On Sunday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” former ABC “World News’ anchor Sam Donaldson accused President Donald Trump’s supporters of having a “fixation” on returning America to a “white Christian country.”
They want to return this country to the white Christian country that they believe it should be again.
Donaldson said, “The Trump rallies are Trump’s strong supporters. I mean, ‘lock her up,’ all the things he says, all the vicious, mean things he says, they love it. There are these people in this country. They’re good Americans otherwise. They’ll probably give you the shirt off their back, they’ll help you if you need it, but they have this fixation.

I don't care what color you are, as long as you want the American Dream. It is the people who come over, refuse to learn English and turn their new homes into the garbage dumps they came from who annoy me.

Donaldson is an idiot, wrapped inside a moron, placed in a hurt locker...if Trump was a Democrat and had his same economic growth numbers he would be called the second coming of FDR

I would probably be correct in assuming that Donaldson has never asked a single Trump supporter what that person wants.
Here's a few hints......
Root out the corruption
Get spending under control
A RETURN to the constitution and limited powers.
Actual borders. Not an imaginary bordered with millions of gate crashers annually demanding tax payer benifits.
NOT a christian country, but a MORAL country.
NOT a white country, but an AMERICAN country. Im sick and tired of hyphenated so called Americans.

My favorite Sam Donaldson story:
I was covering the last leg of the Dukakis campaign in California.
Campaign stop in a HS gym. I ran an audio cable from the feed box to our camera position 60 feet from the feed box. Sam is standing on my cable. I go over and ask him not to do that. He says "Why what are you going to do?" I said "ask you again, not to do that." and walked off. I saw him straddle the cable. I picked up one end of the cable and snapped it - cracking it like a whip. It caught him in the berries - not a damaging amount, but it got his attention. He got off my cable.

Donaldson like George Soros must have inexplicably lived multiple lifetimes - or the left simply finds a stand in who resembles Donaldson. I could have sworn Donaldson was taking it easy now, and gazing upon the daisies from below.

Color of skin has nothing to do with anything other than perhaps a genealogy chart. As for Christianity - this country and the world would be a whole lot better if more people followed the faith of Jesus Christ or the Jewish faith. We have lots of other good citizens too. What the problem with this country now is the growth of atheism and trashing all things related to fear of the Lord.

Culture is everything, not color or even religion. But let's not forget that White-Christian Americans pay the vast majority of taxes that makes the rest possible. That should be respected and thanked, not shamed. Black Americans: with 1 in 3 adult males in prison or on parole for criminal offenses they have been found guilty of, somehow doesn't get the shaming of that a "White Christian" group. Muslim Americans with their shocking disrespect for women and gays doesn't get the shaming spotlight, only White-Christians.

Oh yeah, I remember Sam. He was getting government subsidies for his sheep farm while making money on TV. That lying cheat ? Sorry. This country was founded on Judaeo Christian beliefs. Why do you think all those Christian sayings are in and on buildings in DC? Back under your rock.
With all We went through for 'equality' it was a waste.

#7, excellent. Working in video many years back and the public has no idea what pampered fools many TV anchors are. Super vain and really think they are so much smarter than they are. His attitude does not surprise me. His type think everyone on the crew is some kind of slave to them. The good ones understand it is a team effort and they are only a part of the production.

This tells you all you need to know about this guy: It's from the July 8, 2004 NY Post.....
"Donaldson owns three ranches in the Hondo area, a remote region between Ruidoso and Roswell, famous as the site of alleged landings by space aliens. Sullivan would not identify which ranch was the murder scene, or how the victims died.
In total, Donaldson owns 45,000 acres in the south-central part of the state. He raises cattle, sheep, horses and goats on his land.
For Donaldson, 70, owning land in New Mexico represented something of a homecoming: He grew up on his mother’s cotton farm in nearby Las Cruces.
It’s not the first time Donaldson’s ranch has been in the headlines.
In 1995, the Wall Street Journal reported that the millionaire rancher received nearly $100,000 in sheep and mohair subsidies over the previous two years.
The subsidies became something of a political hot potato for Donaldson, who had criticized such agriculture handouts even while he was taking them.
Donaldson defended the apparent hypocrisy by saying that the subsidies were the only way to stay competitive in the sheep farming business.
He argued that such subsidies should be “means-tested,” so that rich farmers no longer receive them."
