House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler asked the National Archives Tuesday to provide his committee records related to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh’s time working in the White House for President George W. Bush.
The move gives House Democrats a chance to relitigate the partisan confirmation battle through the committee’s oversight efforts.
The New York Democrat said the Senate Judiciary Committee failed to review documents from Justice Kavanaugh’s time as a staff secretary in the White House from 2003 to 2006. Former Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles E. Grassley, Iowa Republican, had requested documents related to Justice Kavanaugh’s work in the White House Counsel’s office from 2001 to 2003.

These Dems just pick, pick and pick at President Trump. Are they working any legislation? Passing bills? Addressing the interests of constituents in their districts? Doing the people's work?

Nadler is just deranged, desperate and without the slightest hint of ethics.
Evil man, Nadler.

Kavenaugh was the heaviest and deepest investigated Supreme Court Nominee in historu.
And besides that, Nadler; It isn't within your purview. You wanna investigate Supreme Court Nominees, get elected Senator, and do it before they are approved.

I can just see it now. Last Friday, Waddler, I mean nadler going over his calender to-do list for the next week.
'hmmm, blame that white racist nationalist evil orange man occupying the White House for any mass shootings over the weekend, and review the records of that mass serial rapist kavanagh to see if we can get him booted from the Supreme Court.'

Nadless knows this has no chance. Seperate but equal. Executive Branch deliberations are not subject to Congressional oversight. Courts have upheld that over and over. This is so Nadless can claim obstruction for fund raising and impeachment.

Nadler should volunteer to turn over all House Judiciary Committee records regarding investigations into Trump and the 2016 election in order to "promote ethics and transparency" in the judiciary committee, particularly Chairman Nadler..

Just how many investigations can one moron run concurrently?

This is sinister. It is sending a signal that if you agree to work for Trump in any fashion, your live will be subjected to a very public anal exam to find something wrong with you. And since we all have skeleton or two in our closets, even if nothing of any importance, they are almost assured to find something.
Who would agree to take a job under those circumstances?
This is just pure harassment to deprive Trump of a workable administration. It is just pure obstruction.

Just a suggestion: Let's dig into Nadlr's and Pelosi's past dealings and bring out The Truth on Social Media. Reveal them for the dishonest crooks they are. Have the Justice Department start looking into their crimes.
Let them reap what they sow.

Pray for his removal.

So, Jerry used to represent the 17th, now run by Nita Lowery, which has + 7 Dem advantage, 96K medium income and is 59% White and 11% Black.
Then, he was in NY-8, which is now run by Hakeem Jeffries, which has +36 Dem advantage, 52K medium income, and is 20% White and 53% Black.
His current House district was gerrymandered (look at it), which has a +26 Dem advantage, 93K medium income and is 62% White, only 3% Black (did he have a problem representing an African-American district?), 19% Asian and 12% Hispanic.
With his +26 Dem advantage, he can literally say anything and never worry about being removed from office. This is how the Democrats roll, and use those spokes-people to attack their opponents. And, with a high medium income district he really doesn't have to do much more than be there as the attack dog he's been designated to be.

Acton was right: "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men, even when they exercise influence and not authority; still more when you superadd the tendency of the certainty of corruption by authority." "Despotic power is always accompanied by corruption of morality."

It would be a lot easier for Nadler's fat one to walk over to the National Archives and review what he likes, rather than the National Archives having to copy their records and bring them over to his couch to read.

For what legislative purpose? Justice Kavanaugh was nominated by the President, confirmed by the Senate, and is seated on the Supreme Court. Talk about beating a dead horse!
