Pete Buttigieg's husband Chasten attacks
Mike Pence's lunch with openly gay Irish
leader, claiming it doesn't mean the vice
president is 'any less homophobic'

Chasten Buttigieg attacked Mike Pence's lunch with an openly-gay Irish leader, saying just because the two shared meal doesn't mean the vice president is 'any less homophobic.' Buttigieg, the husband of Democratic presidential contender Pete Buttigieg, criticized a tweet on Monday from deputy White House press secretary Judd Deere, who wrote anyone who thinks Pence is 'anti-gay' should look at his lunch with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and his partner. 'I've sat at tables with people who would gladly deny me the right to marry, who openly support conversion therapy, and who adamantly believe being gay is a choice.

Comments:

"If you ain't gay, go away." A message of unity and tolerance from Stinky Pete's so-called husband. No comment from Willie Fitzpatrick or Patrick Fitzwillie.

Buttgrind and his "husband" are both infested with demons. Their gratuitous attacks on evangelical Christian (and Vice President) Pence identify them as anti-hetero to the limit. Homosexuality ain't survival behavior for humanity, mayor. You're an evil person.

'... people who would gladly deny me the right to marry, who openly support conversion therapy, and who adamantly believe being gay is a choice..."

1. There is no "natural" right to marry. Marriage is an institution which in every historic case (until15 minutes ago) was instituted to protect the rights OF CHILDREN to a legal identity, a natural kinship network, nurturance, guidance and support/property from their natural parents. "Gay" marriage is a legal fiction, not a natural right. 2. "Conversion therapy" is a freely adopted choice to get counseling to relieve the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and dysphoria which often stem from childhood sexual abuse. When those symptoms are successfully addressed, unwanted sexual ideations (esp) of a homosexual type are often relieved or transformed as a consequence. Chastain opposes sex abuse survivors' right to therapy? Or is it just unwillingly-gay people in general who don't get to have a choice? 3. "Gay as a choice"? You may not have a choice about those feelings especially if you're not allowed to seek reparative therapy (see #2) but you certainly can control how you act out on your sexual feelings, e.g. the legal term is sodomy. . If you really can't control THAT, you ought to be confined to a safe, restricted environment.

I'm with Jimmy Swaggart on this one. Love the homosexual, be kind to him, don't mock him, but hate his behavior. (Chasten, by the way, has created a fake story about being rejected by his family because he is a homosexual. His family, including his pastor father, all deny that. He was a homeless bum with a large amount of student loan debt, but Peter took him in. Peter, who probably had zero student debt because his father is a professor at Notre Dame University, and ND probably participates with Harvard for tuition swaps for faculty children, now talks about the large student debt he and his husband have. That's sort of a lie. But clever.)

Pence is a Christian, he is not homophobic. We Christians treat gay people like we treat anyone else, with the respect they deserve even when they don’t deserve it. Nobody is “homophobic.“ We just don’t like people who are obnoxious when they give us too much information about their sex lives. It wouldn’t matter if they were straight. If they behave the same way some gay people do, we would just stay away from from them. We still have choices about whom we choose to be friendly with. At least for now, we still have a choice.

As I understand it, the correct term for Pete is not 'wife', it is 'bottom. As for the word 'homophobe'.... I have no fear of homosexuals..... disgust and loathing, and a desire to never come in physical contact, yes..... but not Fear. 'Gay' used to be such a nice word..... happy and carefree, like a small child's birthday party..... until the nasty homosexuals hijacked it. Notice that they chose to hijack a word that is precisely the opposite of what they are.

As other posters have noted a phobia is an irrational fear of something. I don’t “fear” homosexuals. I don’t know anyone who does.

Twitter is the place to drop an A-bomb like this. If this is serious, then this person needs help. If she wanted to get ratioed, mocked, and create a ruckus, then she certainly succeeded. Apparently, wearing red baseball caps is a triggering experience for Rebecca Makkai and she warned that it scares other people. Even baseball caps that aren’t political are not worth wearing because they trigger liberal America. I mean this is just weakness. And people wonder why the far left isn’t taken seriously and seen as antithetical to liberal democracy. According to them, you can’t say certain things—they have speech codes—and you can’t even wear certain things.

