Dem Rep. Escobar: Trump ‘Not Welcome’
in El Paso While We’re in Mourning

Monday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Rep. Veronica Escobar (D-TX) told President Donald Trump he was not “welcome” to visit El Paso, TX, following the shooting by someone who reportedly posted a manifesto online railing against immigrants. Escobar said it is “probably unfair” to say the Trump rally held in El Paso in February is the cause of the attack, but said the president needs to “do a little self-reflection” on his rhetoric and actions at his rallies. “It is shocking to me that [Trump] is so utterly self-aware,” Escobar lamented. “And this is why from my perspective, he is not welcome here. He should not come here while we are in mourning.”

Comments:

What this pretentious little snot fails to remember is that A. This is still a free country and President Trump is free to go ANYWHERE at ANY TIME, B. There is no wall around the city of El Paso, and C. You don't have the authority to decide who may come and go through El Paso.

Suck eggs, heifer!!

What a presumptuous little bruja is she. Does she really speak for her constituents from Mexico? Damned if he comes, and damned if he doesn’t. If he stays away, the media jackals will say he doesn’t care and has no compassion. There’s no way Trump can satisfy them either way.

So he can't visit a state with two Rebublican Senators that just happen to represent El Paso as well? Cruz should invite Trump to El Paso and tell Escobar to join them if she dare. One ties of the self centered, snowflake immaturity of Democrats.

I will bet she has never listened to one of his rallies, only the snippets that the media has decided to run and they can inflame people for a reaction. After all, they want conflict since it helps them with ratings. They also want to end 45's presidency, by any means necessary (BAMN). Does she not think her rhetoric is not incendiary in some ways? Democrats have a habit of sending people in super safe districts to go out and say things others could never say, since they don't likely have any fear of losing their seat in the House.

Having lived in El Paso for 55 years prior to moving to Florida, I can say without hesitation that Veronica Escobar is a race baiter and a controlling member of the predominately Hispanic Democrat machine in El Paso. She's a real piece of work. She does not reflect the views of most Mexican-Americans in the city, but she and her cronies control the votes in key areas. She is also ambitious. I would guess that she sees a future for herself as a Latina Kamala Harris. She knows how to fool the voters into thinking she's a moderate and I think she could beat Ted Cruz.

Australia has enough petrol and crude oil to last 28 days, well below the 90 days mandated by an international agreement.

By 2050, the world will need to produce 56% more food than in 2010, to feed a predicted 9.8 billion people. If the level of meat and dairy consumption rises in line with current trends, 2.3 million square miles of forest will need to be converted for agriculture. Our system of producing food already accounts for between 25-30% of greenhouse gases, the UN’s Creating a Sustainable Food Future report warned.
