What must Obama be thinking
as Dems support Mueller’s contention
that an ex-president can be
prosecuted for crimes
committed while in office?

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a genuine and widespread mental ailment. It qualifies as an infirmity because it blinds those afflicted with it to the consequences of their behavior, leading them to harm themselves. (snip) Democrats keep reminding us that it is important to hold ex-presidents criminally liable for their criminal conduct in office.
Have you noticed how ex-President Obama is nearly invisible lately?

IIRC, there is no statute of limitations for treason. I suspect that Billdo Klintoon and his charming wife, Bruno, are sweating as much as Zippy is.

I disagree #1. I don’t think they’re sweating because they’re above the little people
And rules do not apply to them.
In my dreams, however, I see the 3 of them (her, esp) in HORIZONTAL black and white stripes.

Stinky, Slick Willie and Cankles will only answer for their crimes in the afterlife. All three will get a pass because the Republicans are scared of the blowback if they're indicted.

FTA: ''Conservatives like me tend to think that prosecuting an ex-head of state is a bad idea. It further criminalizes politics, after all.''
I disagree. Criminal acts by a president are not the same as political acts. Just because a person was president should not give them immunity from the law. President Trump committed no crimes, as President, that have been discovered. If it is discovered that Obama committed crimes while president, he should be prosecuted, like any of us would be.

One can only hope that AG Barr has enough belief in the Constitution and federal laws that he will prosecute ex-president Obama for his illegal attempt to corrupt the 2016 election and then aid and abet a coup against President Trump. May Barr also believe that equal justice under the law applies to Hillary and her crime gang, James Comey and his crime syndicate at the FBI, Brennan and his CIA informers plus Obama’s goons in the WH, State, DoJ and elsewhere.
At the moment, Barr appears to be better than the Phantom of the DoJ, John Huber. But until Obama regime members are indicted, I have reservatiosn about Barr.

Please note, Obama is in hiding. He's probably somewhere where he can't be extradited.

#3 I think the reason why they won't do it is because obongo, the horn dog and the hildebeast have all the information they need on all of them of their dirty dealings over the years. Remember the 800 FBI files hillary requested and received from the FBI? Remember Arkancide is alive and well.

The silence from the Obama and Clinton tribes over the last month has been deafening. When, in the last 12 years, have the Obama-Clinton machine been so quiet?
The only question that remains -- is it because they fear prosecution or is it because they're waiting for the Looney Left to self-immolate?
Mechanically, it's unclear whether the Obama/Clinton rank-and-file have been ordered to stand down, or if their leadership has simply gone radio silent. The answer to that question would probably answer the question of what now motivates the Democrats-in-Hiding.
over the last month. What, Barry, no snarky 4th of July public statement about "real" Americans?

Did you notice that all demonrat congresspersons ended their five minutes by saying, "No one is above the law - - not even a president"?

I think we've seen evidence of crimes committed by members of the Obama administration, with his full approval, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. His Socialist/Communist tentacles spread quickly through so many agencies. The real question is that when the evidence becomes clearer and more obvious will anyone in the MSM report on it? Does anyone have ANY integrity left?
I have a personal friend who is a well known member of the MSM. On his personal Facebook page he had a post, just a few minutes ago. It was a photo of a "missing persons" flyer with Obama's picture and description. It read "Goes by the name of Mr. President...Please return to the White House immediately, he is missed terribly."
How can they be this clueless? He wasn't even very likeable as a person.

I have said it before and will say it again: anybody put on the Federal payroll during the OBozo Reign of Error should have fired by Jan 31 2017. There should have been a complete house-cleaning.

@#6 - Unless the Obama's have given up their Secret Service protection, the Feds will always know where to find them.

We call out for BO, Bill, and Hill.
Yet we fail to mention the names of Holder, ValJar and Lynch?
Why do we not include these 'folks' in those potential orange jumpsuits when we are aware of the crimes they have committed?
They are just as deserving.

About criminalizing political actions, one of the very first things Obama and Holder did was to bring charges against the federal agents who water-boarded the terrorist suspects connected with the Twin Towers attack in 2001. That deeply disturbed me to read of it.

Billary may eventually both see the inside of prison cells but you can bet everything you’ve got that nobody is EVER going to prosecute the first (sort of) black president.

I keep hoping that Mr. Durham will actually start indicting people in the next month or two.
Then we can expect to see these criminals start flipping on each other, looking for a deal if they tell the real insider story.

Good one! We can still prosecute o'blah-ba for all the crimes he's committed. Especially usurpation of the presidency.