Earlier today Walmart CEO Doug McMillon officially announced a number of firearms and ammunition will no longer be sold at stores nationwide. The statement was quite incoherent, but here it is. Here is the @WalmartInc press release making the announcement about discontinuing ammunition sales. The CEO's description of ammunition and firearms is bizarrely incoherent. Great to know they put zero effort into learning about the products they sell. https://t.co/9jDviI1pkj — Stephen Gutowski (@StephenGutowski) September 3, 2019 Just last month an armed citizen became a hero after stopping a mass shooting at a Walmart in Missouri. Democrat Jerry Nadler, the chair of the House Judiciary Committee, is so desperate to impeach President Donald Trump that he’s reviving the old “hush-money payments” narrative concerning porn star Stormy Daniels. Instead of fixing America’s illegal-immigration crisis or addressing the deadly opioid epidemic, Nadler plans to launch another sham investigation — this time into Trump’s alleged role in paying “hush money” to silence Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal. Democrats claim that Trump’s then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, had paid hush money to Daniels and McDougal in 2016

Failed GOP presidential candidate and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush has managed again to anger both liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans. How? By mocking President Donald Trump with a Hurricane Dorian-related retweet. The retweet from documentary filmmaker Billy Corben consisted of a viral video of a Palm Beach man suggesting that the military just drop some ice in the water to stop the devastating storm.“All this warm weather and warm water … we have a Navy,” the man says. “Why don’t the Navy come and drop ice in the warm water so it don’t, so it can’t get going as fast as it’s going?”Watch:

New York—Walmart says it will discontinue the sale of handgun ammunition and also publicly request that customers refrain from openly carrying firearms in stores even where state laws allow it. The announcement comes just days after a mass shooting claimed seven lives in Odessa, Texas and follows two other back-to-back shootings last month, one of them at a Walmart store. The Bentonville, Arkansas-based discounter said Tuesday it will stop selling short-barrel and handgun ammunition after it runs out of its current inventory. It will also discontinue handgun sales in Alaska, marking its complete exit from handguns

In 15th-century Peru, we learned last week, children were sacrificed to propitiate to the Chimú gods, in an attempt to end natural disasters caused by the climatic phenomenon we now call, appropriately enough, El Niño. In our time, the roles have been reversed. Now children warning of an impending climate catastrophe are the ones that have to be propitiated. Now it is they who demand sacrifices. The arrival of Greta Thunberg in New York on Thursday was one of many recent events that illustrate how rapidly modern environmentalism is degenerating into a millenarian cult. Thunberg, 16, is in New York at the invitation of the United Nations,

Over the three-day Labor Day weekend, 41 people were shot in Chicago, seven fatally.Davantae Jackson, 15, was supposed to start high school on Tuesday. Instead, he’s dead. Chicago has among the most restrictive gun-control laws, but Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) took to Twitter to point out that “disarming law-abiding citizens isn’t the answer.”“Gun control doesn’t work. Look at Chicago. Disarming law-abiding citizens isn’t the answer. Stopping violent criminals—prosecuting & getting them off the street—BEFORE they commit more violent crimes is the most effective way to reduce murder rates. Let’s protect our citizens,” Cruz wrote. Gun control doesn’t work.

A federal judge Tuesday ordered the White House to reverse its suspension of a reporter’s press credentials. Playboy reporter Brian Karem’s White House pass was temporarily revoked after he argued with President Donald Trump’s former aide Sebastian Gorka at a Rose Garden event in July. Karem’s hard pass — a long-term White House press pass — was suspended for 30 days in August by press secretary Stephanie Grisham, who cited his lack of “professionalism” and “decorum.” But U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras determined the standards for press behavior had not been made clear before the event and granted a preliminary injunction restoring Karem’s pass. “Grisham failed to provide

San Francisco, the "sanctuary city" for illegal aliens -- now crowded with homeless people camping and defecating on sidewalks -- has just declared the National Rifle Association a "domestic terrorist organization." The resolution, which the Board of Supervisors passed unanimously Tuesday, urges the rest of the country to "do the same." The resolution accuses the NRA or mustering "its considerable wealth and organizational strength to promote gun ownership and incite gun owners to acts of violence."
