Has a 'Limitation'

Former Vice President Joe Biden, the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination, said that U.S. Constitution does not allow "anyone" to own a weapon and does not give citizens the right to buy "any kind of weapon" they want because every amendment has limitations.
Biden positioned himself as the only Democratic candidate who took on the National Rifle Association nationally and won, citing the temporary assault weapons ban that was passed when former President Bill Clinton was in office. It expired under former President George W. Bush and Congress did not renew it when former President Barack Obama was in office.

NO amendment has limitations. Those were imposed by communist scotus justices later. The Constitution says nothing whatsoever about limitations.
Any politician who says there are is not freedom's friend.

Yeah, Joe. the limitation on the Second Amendment is "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED."
You are either an idiot or a liar.
Ooops, pardon me for limiting the possibilities.
You are BOTH an idiot and a liar.

The dopey groper is actually right. In the constitution, all rights are presumed to flow from the Creator, not from the central government. The constitution simply says that the government will not interfere (Shall not infringe) with this God-given right, and even provides the reason.

Every one of the dimbulb passengers on the Clown Car will denounce guns and promise gun reform or confiscation but if the time ever came to take action there will be hesitation. None of them really wants to know how strongly patriots will react to their dictatorship. They would be removed from office by force and it wouldn't stop there.

Speaking of limiting, has anyone seen Joe's brain lately, or is it still in the lab and in a jar marked 'abnormal?'

Virtually every antigun argument is predicated around ,"You don't need ...". The 2nd amendment doesn't address personal need. I don't have to need it. All I have to do is want it. Following that logic, I don't need a car that is capable of speed in excess of 85 mph, the highest allowable limit in Texas. For that matter, I live in Kentucky where the max limit is 70 so maybe I should be restricted to that limit without a special permit in case I "need" to visit Texas.

One of the purposes of the Second Amendment is to protect us from the likes of SloJo. Still, he's out there, toeing the party line.

When the 2nd Amendment was written the rifles our Founders owned and carried were assault rifles. Citizens could own the same rifles our military had. We've had enough "infringements" of the 2nd Amendment. Long past time to deal with how the mentally ill and criminals access guns.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed... It's pretty straight forward Sleepy Joe.

Actually, Idiot Joe, that is exactly what it says. "the right of the people, to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed" Yeah, all of is are "the people", Joe. ALL OF US. And frankly, ANY restrictions are infringement. Prior to about 1900, militias frequently had heavy weapons - cannons. These ARE covered under the Second, actually. But that right is heavily infringed now with MANY unconstitutional infringements on the books now.
The exceptions that make sense are minors (not having the full civil rights of an adult) and felons who have lost their civil rights during a criminal trial. A case can be made for people adjudicated mentally ill to lose many of their normal civil rights, too. "Ajudicated" is a critical requirement, though, in a fair hearing, with proper lawyer support, ability to call and cross examine witnesses, just like any other trial which could wipe out a constitutional right. No kangaroo courts like these "red flag laws".
As usual, Joe is an idiot.

Boy, it's a good thing that the Founding Fathers anticipated people like Crazy Joe. That's why the called it the Bill of Rights, not the Bill of Needs.
Joe - what part of "shall not be infringed" is unclear to you?
