After Federalist reporting unearthed the Intelligence Community Inspector General’s (ICIG’s) material changes to its whistleblower complaint intake procedures, a battle has ensued over whether the changes matter.
This discovery continues to captivate elected representatives, Capitol insiders, and political talking heads across the nation. President Trump tweeted Monday morning, asking emphatically “WHO CHANGED THE LONG STANDING WHISTLEBLOWER RULES JUST BEFORE SUBMITTAL OF THE FAKE WHISTLEBLOWER REPORT? DRAIN THE SWAMP!”

The release of the telephone call transcript to congress and the public has shot down the democrat's charges. They thought President Trump would fight them and claim executive privilege. Then, they could make all kinds of lies. Schiff was blindsided, and had to make up a fake conversation for the hearing!
The democrats ain't seen nothing yet!

The repubs are not called the ‘dumb’ party for nothing. How could this happen without someone knowing. Everyone involved in this should lose their jobs and if they are protected by union rules eliminate the position.

The MSM has utterly failed us. No one in their business, save for a precious few, is doing their jobs and protecting us from the tyranny of the LEFT. How is it that the rules allowing a whistleblower to file a complaint based upon hearsay is changed mere hours before such a complaint is filed? Was the complaint ready, and only then did the conspirators realize the language of the rule disallowed hearsay, so they then changed it? Or why Hunter Biden is being paid exorbitant amounts of money to perform duties he is in no way qualified for? Or why so much attention is being paid to the Ukraine-of all places-when China clearly represents the existential threat to America? The Ukraine is one of the most corrupt places on Earth and the Democrats are claiming in the "Impeachment Inquiry" that withholding military aid is undermining our National Security! Pray tell, how exactly? Pelosi is spewing lies about how the inquiry isn't partisan-no one in their right mind believes that horses4it. I only hope that the IG/Huber/Durham reports come out SOON, and with a slew of criminal indictments.

It was Billy Jeff who first developed the strategy of 'flooding the field' with one scandal upon the next which left reasonable people (and prosecutors) spinning and gasping and unable to keep up with the exploding criminality.
Now.....we see the same tactic used in a prosecutorial gambit to flood the field with accusations which can not be addressed, much less defended, because each day reveals a fresh new (if goofy as Hell) accusation.

They changed the law on whistleblowers as part of the conspiracy to take down Trump. That much is clear. I don't what can be done about it at this stage. They know what they are doing.

Once people frowned with disapproval when they'd say, "The end justifies the means".
Now too many people in public life smirk with approval when they say it.
Something is wrong with that.

With this rule, you can "whistleblow" anything at all. 1. Make up a statement. 2. Leak it to the press. 3. Ask a friend if they've read it. 4. Giscussnit with the friend. Bingo!
It is now second-hand information and eligible to be taken seriously and you are protected!

Before taking the Inspector General job, that individual was a high level member of the Comey crew at the FBI when the FBI was covertly investigating the Trump Campaign and Trump himself. How does that grab you?

This change makes the person a gossip monger, not a whistleblower.
It's akin to all the fun jokes (now erased from the web) we made over at Obama's 2012 AttackWatch site.
Remember AttackWatch?
It only lasted 24 hours before dying under the weight of ridicule.

Yes, who changed the whistleblower rules and who is the whistleblower? He or SHE is either being paid well, or upset because of being overlooked. Here’s at does’t cut it!

This is not going to work. It makes no sense to allow hearsay complaints, or complaints outside the department or agency for which you work. If this is going to be the future, Trump needs to get himself a huge stack of whistleblower forms and file them against the Deep State and Congress, hundreds, maybe thousands of complaints would be justified by our President.
