Meet the woman who ties Jeffrey Epstein to
Trump and the Clintons

Original Article

How did wealthy sex offender Jeffrey Epstein come to be palling around with Bill Clinton and Donald Trump? People who know those involved said Epstein’s connections to two U.S. presidents ran through one bubbly British heiress: Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell, who has denied accusations made in civil suits of aiding and participating in Epstein’s sexual abuse of minors, has been among the financier’s closest associates. Unlike Epstein, she comes from a rarefied background that gave her entrée to the rich and powerful.

One never knows what goes on behind closed doors. Wealthy people love being invited to other wealthy people's parties. They don't care how they got their money, they just want to be included in their circle. I am sure the Clintons knew but they didn't care. I am sure Bill Clinton knew exactly what was going on and enjoying it. He gets massages from young women at his penthouse at the Clinton Library in Little Rock. Notice we have not heard one peep out of Chelsea about Epstein or Maxwell even though she is good friends with both. All we hear about is Trump ran into him at a party. Go figure.

"palling around with Bill Clinton and Donald Trump" - in the FIRST sentence of this article. So pathetic. Always with the party line, and never subtle. So desperate to equate Clinton with The President in this whole mess. Unfortunately, once there was a blue dress and now there are flight logs.

You are so right #3. When one of my neighbors got caught and went to jail for setting up his own ponzi scheme I predicted that his wife and children would not fall out of the tight circle of the monied and sure as hell I was proved to be correct. Who can you possible identify with when you become extraordinarily wealthy. It is no surprise that Trump or the Clintons would be in the same sphere as Epstein. Only Trump however, took the bold step to stand for something when confronted with the pervy truthy. It's not simply the intersection with Epstein, but the nature of that intersection. Clintons and Trump are worlds apart in that regard.

The author somehow forgot to tell us in the article that 15 years or so ago that Donald Trump found out that Jeffery Epstein had some sort of sex with one of the underage employee “towel girls” at Mar-a-Largo and that Trump then took action by kicking Epstein off the property and banning him for life. Who cares if Trump as the proprietor at Mar-a-Largo had photographs taken with patrons, including Epstein, who were sojourning at the resort!

New Anti-Trump Ploy Is Conjuring
A Recession

The latest ploy of the anti-Trump press phalanx, and their weekly echo chamber of assorted Democratic candidates and legislators, is to try to move the voter-approval needle by insisting an economic recession is about to occur. The problem is, it isn’t. As weeks pass without a recession or even increasing objective statistical hints of a recession, the continued trumpeting of a recession becomes self-stifling. Not even the economically illiterate mouthpieces of CNN and MSNBC can keep a straight face for long predicting recession when there are no signs it is happening.

To those of us of who learned our U.S. history from texts in the 1940s and '50s, President Donald Trump's brainstorm of acquiring Greenland fits into a venerable tradition of American expansionism. The story begins with colonial officer George Washington's march out toward Fort Duquesne in 1754 and crushing defeat and near death at Fort Necessity, where, according to myth, he fired the first shot of what would become the French and Indian War. With the British victory, Washington went home to Virginia, only to be called back in 1775 to lead the Continental Army in America's War of Independence, which lasted six years, until the victory at Yorktown.

Chris Cuomo's ridiculous profanity-laced tirade has become a viral video but his bosses at CNN still defended him. Too bad Rep. Michael Grimm didn't get the same support from his party when he lost his temper at an intrusive reporter in 2014. Both men had had their temper flare ups exposed on video but only one incident made any kind of sense. Let's review the circumstances: CNN anchor Chris Cuomo was approached by a man asking for a photograph when Cuomo was at an event with his wife and 9-year old daughter.

Although largely forgotten today, during the 1930s and 1940s my grandmother, Eunice Carter, was one of the most prominent black women in the United States. At a time when so much was closed to those of her race and gender, she accomplished extraordinary things. She was a prosecutor in New York City, where she helped convict Lucky Luciano, the nation's most powerful mobster. She has been much on my mind the past few years, because I've spent the past several years writing a book about her. She is, in a sense, in my head.

When word got out during the last presidential election that Seattle developer Martin Selig would be supporting Donald Trump, the blowback from our liberal town, he said, was “stunning.” “Do you know what it’s like being a Jewish Republican in Seattle?” Selig told The Seattle Times. “The repercussions of what you hear from people is stunning.” In reaction, Selig, a billionaire, retreated from any affiliation with Trump in 2016 and said he wouldn’t even vote for him. It had become problematic just getting along in the city while wearing a MAGA hat. But that was then. This spring, Selig went all-in for Trump,

President Trump has warned China that it must respond “humanely” to the protests in Hong Kong if it wants a trade deal, for the first time suggesting that the United States would impose costs on Beijing if it launched a Tiananmen Square-style crackdown on the city. It’s about time. China is in a much weaker position in Hong Kong than many realize. It claims to be showing "restraint," but the fact is if China could easily crush the protesters, at a cost acceptable to Beijing, it would have done so by now.

If there were ever a survey asking gun owners why they buy guns, I’d wager the majority of them would say that it basically is for protection. The Second Amendment was not written for hunters but for the people’s self-protection, including protection from tyranny. The first thing smart dictators do is remove guns from registered owners. While the media and the left pontificate about the evil of guns used in recent mass shootings, Senator Lindsey Graham told the blatant truth when asked about why he owned an AR-15. His comments were reported in an article by Hunter Lovell in the Washington Examiner:

Since June of this year, six members of the NYPD have committed suicide, bringing the 2019 total to eight. This represents a sharp rise within the department, which has averaged between four and five suicides annually. The increase has many wondering how to curb a disturbing trend. I don’t pretend to have the answers, but I hope that these deaths will prompt reflection on the often-grim reality of being a cop. We should ask ourselves whether the critical posture that so many have taken (in New York, in particular) toward police in recent years reflects an appreciation of that reality. When asked what they imagine

"We shouldn't taunt people about it. And overeating shouldn't be singled out as the only vice. It isn't. We all have something.

When the British went to war exactly 80 years ago they swiftly lost the individual freedom to make fundamental choices over the way they lived. Freedom of travel, freedom to choose work, freedom to remain where they lived, freedom to choose a school for the kids, freedom to buy the clothes they wanted, even the freedom to decide how many books were printed, how many movies were made, and what kind of news could be reported and what could not—all gone. That’s what being on a war footing meant. The state became all powerful. In order to survive, we were told, individual choice was a luxury Britain could no longer afford.
