CNN’s fall from a purveyor of news to pure propaganda organ of the Left was vividly displayed yesterday. An anchor named Ana Cabrera accused an expert of “sidestepping” the purported issue of global warming making hurricanes more dangerous. She didn’t interview the guest herself, but rather commented on a previous interview done by her colleague in which the other CNN anchor tried to bait guest Peter Gaynor, acting FEMA director, into blaming global warming:
Researchers say that we’re going to see even more very intense hurricanes due to the climate crisis. Do you agree with that?

This large portion of our 'news' media will go to any lengths and will create and then report any story which (hopefully, in their eyes) will cripple, damage and destroy all that is good and great about America. So many in the past have risked everything they had - and have fought and died - to keep America strong, free and safe. These people together with their 'partners in crime' (a large part of the Democrat Party) cannot, will not, must not win this fight.

Perhaps the Communist News Network can explain why the most horrific hurricane took place in 1935 on Labor Day and killed 400 people. Well, perhaps they can't explain! Might have been Trump's fault!!

#2 - the most deadly hurricane to hit the U.S. was the Galveston hurricane of 1900 where 6,000 to 10,000 people died. The storm surge was 15 feet, and the average elevation of Galveston was 9 feet. Nearly every building in town was damaged, and bodies were strewn around town for miles. There were so many, they loaded them up on barges and dumped them at sea, only to have them reappear on the beach the next day. They then burned them in huge pyres. The hurricane was estimated to be a Category 4. After hitting Galveston, it continued up through the midwest, causing 80+ mph winds in Chicago, and causing deaths due to capsizing boats and flooding. It blew through NYC and New England, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. It cause a 10-12 foot storm surge in Lake Ontario. It finally dissipated off the coast of Iceland.

BO has repeated this lie reliably and regularly. If it's good enough for the "ex-president", it's good enough for CNN.
The bigger question is why the big name Alarmists are lying? The evidence against them is becoming overwhelming. They are asserting without evidence. That is NOT science. That is propaganda. What are they selling? Fear! Why? To gain power!

My aunt and uncle lived in Louisiana. They went through any number of hurricanes including Camille in 1969. Global warming - climate change? Hurricanes will happen and all we can do is prepare for them.
God bless the people of Florida and keep them safe.

I have gone thru a number and observed more of them in my nearly 70 years. This is nothing new, and they are NOT more dangerous. Actually, they are MASSIVELY less dangerous because we have warnings.
Prior to the 60s, when satellites started being available, you knew about a hurricane when the weather started going nuts in September or October.

#4. While the Galveston storm of 1900 claimed the most lives, the 1935 storm was more powerful, with a record low pressure of 893mb. Camille in 1969 had the highest winds. Monster storms occur. They did not suddenly start to occur because of manmade global warming.
