any other office), and YOU do not establish foreign policy, that's the President's obligation.
Vindman's military service is valued, but he is now behaving traitorously (IMO).

Luckily the tailor was able to let out the uniform enough so Vindnman could squeeze into it. Vindman, the Post, the swamp and millions of idiots are absolutely FINE with Biden and son arm twisting and threatening the Ukrainian government to fork over millions to the Biden family. Sharp as a tack Vindman proudly struts into the rat chamber to whine about what he thinks is improper. Give me a break. This is beyond farce, this is demented evil.

It’s very scary when you can’t trust someone in the military assigned to work in the WH. What gave him the authority to report to Schiff about his disagreements with Trump? This is completely out of control. The republicans should step back refuse to participate, refuse subpoenas & let Schiff make a complete fool of himself. No wonder Trump wants his family with him in the WH when you can’t trust the military who can you trust? Yet Flynn is the one lost his hone! What a mess.:

If Vindman was born in Ukraine and grew up there it is pretty much natural that he would retain an affection for the and great interest in the land of his birth. So it is also just common sense his affection for Ukraine is a special interest may not always be in concord with the national interests of the USA. That’s a major reason why the founding fathers denied the foreign born, even after they are naturalized as US citizens, the opportunity to be elected to the high office of President of the USA.
Vindman is an active duty officer in the US military and as such had to take an oath to obey the orders of the President of the USA in all matters. Since Vindman obviously opposes President Trump’s foreign policy positions towards Ukraine that were made in accordance with his constitutional authority to say what US foreign policy will be, and in Trump’s specific case he was elected by the American people to carry out an “America First” foreign policy agenda, which would certainly be contrary to Vindman’s special interest bias towards Ukraine, that appears to be aligned with the anti-Trump DC “Deep State” and probably politically with the opportunistic Democrats who will do anything to take advantage of and use Vindman and his bias and interest towards Ukraine, at least as long as he will testify against President Trump.
Can you imagine what would happen to the discipline of the Armed Forces if every time field grade military officers disagreed with an order of the President, and in violation of a Presidential order, show up to testify in full military uniform before a congressional committee controlled by the President’s political opponents, to testify against the President and his policy positions? That certainly is not in keeping with the long traditions of the US military obeying the orders of the elected President of the USA.
