Monday, MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough reacted to President Donald Trump announcing his intentions to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria, allowing Turkish forces to fight the Islamic State terrorists.Scarborough compared the decision to allowing Osama Bin Laden to go after having him cornered. He then asked Republicans how they felt about Trump “surrendering yet again” to ISIS. “This is like having Bin Laden cornered in the early stages of our war in Afghanistan and letting him go,” Scarborough declared. “Donald Trump is actually saying we have ISIS cornered, but the Pentagon is warning us that they’re coming back.

According to Joe Scarborough, if anyone should die in the Middle East it's AMERICAN SERVICEMEN. ISIS is supported by Iran. Iranian interests are not served by Turkey's interests. If Trump is pitting the Middle East against itself, he has my blessing.

I can attest to one reality. An intern was never found dead in a Trump office. I do not believe Joe Scarborough can claim the same for his offices when he was in Congress. Just saying....

LOL - Trump destroyed about 3/5ths of Syria's air force. Under Trump ISIS (Obama's soulmates) have been decimated. Why hang around? We can always come back

Joe failed to mention that by withdrawing too many American troops from Iraq, Obama is responsible for allowing ISIS to metastasize and take over much of the Middle East in the first place. And don't forget Obama's "Red Line" in Syria.
Trump is responsible for retaking much of the ISIS controlled territory.
Joe does not seem to know that Trump inherited the mess in the Middle East from Obama.,

No, Joe. You are confusing President Trump with B. J. Clinton. It was clinton that allowed Bin Laden to go after having him cornered, several times. The President has not surrendered to ISIS. He is the President who destroyed them in Iraq and stopped their barbarities. We have no business in Syria, however. The Syrians or the Turks can fight them, with our support, but without our troops.
The President can no doubt trust Putin to do the right thing more than he can the traitors and fifth-columnists in America, such as Joe Scarborough.

Three family members have fought and only two came back alive.

Agree with #13. Both of my sons served in Iraq. My youngest also served in Afghanistan. Lucky, they both came home alive but forever changed. Has it been worth it ? What kind of gift is freedom for people that don’t want to be free ? I think we need to bring our people home. Let someone else be the referee. There is no “good” side over there. Bring them home !!

Turkey isn't an Islamic state. It is a secular state with a predominance of Muzzies. Guess Scarbough will soon refer to Flint Mich and an Islamic city. Now wait, that would be insensitive and harmful to Democrat voters.

No mention of Barack Obama financially and militarily supporting the Islamic State and Iran for eight years? It must have slipped Joe's mind.

No crazy Joe...surrendering to terrorists is when you give Iran $150 Billion and let them take our Navy crews hostage; and then shoot down a drone............

#15, what you say USED TO BE TRUE, but under Erdogan, Turkey is now either already an Islamic state, or well on its way, soon to be an Islamic state.

Common sense will tell you that ISIS will not be able to reestablish itself in any area of Syria occupied by the Turks as the Turks or the Kurds both entities that would will be much more brutal towards ISIS then US Forces could ever be. The US forces entered Syria to destroy ISIS and that mission has been accomplished. The US forces were not deployed there to get embroiled an an endless war between the Turks and the Kurds.
