Jeffrey Epstein, the wealthy investor facing charges of sex trafficking involving dozens of underage girls, may have either attempted to commit suicide or was assaulted in jail, a late Wednesday evening report states.
According to NBC New York, citing sources familiar with the matter, an injured Epstein was discovered in the fetal position inside his jail cell at Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City. He was found “semi-conscious with marks on his neck,” reports NBC New York. Two sources told the news outlet that Epstein may have attempted to take his own life by hanging.

Did anyone really think this guy was going to live to testify against half the democrat party? Considering the other half is already in prison, not likely that that was ever going to happen. Hillary and Bill and their pals have lots of friends in low places. The human trafficking party will not be prosecuted you can count on that.

Well, that didn't take long. If this pedophile/human trafficking ring is as extensive and the movers and shakers of this world are in the thick of this as they have been rumored to be, this guy will not live long. Too many elites are at risk of exposure and these people are as powerful as they come. If these deviants can do to their victims what they do, getting rid of this guy is a no brainer. They are morally bankrupt already so it goes without saying that eliminating a threat like Epstein is not a difficult decision. Without him, this will most likely fade away and someone else will step in to fill his shoes. His elimination does two things. It removes the threat and strengthens their power over anyone else who would dare cross them. When lawless global elites want to reveal their power, what better way than to remove a threat that has the power to destroy them. It sends a message loud and clear to anyone who would even consider exposing their deviancy.

Suicide? Hanging? Was there a sheet or a shirt tied around his neck? Was there anything in his cell he could hang himself from? No details provided. I guess he tried to strangle himself with his own two hands. If that’s the case, he was just making bruises in an attempt to get a transfer to a cushier prison.
But you can never discount the Clintons.

Nasty Epstein has relationships with too many powerful people, so I'll bet he has a lot of hidden evidence that he can slow roll when events like this happen, and I'll bet you there are plenty of PDs working to find this evidence for their clients. He's despicable enough on his own, but he shouldn't go down alone.

Well, there is a Fort Marcy Park wing at the Met Correctional Center, so this "attempted suicide" is no surprise.

The "treasure trove" isn't so much in his living head as what's in that vault on "Fantasy Island" in the Caribbean. Whatever it was he used to blackmail rich, famous, and powerful people is so strong it kept him alive and prospering this long. His death is all but certain five minutes after being allowed exposure to the general prison population, "Ooops, my bad!," is all the prison guards need to say, and they have their kids' college paid for and money in a Geneva bank account.
What's in that vault and how it's handled matters a great deal. And this at a time when our FBI/DOJ is at its lowest point of public confidence ever.

Definitely not AK suicide. Had it been there would have been a shiv in his back. Although, there is a good chance that he tried to strangle himself with his own hands. All this with a killer, named Tartaglione (hmmm) nearby but he said he never touched him and you know caged killers never lie. There are few, if any, with a strong motive to see this guy talk. A prosecutor with stars in his eyes might but not to the extent it would upset the powerful around the world. Instead he might receive anonymous gifts beyond his or her wildest dreams.
OTOH, it may have been a warning but Epstein may want to spill what he has because once it's out there the game changes.

He'd better get his video testimony done while visiting with his lawyer and get a lot copies of it put in safe places because his days are surely numbered...

Things are never what they appear with this one. The people who have access to him in prison and want him dead are not this inept. He is beyond feeling shame, so if he tried to commit suicide it was not for that reason. Either he hoped to succeed and avoid prison, or he hoped to fail and get sent to a hospital, or it was a lame attempt to get sympathy.
Killing him will not get rid of the problem for his cohorts, because he is known to keep lots of photo evidence.
Since they have a picture of a mattress by the window in the "temple" now, I assume a warrant has been executed on the island.

His lawyer called him and said to fall down until the guard comes, and act disoriented. That'll get you out of stir for a day or so until he can work out a better deal. That's how it's done.

My current premise - prison staff was recruited to approach Epstein during off hours and offered Epstein a deal: consent to an assisted suicide, in exchange his family will be awarded Orgy Island and cash. But, prison staff botched it. Assuming Epstein can still talk, get his story before Arkancide pays him another visit.
Note to the corrections center - has the thought occurred to you yet what you are dealing with by having Epstein there? Or your non-existent security was planned all along in hopes a hitman would come in to take him out?

The list of who would want to silence him would be all the participants in his orgies with under age girls. The thought of him giving states evidence for a lighter sentence would give them the "willies."

Here's another angle. The case state prosecutors, as well as interested federal prosecutors, are certainly aware Epstein is at risk for either murder or suicide. They would probably prefer a more secure situation for their star witness. However, given the high profile of the case it would have been fodder for the enemedia if he had been placed in such circumstances. There would have either been charges of special treatment for the rich friends of Trump, or inhumane treatment for a friend of Trump's arch rival...Her. So, the prosecutors plant this story to NBC-New York as "sources familiar with the matter" setting up a public and legitimate reason to move Epstein into a more secure environment.
Its not like we don't have plenty of evidence regarding investigators and prosecutors feeding the enemedia narrative, and in this Time of Trump its not outside the realm of possibility that the White Hats are using Deep State tactics against them. As our very stable genius president often says, "Wait and see."

Its an act to get moved away from the place he's in probably because he's been threatened by people not happy with his proclivities. The proper response would be to ignore his attempts just like he probably ignored the pleas for mercy from his many victims.

No, it's all staged. He will be reported dead, then quickly buried at sea. He will then turn up in Israel running a Kibbutz. He no doubt has an insurance policy, "If anything happens to me, my lawyer will release the names."

As an old prison guard (supervisor) I can tell you this stuff does not just happen to a high profile inmate. He is obviously not in the general population. So, "fame hunters" do not have access to him. He is, quite obviously, in as secure a place as possible within the institution. If that place is not secure enough, he will obviously have to be moved. I have to question if he was on a suicide watch (checked visually every 15 minutes at random). That said, my experience with correctional officers is that a great many of them are less than stellar performers. They tend to get far more wrapped up distributing toilet paper than they do keeping a professional watch over a single inmate. Supervisors tend to not supervise their officers correctly and officers tend to have their own opinions about what constitutes "professional behavior". Remember, they are, for the most part, union employees. I have witnessed the most callous disregard for the inmates- subhuman, in my opinion. I once watched a man desperately trying to breathe, lying on the floor in the Officer's station, dying of a heart attack while people stepped over him conducting routine business. When I asked, "What the Hell?" I was told, "Oh, the nurse says it is just indigestion.". "Has the nurse seen this man?" "No, we called him at his home and he says just give him Maloxx." I saw the signs of sever heart fail happening and grabbed the keys to the prison ambulance, snatched up two convicts standing outside and the stretcher and rushed the man to the hospital. I was fired on the spot by the shift supervisor (who had no authority to do so!). I got the man to the emergency just in the nick of time. He went into fibrillation as the doctors rushed in. I was docked two days pay for my actions until the inmate sued and I was called for deposition- suddenly the whole system changed to nothing but sweetness toward me. Then, after only six months, the man died and the suit was moot. That tells you how prisons actually work!
