Air Force deal to refuel near Trump’s
Scottish resort reportedly signed under Obama

The controversial arrangement by the U.S. Air Force to refuel at a Scottish airport near President Trump’s Turnberry golf resort apparently was signed under the Obama administration, according to multiple reports. The details emerged as the Air Force was called to explain a March stopover in the Scottish resort -- with Democrats on the House Oversight Committee writing to Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan as part of their investigation into alleged conflicts of interest by the president. The twist revealing that the airport deal predates his administration could boost Trump's case.

Back in the late 1950s and early 1960s, USAF aircraft refueled at Prestwick, routinely. I was even stranded at the airport for 2 or 3 days, July, 1960. They played a tape of bag pipes for each arrival and departure, and I still get a headache when I hear bag pipes. Three refueling points for those 4 engine propeller aircraft were Prestwick, Keflavik Iceland, and Goose Bay, Labrador. This is just one more absurd fake story pushed by the dimocrats.

During June, 1965 I flew on a military charter flight from McGuire AFB in New Jersey to Frankfurt, West Germany on a PanAm Boeing 707 and we stopped to refuel at Prestwick Airport near Glasgow, Scotland. I remember that there were other US military aircraft there, and also a lot of Royal Canadian Air Force jet fighters there. It seems like Prestwick has been a routine stop for US military and charter aircraft for generations.

CNN opinion host Chris Cuomo (a.k.a. – Fredo Cuomo) got into a heated debate with Republican Elizabeth Heng, the founder of a political action committee called New GOP Faces. As BizPac Review reported, Heng’s anti-socialism ad ignited heavy backlash because it showed a photo of Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez burning into flames, revealing the corpses of the millions who died in Cambodia under socialism. After hypocritically accusing Heng of engaging in “toxic politics,” Cuomo said you can’t compare the Democratic Party’s championing of socialism to AOC’s communist rhetoric.

Have you said you want to tear down the wall?” Hinojosa asked. “If I’m elected, I will tear down that wall. Then suddenly the Democrat is quoting the Republican Ronald Reagan– tear down that wall.”“Right. So the short answer is yes,” O’Rourke said. “I would include all local stakeholders.”“There are more than 600 miles of wall and physical barriers now along that 2,000-mile border,”

From the first moment when he announced his intent to run for President of the United States in 2015, Donald Trump was very clear on one specific aspect to his view of why people would vote for him. As a candidate, he repeated it often: So the reporter said to me the other day, “But, Mr. Trump, you’re not a nice person. How can you get people to vote for you?” I said, “I don’t know.” I said, “I think that number one, I am a nice person. I give a lot of money away to charities and other things.

For about two years, conservatives who closely watched the media’s reporting on President Donald Trump’s alleged ties to Russia have wondered why his former national security adviser, Michael Flynn, simply accepted his fate as the first casualty of what turned out to be a bogus narrative. As Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report showed, neither Trump nor his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia to steal the election. The years-long investigation sent several Trump associates to jail for crimes unrelated to the campaign or the president. One of those caught up in the probe was Flynn, who eventually pleaded guilty on December 1, 2017 to lying to FBI agents about his contacts with

BFFs in D.C.? Apparently not U.S. Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris of California. According to reports, Feinstein, the senior senator from the Golden State, will throw a fundraiser next month for Democratic 2020 presidential frontrunner Joe Biden -- and not for Harris, another White House contender whose poll numbers suggest she could probably use some high-profile help. Feinstein and husband Richard Blum will co-host the Biden event Oct. 3 in San Francisco, according to a copy of the invitation obtained by CNBC. Feinstein first gave her backing to Biden in January, months before the former vice president made his campaign official in April.

President Trump spoke on the phone with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Saturday after Houthi rebels in Yemen launched drone strikes against two Saudi oil refineries. Trump offered the administration’s support for “Saudi Arabia’s self defense” and condemned the attack on “critical energy infrastructure.”“Violent actions against civilian areas and infrastructure vital to the global economy only deepen conflict and mistrust. The United States Government is monitoring the situation and remains committed to ensuring global oil markets are stable and well supplied,” deputy White House press secretary Judd Deere said in a statement.

Now that Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is opening to development, you're seeing reports of its limited potential. The media are downplaying the significance of one of President Trump's signature achievements. They don't know what they're talking about. When Alaska was granted statehood in 1959, it was given the right to select 103 million acres of the federal land in Alaska, 28% of the total. Its first choice was ANWR, on the north slope of the Brooks Range. This was based on the advice of George Gryc, who had studied the arctic slope for the U.S. Geologic Survey.

In an interview with TMZ Live on Friday, Buttigieg was asked about the Twitter feud between former Congressman Beto O’Rourke and Texas Republican Representative Briscoe Cain. After O’Rourke told gun owners that “Hell, yes, we’re gonna take your AR-15″ during the Democrat debate on Thursday, Cain dared Beto O’Rourke on Twitter to come and take his AR-15. Buttigieg agreed with O’Rourke that Cain’s comment on Twitter was a “death threat,” and the South Bend mayor admonished Cain for failing to have a more intelligent conversation about gun issues.

Microsoft released a patch called KB4515384 on Tuesday, Sept. 10, which was meant to address issues in Cortana and SearchUI functionality causing high CPU spikes and the Desktop Search to cease functioning properly. Unfortunately, the patch proved to be an unreliable fix, with reports of the Windows 10 Start Menu failing to work properly. ExtremeTech

In the most contentious Democratic debate thus far, a winnowed field of 10 Democratic candidates took the stage in Houston Thursday night and sparred over hot-button issues such as health care and immigration. Notably, this was the first time that frontrunners Sen. Elizabeth Warren and former Vice President Joe Biden shared the debate stage. Warren and Biden exhibited stark differences on style, policy and vision for the Democratic Party, embodying two opposing theories of what the party should be.
