Our friends at Twitchy picked up this story earlier this month, but it’s about intolerant liberals, so it’s evergreen. Apparently, some on the Left just can’t stand that some of their friends are supporters of President Trump. In some cases, it’s led to marriage troubles, the breaking up of relationships, and even the termination of friendships. It’s pathetic, but that’s the Left for you. This is a liberal America problem. For one Think Progress reporter, he just had to sever ties with a friend on social media because of her Make America Great Again hat. He detailed the whole sad affair:(Tweet)

Most of the people I work-with fall on the spectrum from Liberal Democrat. . . to Outright TDS sufferer. I have been ghosted or de-friended by several, merely for gently changing the subject when they start stirring the pot with their anti-Trump fantasies. Sux to be them, to deprive themselves of my company. But it's sad that adults would act like that.

I only konw of one former associate, from my serious pistol competition days, who is (based on second hand reports from reliable friends) completely deranged about Trump. I occasionally run into this guy, and have thought about how to react if he starts spouting anti-Trump stuff.
My intent is to say something like, "Let's change the subject to something we can agree on and laugh about."
And if he is unwilling, "Good bye, John." and walk away.

I have a few liberal friends, and when they start ranting about Trump or Brett Kavanaugh, I don't say anything and change the subject as quickly as possible. On the 4th, one started snarking about my Trump and Melania pictures only to find out that everyone else in attendance was either a Trump supporter, or not suffering from TDS. She shut up pretty quickly and behaved herself for the rest of the evening. Liberals are so sure of their "righteousness" that they feel free to come into someone's home and rudely criticize their wall art.

It’s something to see this guy twist his thinking and logic like a pretzel to answer back the MAGA friend’s response to his intolerant behavior.

Avoid expressing any political sentiments on Facebook. Don't want to discuss politics because it's a waste of time. No one's mind ever changes. More importantly if The Left takes over completely Facebook would provide the names of members of The Right and we'd be faced with something that would make The Bataan Death March look like an Easter parade. Nobody hates like The Left. Don't wear hats, put stickers on my vehicle's bumper, or signs in my yard. My politics is my business. You are entitled to your opinion and I don't want to hear it.

I'm not attending my 50th high school reunion ( 6 hours away) because the reunion organizer made a negative PDT comment on FB. Several other classmates echoed their support of her comment.
I keep my boundaries with my liberal extended family.
I'm in direct sales. My upline sponsor is a empty-headed liberal. I changed his name in my cell phone to 'Do not answer.'

I used to respect my liberal friends opinions “not that I agreed” until Trump was elected. Now I find myself not believing anything they say regarding political views until proven otherwise.

Perhaps someone finally explained to Zack what was under his woman friend's skirt, and it frightened him.

They can tolerate men in the restroom with their 4 year old daughter.
They can tolerate the selling of baby parts by abortionists.
They can tolerate their 6 year old coming home from school asking what sex they should be.
But they cannot tolerate a different opinion by an old friend!

This is like the snivelings of actor Chris Evans of Captain America fame. He was mewling about how he was going to have to sever his own ties with Tom Brady since Brady was friends with Trump, and that connection might somehow make himself look bad. ??? I mean really? How could somebody else's thinking may YOU look bad, unless you thought that way yourself too? Omar and Jesse Ventura have it completely backwards, it isn't republicans with the mental illness, it is the Left. We don't go attacking their candidates and supporters with cement bombs, but they sure do.

This person is lucky it was only an old high school buddy and not a spouse that had to be kicked to the curb. Imagine how Kelly Anne Conway feels when she has to kick her husband George to the curb.
You are better off without this Anti-Trumper. It is time to cut high school ties. Don't take them back...you will thank me for it later.

This is the perfect CNN, MSNBC democrat junkie. Loves to be a glass half empty guy, at best. Doesn't read both sides of an issue, and loves to have problems. Probably gay.

Sitting here at lunch at work reading this. The conversation today switched to the president. One of my co-workers hates him. I like the guy. He's fun to talk to. He's very good at his job. He is gay. I don't care because he never makes an issue of it. He talks about the president being intolerant. He also has a hatred for the president who has done him no wrong so who is the intolerant one ? I just ignore the conversation because I know his feelings and would loose a friend if he knew my feelings. So who's the intolerant one ?? I won't change his mind and he won't change mine. I will vote for Trump again. He will vote for whoever. I guess we cancel each other out. And life goes on.

You get used to it. I lost close friend over a Clinton joke regarding flannel skivvies keeping his ankles warm. Way back in the day I lost a college roommate over my distrust of nudists. Win some, lose some. Cookies crumble.

So, "unfriended" by a homosexual (i.e. a perverted, degenerate fecal freak). My only question to myself, were I his friend, would be,"Why was I friends with a deviant in the first place?"

True story: I was traveling in the car with my very liberal brother and sister-in-law (I’m a proud Deplorable.) She shared a problem her good friend had with the friend’s daughter seriously dating a Republican. The friend said, “It’s a good thing they broke up because I was going to have to disown her.” My sister-in-law added, “I agreed completely with her. I’d have done the same thing.” She was absolutely serious. Obviously we never talk politics.
Sad.

Without Google you have no brains
Without Twitter you have no attention.
Without GPS you have no idea where you are.
Without Facebook, though, you have no friends.
Sucks to be you. Buy a piano.

I post whatever I want on Facebook. If my liberal friends want to unfriend me they are welcome to do so. I DON'T CARE. I don't have time to cater to their intolerance. And if it were a family member, it wouldn't bother me either.
