The Justice Department inspector general’s much-anticipated report of FISA abuse is expected to be made public soon, perhaps within the next couple of weeks.A lot is riding on the report, which Michael Horowitz, the inspector general, submitted to the FBI and Justice Department for a declassification review on Sept 13. Republican lawmakers have built up expectations that the report will be a damning portrayal of the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign, including former Trump aide Carter Page. FBI officials relied on the controversial Steele dossier to obtain four Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants to monitor Page’s phone calls and emails

I'm not getting my hopes up very high. I'm beginning to believe the IGs are deep state pawns.

Sadly, this will be yet another IG report that is ignored by AG Barr and the DoJ. No one will be indicted while the MSM will ignore the findings except to announce that the report did not implicate Obama and his coup leaders. Although report may prompt Barr to fly back to Rome to listen again to the Mifsud recording.
If by chance Comey and McCabe are indicted, Schiff and Pelosi will immediately be on TV claiming that President Trump is prosecuting innocent former officials in order to take focus off of his impeachment. GOP senators will remain mute.

"The FISA Abuse Report Is Coming
Out Soon." I have been hearing this line for months now. I will believe it when I see it. I do not expect anything soon.

Soon? This is like awaiting the report on the attack on Ft. Sumpter until about 1870.....

Not holding my breath for FISAmas.....
Any fixes or punishments will be cosmetic, leaving those in power to find more creative means of corruption. I've resigned myself to the eventual dissolution of the Republic.

The only thing being released is yet another headline stating that the IG report is coming out soon.

McCain wasn't very loyal to his own Republican Party. I wonder, in that nature how he really acted in Hanoi?

If a scandal falls in the forest of main stream media propagandists does it make a sound?

The worst punishment to expect as a result of this investigation is a slap on the hand.

If the American People fail to act to restore this Republic . Our Children and Grandchildren will curse us for our apathy. Because it is painfully obvious that not a single person in Washington has any intentions of holding their co Conspirators accountable. Today is exactly why the Second Amendment was written. And second in line to the First Amendment. The responsibility of our FREEDOM and LIBERTY rests solely on those two Amendments . Use them or lose them.

The report will be a serious read between the lines experience. It will have to mention all or at least 90% of the things outlined in the article - or they will be heavily redacted. The redacted parts will be where clever internet sleuths will begin to focus their attention in spades. Sort of like the jokes when you were a kid... How do you keep leftists in suspense - the Mueller report. There was no there "there" in the Mueller Report, and sane people knew that. The leftists aren't in suspense over this IG report and they seem to abjectly fear its release. I know it won't have any unredacted smoking guns, but President Trump in his speeches of late has alluded to a few dingers for a few household names.

I'm 76 and in fair health, and I'll be dead and gone before this 'soon to be released report' sees the light of day!

I'm weary of the hype of future developments and revelations!
If they do arrive, they are usually so heavily redacted that they are useless in affecting how people vote.
The only arrest I have seen was Epstein, and I am very grateful for that.
But I am not impressed with the concept of law and order and justice in our country right now.

There is nothing in this article that we don't already know if you have been paying attention. I feel everyone's frustration with how this has dragged out. I do not believe, like #3, that Barr is just like Mueller. If he was there would never have been an investigation to begin with. Mueller had every opportunity to open this can of worms and never had any intention of it. There will be indictments.

Has anyone questioned Obama or Holder yet? Didn't they run the place?

Before the report was delayed, it was originally set for release Friday afternoon. That alone was a bad omen.

It really doesn't matter when it comes out. The MSM will ignore it, and the Senate Judiciary Committee, headed by Lindsey Graham, will not put the IG before his committee to get the results on the official record. Graham talks big, but when it comes time to act, he's nowhere to be found.

They are busily smudging out anything meaningful, so the reading is incoherent. That with a report already about nothing but processes. Certainly not about person's or departments that might be blamed or criticized for anything. We have been teased since Jan. that this report was imminent. I have tired of the entire process, and no longer have any interest. I will not read, or listen to the report. Either do something, or don't bother me with it.
