A key requirement for whistleblowers to lodge a “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” complaint was secretly eliminated at some point in the past year to allow submissions of second-hand material, it has been revealed. This allowed the August submission of an error-ridden whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump to proceed, as the whistleblower—who is believed to be a member of the intelligence committee assigned to the National Security Counsel—has admitted to having no direct knowledge of wrongdoing on the part of the president.

Looks like the CIA’s turn to try to remove this duly elected and highly successful President from office. After three long and tortuous years, the FBI’s attempt was a colossal failure. It also suspiciously looks like the CIA has been working in this for some time. They too will fail. What next? The IRS?

It was another CIA plot. The question is also, how can the President trust the daily CIA security briefings? They will give him the wrong information on purpose. Shut them down.

Next, will the hearsay rule be removed from a legal proceeding?

I agree with #3. Trump can no longer TRUST the CIA to give him correct information. Time to shut down that department and start over. I have no idea where one gets training for the CIA, but I would guess former Military might be a good place to look. These career CIA people think their jobs are secure for life. I don't think so! There has to be a way to weed the Traitors out and keep the good ones.

Read up on the fall of the Byzantine Empire. Ever hear the phrase "Byzantine intrigues"?, the behind the scenes skulduggery that sapped the strength of that civilization and made it vulnerable to the attacks from without?? Read up on it. And the Romans had the same problem.
ABOLISH the FBI, ditto for virtually ALL of these bureaucracies that have become a power in their own right. If you have ever met any of these people, from the 1st level up, you know the disregard and even contempt that they have for the citizenry, the elected, the laws. The serve their agency, not us.
The Founders would be ashamed of us, and rightly so. Who but Trump is acting in our behalf? The term "Deep State" is not just a clever phrase, it is a gruesome reality. With teeth.

More stacks of bogus paper and the attempted coup continues. This is as fake as Balsey Ford at the Kavanaugh hearing or the Mueller investigation now the CIA attempts to dispel the president.

It sounds like the NSC is more corrupt than the JD. Can you imagine the outrage if Trump ask for any type of change at the NSC????

Hearsay is bull. This can't be legitimate. Hearsay could be an editorial that someone wrote while smoking dope about Trump conspiring with martians. Our intelligence community has gone crazy.

It appears that the President of the United States may be reduced to contacting Israeli intelligence for an accurate briefing! The President should cut off the intel information that the likes of Brennan, Clapper and even Comey still get. Put them in prison and let them rot there for the rest of their lives!

The first thing that comes to mind is -
1) Was the CIA or any other govt agency allowed to arbitrarily change the law?
2) Who in the CIA was allowed to change the law - if indeed that is something they can do?
3) Why was the form changed?
4) Once the form was changed, were all govt agencies notified?
5) Was Congress notified?
The questions are endless. #1 is right, this is a CIA hit job on POTUS. Heads should roll sooner rather than later.

#3 & #5 Truman put together this Frankenstein and then regretted it because it kept getting bigger and stronger. JFK wanted to demolish the CIA he didn't trust it. Some ask if the CIA was involved in the JFK assassination.

I think we need a new head for the CIA, and maybe the top couple of layers of leadership, too.

After Trump's 2020 win, a wholesale elimination of the upper leadership of both the FBI and CIA is necessary if we are to survive as a Constitutional Republic. As most of these buffoons are more involved in politics than their actual jobs, I am sure that those actually doing the work can move into those positions with ease.
