Former vice president Joe Biden faces increased scrutiny on his son Hunter’s shady business deals in the Ukraine and China, but it’s not the first time the Bidens’ conflict of interest has caused problems in a presidential campaign. More than a decade ago, Tom Brokaw asked Biden to his face about a different arrangement with a Delaware credit company called MBNA, which hired Hunter on a six-figure salary and paid then Sen. Joe Biden hundreds of thousands more in campaign contributions to win his favor.(Snip)It’s been a similar reaction to President Trump’s recent focus on Hunter Biden’s alleged corruption in Ukraine and China,

Over the years i think most WW2 and boomers growing up believed TV and thought big Media was honest. The media over time has come to know that they enjoyed tremendous power by shaping thought and telling people what was important to know but honestly. This new generation of journalists have taken that sacred trust and flushed it down the toilet. They are biased traitors ,disgusting people who betrayed their generational legacy to advance their own ideology no matter the cost in honesty and decency. Journalism is dead. Now i believe 99% of reporters are liars. Trust no one.

Great post, #4. I am one of the WWII era L-dotters, and you are correct. I never gave it a thought when I viewed the evening news / late night news, that it was agenda driven. But, I think many of my age started to develop some doubt in the last two decades when we had access to alternative sources (such as Lucianne) via Al Gore's amazing internet! Now I never view TV news except for some select after 7 pm FOX shows.

Interesting that Tom Brokenjaw had reported Biden corruption. But, careful. The msm's own corruption extends a lot further back in time than that. Some of us are old enough to remember how highly regarded Walter Cronkite was and looked up to his evening news report every day. Only to discover he was a hard-left liberal who hated America and collaborated with some not so nice people who supported his news gathering. During the height of the Vietnam War, he appeared to act like a Jane Fonda behind a microphone with his horribly biased reporting of the war and its casualties.

One thing about Biden: He is so stupid that he doesn't know how to hide it like all the rest of them. All those dim pols get rich AFTER they get to DC. Biden is also a product of the corrupt MSM who has made it seem as though there's no penalties for dim's who are corrupt, so why bother to cover the trail? And he's pretty much right about that.

Good to be reminded.. The Democrats, nowadays, do not want to acknowledge the truth, hear it, or see it in print. They're hoping enough voters out there will gobble up whatever they and their pals in the MSM are shoving down (our) throats. Then they will have the power they desperately crave so they can tell (command) the rest of us what to think, say and do. But more importantly, they will demand what we 'cannot do or say'. Frightening prospect.

#2, it is possible there may be another interpretation of that statement., He may have been telling the truth in claiming he was the poorest man in the Senate. The pols tend to go in poor and come out wealthy. Maybe he was telling us how much more the others were gorging themselves on taxpayer money. That he was the piker in the group, but still amassed a fortune. In this sinful world all things corrupt. It has been so from the very beginning. The Founders understood this and thus we got the safety valve: "We hold these Truths to be self-evident ... That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive ... it is the Right of the People ...". It is that document that defines America and what it means to be an American.

Ya know I am not wild about this Felicity person or the other lame actress that is being prosecuted for bribing college officials for their kids to get in. But really, someone really, really needs to look into the kids of politicians who can barely spell their own names yet get in to Stanford, (little Chelsea) or Harvard,(Malia waiting a year to actually go) or Yale Law School. Of course little Hunter got millions of dollars for being a Biden. That kind of entitlement started way before Burisma. The entitlement of the Ruling Class is sickening.

Newsom also signed a companion bill allowing the gun violence restraining orders to last one and five years, although the gun owners could petition to end those restrictions earlier. The bill also allows judges to issue search warrants at the same time as they grant the orders.
