New York Times’ lie reveals the
extent of Democrats’ fear
of the Ed Buck scandal

The media and other Democrats obviously are deeply worried over the arrest of their prominent donor, Ed Buck, on charges of drugging and paying for homosexual sex with impoverished black males. USA Today summarizes: Ed Buck, a Democratic donor arrested this week in Los Angeles who allegedly preyed on vulnerable, younger black men, had multiple victims he injected with methamphetamine, earning the nickname "Doctor Kevorkian" with some, federal investigators said.

Comments:

An LA Times article from January states that Buck donated $520,000 to local, state, and Federal campaigns.

What about Terry Bean? Big Dem donor, founder of the Human Rights Campaign and on trial right now for raping a boy in Oregon. I wonder if he will get invited to Obama's house on Martha's Vineyard?

Dems are the party of the proud, happy, unconcerned sinners. All kinds of sins are welcomed, celebrated and heralded as wonderful. A nasty group of Hell-bound folks. On that down bound train: If you have never listened to Chuck Berry's version of this, it is worth a few hearings, IMO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcB9NGwkHrM

GEORGIA– A Georgia homeowner shot and killed three masked teens as they approached his residence with their faces covered, authorities said. The three victims, one 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds, were all from the area but did not live in the specific neighborhood they were in, the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office said. The teens approached three residents at the front yard of a home early Monday morning and attempted to rob them, authorities say. One of the would-be robbers took out a gun and fired shots at them, before one of the residents returned fire.

One of Brett Kavanaugh's male classmates at Yale has alleged the Supreme Court Justice made unwanted sexual contact with another female student while at the school. A New York Times expose details a story by classmate Max Stier who says he saw Kavanaugh at a party with his pants down. Friends allegedly pushed his penis in to a female student's hand. Stier told senators and the FBI about this, but the bureau did not investigate, according to the NYT. Stier runs a non-profit in Washington and has declined to discuss the story publicly.

If you read my periodic columns in The Hill, you know I am a Joe Biden supporter. I believe that the former vice president is a decent, honorable man who possesses the right values for America and cares deeply about all people. I am certain he would restore rationality and decency to the American presidency. But I would write this column regardless of who I was supporting in the 2020 presidential election, because I believe it must be said.

“I want to be clear—I’m not going nuts,” Joe Biden assured a crowd in New Hampshire last Friday. It was merely the latest in a lifetime of lies this serial fabulist has told. ALL of the available evidence proves that he is clearly going nuts. Perhaps part of it is due to the pressure of being an old white man who’s posing as the standard-bearer of a political party whose sole agenda these days is the extermination and debasement of old white men.

A Parisian shrug at the dalliances of the rich and powerful marks one as sophisticated. An affair carried out with the insouciance of Ilhan Omar and her lover Tim Mynett demonstrates the shameless embrace of not only the protagonists of their minuet à deux but also the nonchalance forced upon the secondary actors, the spouses, and, even more forgettable, the children. Everyone must play along. Adults have needs, many unmet, and what’s wrong with finding amore where one can? Whose business is it? The media coverage of this very European vacation from vows has been gleeful.

It was a Saturday night last March in Buffalo, and Dennis Scott was sitting at home. A stocky veteran with salt-and-pepper hair and a close-cropped beard, Scott had been laid off from Tesla’s factory in Buffalo two months earlier as part of a global reduction in the company’s workforce. Since then, he had taken to sending Elon Musk emails and point-blank tweets, describing the pain the layoffs were causing. Ten days after Scott was let go, Musk had tweeted a goofy picture of himself posing with what looked like a machine gun.

Until the spring of 2018, Jonathan Kaiman was the Beijing bureau chief of the Los Angeles Times. Today he is living at the home of his parents in Phoenix under conditions he describes as a form of psychological house arrest. There are no visitors, and his few remaining friends rarely call. He feels unable to make new ones, because he fears the reaction of anyone who Googles him. He's 32, unemployed, and perhaps unemployable—"I'm radioactive," as he puts it. And he's still trying to find the right combination of psychotropic medication to quell the recurrent thought that ending his life may be the best way out.

When Chad Johansen voted for Donald Trump in 2016, he hoped he was picking someone who could help small-business owners compete with bigger companies. But that hasn't happened, and now the 26-year-old owner of NH iPhone Repair feels what he calls 'Trumpgret.' The Republican president has done little to address health care issues for a small employer, he said, and the Manchester man remains on edge about how Trump's tariffs could affect his business, which employs fewer than 10 people.

"Democrats say we have guns in America because of 'corruption,'" former White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders declared on Twitter on Sept. 12. "No, we have guns because it's our God-given right enshrined in the Constitution." (Snip) The second part of that tweet is silly; God didn't give people the right to own AR-15s any more than a divine entity gave Americans the right to own automobiles without seat belts. The first part of Sanders’ tweet, though, is mostly accurate. The National Rifle Association's money doesn't corrupt Republican legislators. Instead, Republicans oppose gun control because conservative political identity is today inseparable from guns. Identity is a deeper motivator

Venus was once a habitable planet with liquid water on our surface, much like our own, until runaway climate change turned it into a hell world. New NASA computer models suggest that until 700 million years ago, temperatures ranged from 20C to 50C on the surface. NASA’s Pioneer Venus mission spotted hints that the planet had once had oceans in the 1980s - but at the time, scientists believe that it had evaporated quickly. But new research by the Nasa Goddard Institute for Space Science suggests that the ocean may have lasted for billions of years. The researchers believe that

Sanders’ Democratic presidential campaign said the tax would raise $4.35 trillion over a decade and would be used to fund "Medicare for All", along with his plans for affordable housing and universal childcare.
