In Court Hearing, Planned

Day one of the preliminary hearing for pro-life activist David Daleiden kicked off Tuesday morning at the San Francisco Superior Court with testimony from an abortion technician, a third-trimester abortionist, and a vice president of the National Abortion Federation, who testified she doesn’t know what a human tissue procurement company is or does. NAF Vice President of External Affairs Melissa Fowler also testified she recognized StemExpress—a human tissue procurement lab exposed in Daleiden’s undercover videos that is now under federal investigation—as a repeat vendor of her for-profit organization. NAF is a third-party abortion trade group.

The abortion/body parts industry is aggressively going after the prosecution of heroes like Daleiden, but the upside is that you can compel them to testify under oath. We're going to discover a lot more. And it's going to be ugly. The disclosure of the way these ghouls actually operate, is going to be (I hope) the beginning of the end of abortion.

How can that be? CNN and MSNBC Reported over and over and over again that the "selling baby parts" story was a big lie and California only pressed charges against the people who exposed the practice. Not one word of this will reach CNN and MSNBC watchers... It's tricky keeping your people living in an alternate reality.

I'm sure Planned Butcherhood and their Kneepad sycophants will spin this where the world believes Daleiden is one bad day away from being some crackpot going Postal.

We are inundated with TV trial lawyers wanting us to join in a class-action lawsuit against most everything. Why doesn't some hot-shot lawyer start one against Planned Parenthood? Are all lawyers democrats? Are they afraid? It wouldn't cost much to float a trial (no pun intended) balloon, to see how many would sign up. I'm betting it would be an enormous number.

As I recall, one of the reasons Boehner resigned as Speaker is that one of his senior staffers was/is involved with her sister in one of these body parts procurement companies. It might have been StemExpress even. Boehner was getting a lot of donations from those ties, and the association would have ruined him. I have to wonder how many of the corporate members of PP even know what goes on during a procedure? I suspect most of them don't have a clue. They do have history of board members who quit immediately when they find out what happens though. Education can be devastating and brutally honest that way.

For #4 as to class action against Planned Parenthood. Trust me, it's coming but it'll be better if it's a big surprise. Stay tuned but for now--shhh!

Texas Republicans are sounding the alarm as Democratic presidential candidates get ready for their debate next week in Houston, warning that the Lone Star State could become more purple if the party doesn’t treat it as a 2020 battleground. Most in the GOP are confident President Trump will win Texas and its 38 electoral votes next year, and they think Texas GOP Sen. John Cornyn will turn aside his Democratic challenger. But they are worried they will lose more House seats a cycle after Democrats clawed back two districts as they retook their majority.

Retried New York Police Department (NYPD) Lieutenant Darrin Porcher blamed the “regressive policies” of Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio after video surfaced Thursday of a bystander throwing an open container of milk at a New York Police officer. “We look what happened in the summertime, result of regressive policies from city hall, quote, unquote, Mayor de Blasio,” Porcher said Friday during an appearance on Fox & Friends. The suspect remains at large, but Porcher advocated for a public shaming of the man once he is brought to justice. “We have a term we refer to as perp walk,” Porcher said. “Everyone should

A panel of three judges dismissed a case brought by Britain's former Prime Minister John Major and businesswoman Gina Miller arguing that current Prime Minister Boris Johnson's attempt to suspend parliament through prorogation is an abuse of power, Bloomberg reported Friday. The case will be appealed to the U.K.'s highest court, handing Johnson a second legal victory and setting up a final battle over parliament and likely the fate of the U.K.'s exit from the European Union (EU) in the Supreme Court. Miller slammed the ruling in a press conference Friday, according to Bloomberg, and vowed to continue the battle before the nation's highest court. “Today we stand

"I have never seen a thin person drinking Diet Coke," tweeted Donald Trump, himself a frequent consumer of diet soda, back in 2012. Besides being an amusing self-own, Trump's comment helps explain the trouble with most research on diet drinks—including a new study that's been making the media rounds this week. "It doesn't matter if it's sugary or diet: New study links all soda to an early death," reported The Washington Post on September 4. It was one of many similar headlines. The implication of all of them was clear: Zero-calorie cola is a big fat lie, and if you don't ditch it now you're staring down a premature grave.

Please ask your parents if you really want to know’?” Thirty protesters from Utah Eagle Forum and Pro-Life Utah occupied almost every public comment spot available after the president of

Women who experience stress in pregnancy could be more likely to have children with personality disorders, research suggests. The first study of its kind looking at the link between personality disorders and stress in pregnancy found children were at risk if their mothers experienced any level of stress while pregnant. Children had more than three times the risk of developing a personality disorder by age 30 if their mother experienced any level of stress or moderate stress while pregnant, when compared to children whose mothers had no stress. And they had almost 10 times the risk if their mother suffered severe maternal stress. The findings, published in the British Journal of Psychiatry,

In his book The Art of the Deal, President Donald Trump described his communication style as "truthful hyperbole." Hyperbole, sure. Truthful, questionable.
