Has Fox News changed? That is the question, though unfortunately, there’s no clear-cut answer. Nevertheless, on Monday FNC chief political anchor Bret Baier tried to provide one by arguing that, no, the 22-year-old network hasn’t changed and is the same now as it’s always been. He made the remarks in response to recent criticism from President Donald Trump, who’s taken issue with FNC’s hiring decisions, its polling data and its seemingly left-wing “journalists.” Listen:

Trump is right again. Fox is dead to me. I will not cling to something that I know hates me, even if it occasionally agrees with me.

Gee Bret, go back and watch some of the the debates with you and Megan. Maybe that would rovide some insight on the Trump bias.

How ironic! Most of us remember Bret’s “performance” with Megyn Kelly (remember her?) during the 2016 debates. His show of bias against Donald J. Trump was as obvious as hers. Our disappointment in Bret was one of the reasons we left Fox about then. His Special Report, with Steve Hayes, A.B. Stoddard, Juan and Charles Lane and Bret himself had become impossible to watch. He did nothing to maintain “Fair and Balanced”...

Mr. Baier out to check out the couple of sites I'm on, including this one, and look at the posts anytime an article has something to do with FNC or someone mentions FNC. There's no love there. I'm down to maybe Tucker, Hannity and Laura. Sometimes I just read a book.

Once the liberal sons took over, Fox started down the liberal road!

Wish they would put Bill Hemmer on in the evening. Imho, he's the only one worth watching on Fox.

Trump is correct. Baier hates Trump. We don't watch Fox any longer, only Dobbs, Tucker and Hannity. The rest is trash.

I don't know, Sean on radio yesterday seemed to be equating Antifa with Proud Boys who were supposedly demonstrating against domestic terrorism this past Saturday in Portland, Oregon, and, also, I believe Sean supported Chris Cuomo after he recently flared up with some person who wanted to take his picture at some gathering. Maybe I misheard........................

I do not watch fox anymore. I do not even watch Hannity - Once in a great while I'll watch a little of Baer- and some Tucker Carlson. But, I find Fox drifting ever more lefty. Fair and balanced my ass!

Yes, Fox has changed. First it was Juan Williams, then Geraldo, then "Judge" Napolitano [he was a judge, and above traffic court, but not by a lot], then Chris Wallace [although he probably preceded Napolitano], and now many others who are somewhere between "never-Trump" and "if it is Conservative, it is bad."
Oh, and I forgot "My God, the sky is falling, why doesn't government do something" Shep Smith.

I only watch Fox every other blue moon. I have found more things to do on my computer. I also read a lot more. I only watch Lou Dobbs. If I watch a little Sean Hannity a little is all I can take from Mr. Non Stop Talking Machine.

Bret is full of it. The Murdoch Boys have forced out a number of conservatives and hired in Juan and that darned Brazile, and they keep Shep, the Leftist, on in the daytime.
Fox HAS changed, and NOT for the better.

Fox News was #1 for years because they were the only news media that actually tried to be fair and balanced in reporting the news. They also had talking heads that actually gave the conservative side of issues, while respectfully allowing lie-berals to come on and give their side.
But then Fox News decided to jump on the faux news bandwagon, and took a hard left turn. I haven't watched them since. Choices have consequences, and they have lost their president, Donald Trump, and many of their previous viewers too. Bad choices!!!

The list of people I couldn't stand watching grew so long, it wasn't worth going there anymore. I liked The Five, then Kimberly left and I had to hit the mute button everytime Juan or Dana spoke. It wasn't worth it anymore. What's up with Dana clutching that coffee mug all the time. Security mug? Always looking at her notes and has no sense of humor. IMHO, she's in say over her head . There I feel much better.

This is good practice for Brett...sailing rough waters that will only get more turbulent as it becomes more evident every day that Glenn Simpson was a Murdoch-Alwaleed tool from 2009.

Over the past several years, FNC has changed. They may not be a letf as CNN or MSNBC, but I think they are heading in that direction. I do know I watch far less of FNC than in the past. I do not watch CNN and MSNBC for more than a couple minutes. I found it's not safe, health wise for and older person with hypertension.

Fox's motto of 'fair and balanced' sounds good and at times they do give both sides-that is what fair and balanced means. BUT why? They have the ratings because they are the ONLY TV show that is remotely conservative. Shep is left, left, and Hannity is right, right, I'm with Laura and Tucker most of the time, but the rest are barely trustworthy. Why? Fox may be knocking the ratings but it would double that if they actually were a conservative network. Said before, there are enough rich conservatives who could buy a network and actually give conservative opinions and news. And would not hire Gerardo. Please God.

To answer #18, Dana says she holds her mug that way because her hands are always cold and it contains hot tea. She is such a previous little imp, isn't she? So petite and virginal, practically perfect in every way. I'll never understand how anyone with a voice like hers could be appointed Press Secretary at the White House.

I guess TK and I were ahead of the curve. We stopped watching Fox News after they fired Glenn Beck for exposing Soros and the web of his Open Society organizations. We knew then Fox was Deep State, although we didn't know that term yet. Poor Beck, already a fragile personality the firing sent him over the edge.

Very rarely watch Fox News anymore. Never liked the FOX Morning show with Ainsley and Co. Weekend morning show was okay but Jedidiah and Co., -always preaching to us and trying to be too cutesy and too fair (Jedidiah - I can respect ....). Hey, I'm not stupid - I can figure things out for myself. Maria is good and Lou Dobbs but he interrupts his guests too much but what else is new. The bimbo news readers like Gillian - c'mon enough with the eye candy.

Heard Rush today mention something about Fox reporting some incorrect economic news, but he immediately inserted the fact that he was not trashing the network and that he was not going to join the bandwagon of those who do. Wow. I guess that included President Trump. You can tell he does not want to step on their toes, as they are always showing video clips of his radio show and he's been interviewed by many of their pundits. Sorry, Rush, but you need to admit Fox went over to the dark side long ago and their drastic drop in viewership proves it. Do not doubt me.

I believe the polls Fox quotes are for the purpose of propagandizing against out elected president. I do not believe them. We are tired of hearing Chris Wallace, Shep Smith, and Brett Baier stick their snide little knife-words in against Trump. Except for him, we would be well on our way to the same fate as Venezuela and old Europe. He is a Patriot and an American Hero!

Fox s still ok by me, what/who doesnt suit me I dont watch. Among the people I still like and watch is David Asman! Glad when he pops over from FBN to sub for some FNC regulars. Life, Liberty and Levin is terrific, there's still plenty of good stuff on Fox and even though it's not what it used to be I still will watch what's good and disregard the rest.

Fox is number one in the cable news channels because they do show both sides. I wouldn’t and don’t watch channels like CNN and MSNBC because they only show the liberal side. Too many think Trump never does anything wrong and get upset when he’s criticized. In my opinion, no one in DC deserves sainthood, so I hardly ever watch any of the news shows anymore. I would venture to guess that Fox is still more fair to conservatives than CNN and MSNBC. I’d say don’t watch anything anymore, and you’ll be happier.

Bret is the most boring person on Fox. Fox has changed for the worst. Warts & all it’s still better than abccbsnbccnnmsnbc. The people on Fox who changed for the worst is Hume, Bret, Neil Cabuto, Wallace, Viettert, Turner, Arthel, Judge Napolotano & Dana.
