U.S. Sen. Cory Booker has missed more congressional votes than any other lawmaker running for president in 2020. The New Jersey Democrat missed 45 percent of the votes brought before the Senate in the 116th Congress, which began Jan. 3, according to an analysis by NJ Advance Media of data from govtrack.us. Fellow Sen. Kamala Harris of California was second with an absentee rate of 44 percent, missing one fewer vote than Booker. (Snip) Both U.S. Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York and Bernie Sanders of Vermont missed 40 percent of their votes. U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts missed 28 percent of her votes.

The White House has announced the Trump administration will enforce long-standing immigration laws that require entrants to be economically self-sufficient and limits public welfare benefits. An entry alien who is -or becomes- dependent on public welfare assistance, is known as a “public charge”. Aliens will be barred from entering the United States if they are deemed likely to become public charges, or welfare dependent.
These immigration rules have been in place for over 100 years, and generally were strictly enforced until the last 25 years. The Trump administration is re-enforcing the rules.The enforcement action will have a direct bearing on the current immigration process

However, officials told the New York Post that Epstein was not on suicide watch at the time of his death.

Any conservative who takes seriously the charge that conservatism has a serious white-supremacy problem is a chump. The people making such charges—Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) in her maniacal tweets, the Baltimore Sun editorial page—invoke a dark history of white supremacy in their condemnations of President Trump, Tucker Carlson, and those who admire them, but they don’t know anything about that record. They think they have the moral authority of African-American suffering behind them, but their eagerness to attach racial significance to the word “infested” only proves their phony credentials.

Let’s apply Occam’s razor to Jeffrey Epstein’s untimely death. Which of these scenarios makes more sense: that a powerful billionaire who knew all about a global elite sex ring was murdered in jail by the same unaccountable forces that allowed him to evade justice for years, or that he suddenly killed himself while on suicide watch?
Oh, he wasn’t on suicide watch? Well, that’s normal. It’s all very simple: Epstein must have killed himself after, very sensibly, being left alone to his own devices, despite being the most high-profile defendant in the country. What are you, a conspiracy theorist?

Since the world has not heard enough about “white supremacy” lately, I thought I would say a few words about this neglected subject.
Please don’t turn up your nose and say “but ‘white supremacy’ is just a malignant fiction, a fantasy conjured up by the Left in order to beat up on conservatives, Trump supporters, etc.”
This is true. “White supremacy” is in this respect like “climate change”: a bugbear, a horror tale utterly without substance but scary—Oooo so scary!—nonetheless. On Thursday, as Matt Drudge and the Washington Post tried to create a split between President Donald John Trump and the NRA, I told readers "Don't go Ann Coulter over a Washington Post story."
The Post, a toy owned by the richest man in the world, wrote, "Trump warned by NRA over background checks."
In response, I calmly wrote, "The important thing to remember is President Trump is taking the NRA's calls. They are in on the negotiations. I would rather not add a law and maybe President Trump is making the liberals an offer they cannot accept. He did that with the DREAMers."

Epstein died of a suspected suicide after being found unresponsive in his Manhattan Correctional Center cell where he was being held on sex trafficking charges.
