My goodness. It was passed when Joe Biden was a member of the U.S. Senate and then signed by then-President Bill Clinton.
A comprehensive treaty agreement that allows cooperation between both the United States and Ukraine in the investigation and prosecution of crimes.
It appears President Trump was following the law to the letter when it comes to unearthing the long-standing corruption that has swirled in Ukraine and allegedly involves powerful Democrats like Joe Biden and others.

The President should have known about the treaty, and if WH staff didn't brief him on it, it was a staff failure.
In addition, a treaty becomes part of the U.S. Constitution. If DJT ignored the threat of Old Joe Biden and his crackhead son Hunter's criminal activity in the Ukraine, DJT would have been failing his constitutional oath!
And the members of the House Intelligence committee, D and R, failed in their duty to uphold the Constitution! So did the Deep State CIA cabal - the whistleblower(s) were indeed, committing treason!l

What a blessed country we have!
We've produced both Tony Rodham and Hunter Biden. Tony went from selling walnuts in the Republic of Georgia - - to running a gold mine in Haiti. And Hunter helped manage an energy company in Ukraine - - then ran an investment fund in China.
Where do these brilliant people come from? Only the good old US of A can produce brilliant achievers like those two!

The apocalyptic disaster soon to fall upon the Democrats and the Corrupt Enemedia was apparent when Nancy Pelosi chose the Four Horsemen of her phony “impeachment inquiry”: Jerry Nadler, Adam Schiff, Elijah Cummings and Maxine Waters. Actually, in the interest of accuracy, Pelosi’s Squad consists of three horsemen patoots and one horsefaced corruptocrone.

Even though there might be a stray betrayer here and there around The President, there also must be some very good staff people who give an honest day's work for their wages.
Another check-mate!

Once again the Democrats/media step in it. A second hand 'whistleblower' complaint underwritten by a Soros backed Leftist group and 3 days later they are having impeachment hearings. Those of us watching this spectacle unfold should have serious concerns about the constant circus going on in Washington. We have actual issues that need to be addressed and nothing is being done besides the daily frat parties the liberals like to call 'congressional investigations'.

Jesse Waters mentioned it yesterday on The Five. He said words to the effect that they've (the 5 contributors) have been asked to support what they say on air. And he read the part of the treaty pertaining to the mutual cooperation between our two countries when it comes to investigating and prosecuting criminal activity. Everyone was quite surprised. Even Juan had to admit defeat. :-)

So let me get this straight: A treaty between the USA and the Ukraine allowing cooperation in the investigation of crimes exists and was signed into law during Bill Clinton's Administration...and Joe Biden blackmailed the Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating his son Hunter? And the Democrats want to use this lawful communication between the leaders of the USA and the Ukraine to impeach POTUS? All this will end up doing is finishing Biden's chances of running for President. Biden's son is known to like prostitutes and cocaine-AND he got gobs of money from the Ukraine and China to run in his hedgefund. Yeah right! Whatever Hunter Biden is, he is NOT a savvy hedgefund investor! He was acting for his father and receiving massive payoffs, that's what he was doing. A hedgefund manager! Don't make me laugh. There is a saying on Wall Street: It takes a genius to lose a million dollars....because no one would trust an idiot with a million dollars in the first place.

What is funny is that they used this feint to drag Pelousy into the impeachment tar pit where all the old dem dinosaurs are heading to die. Maybe in another couple decades we will be looking at the bones of the fossilized dem party. Yes, they were too stupid and corrupt to adapt.

This whole thing is so awful that the Democrats will not even ready directly from the transcript of the conversation with Ukraine, but must paraphrase it to make and add words to make it fit their narrative, as if we all don't have the document in front of us. What a nasty lying bunch!

And we've heard the Republicans revealing this in yesterday's hearing?
There are a lot of people in media (as well as politics, of course) who need to break free from the Democrat mob, the REAL organized political crime cabal, which has been dragging them around by the nose, IF, their nose twisted and torn off, if they want to save the rest of their face. Because, try as they might, to keep the balls of fraud in the air, the truth will sooner or later knock them into oblivion. And since they're attached to those balls of fraud, they'll soon be out of sight.
But meanwhile, the Dems and their co-conspirators in the media ("news" and entertainment) and the never Trumpers like the odious Romney, continue with their coup attempt, and they do not give one damn how harmful it is to the Nation. If just ONE of these people stood up and confessed, he could possibly save the great Ship of State from the shoals, if ONE candidate, or former candidate, could put his or her own venal, greedy, vengeful passions aside in a noble act, that person could be admired and even honored. But, I strongly doubt there's anyone like that in that cabal.
As one of my old philosophy profs used to say, "You pays yo' money, and you takes yo' choice."

Crowdstrike has roots in Ukraine. Soros controls the corrupt Ukraine. Ukrainian U.S. Embassy coordinated with ALEXANDRA CHALUPA of the Clinton campaign. Ukraine is at the source of the Russia Russia Hoax; just ask Paul Manafort. The CIA did the Maidan coup in Ukraine and now the CIA goes after our President Trump. The CIA and FBI are rotten from top to bottom. Pray for the health of President Donald J. Trump, and donate, donate, donate.

Like Biden said, "...we chose truth over facts." Since when would a 'factual comprehensive treaty agreement' stand in the way of their agenda?

There is nothing wrong with a President of the USA requesting a foreign leader to clean up and investigate corruption in a foreign country that the USA is handing a large amount of foreign aid.
In this case it is obvious by now to anyone who has been paying attention that the Democrats and their administrative “Deep State” sophists attempted to “frame” President Trump through the tangled web of the Russian “collusion” scheme that failed. So it is natural for Trump, who believes that the Democrats, right from the top, tried to “screw” him to use every means available to him to find the genesis of the fake Russian collusion scam, including bogus information about him that originated in Ukraine. In the phone call Trump asked the President of Ukraine to cooperate with the US Dept. Of Justice in criminal investigations relating to all that. During the phone call the President of Ukraine brought up the Bidens’ and that Ukraine would cooperate in all aspects of corruption in Ukraine and any connection to the 2016 US election with AG Barr and the US Justice Dept. The USA and Ukraine already have a treaty in force that formalizes such cooperation.
Just because Joe Biden is running for the Democrat nomination for President in 2020 does not in anyway immunize him and his son from being investigated by the US Justice Dept., or the Ukrainians for what they did in Ukraine before the 2016 election, that at the most could encompass criminal violations and or big time conflicts of interest. If Joe Biden and/or his son were always on the up and up in their past dealings in Ukraine they should not be worrying about any investigation of them, and neither should be the Democrats.
