Rep. Jim Jordan unloaded a scathing rebuke of Democrats and their hypocrisy during a House hearing on border facilities and issues related to migrant family separations.
The Ohio Republican and Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee slammed Democrats for “making ridiculous and dangerous statements” in a fiery speech following an outburst by Chairman Elijah Cummings while questioning Acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan on Thursday.Jordan accused Democrats of “choosing to play politics” with the border crisis issue, “fabricating stories of cruelty and besmirching the hard-working civil servants protecting the border.” Today, the Committee is examining the #TrumpAdmin’s inhumane policy of separating

I like Jordan but why is he wasting his breath? Does anyone on this earth actually believe that Cummings has a clue what Jordan just said? Does Jordan think Dems are going to do anything for the next year and a half but blame Trump and Rebublicans for any and everything? Lecturing a rock doean't affect the rock. Its time for Jordan and other Rebulicans to fight back. Look at the mess made of a simple easy Dem condemnation vote when a Rebulican fought back. First, the quota chair had no idea how to handle push back and did what all Dems do when their bullying is challenged. He bravely tucked his tail and ran. Then came the nonsense of censoring Naci and then having the House clear her (oh, some moderate Dems may regret that in 2020). And their pep rally against Trump turned into a Charlie Foxtrot. Don't talk, fight back!

Ok, Jim Jordan, the Republicans held a majority in the House last Congress and did what? The border has been effectively open since the days of Dubya. A lashback by conservatives stopped McCain and Dubya from their "reforms" and the punishment has been doing effectively nothing to stem the invasion since. The Uniparty is taking care of their US Chamber of Commerce low wage masters. A good chunk of the illegals work in agriculture, which is the electoral key in Midwest swing states, too. So. let's stop kidding ourselves. Both sides are pumping out boob bait on this issue. NEITHER is willing to find a solution, beginning with effectively sealing the border. The issue is too valuable to their fundraising.

I heard someone blaming both parties for the hot mess on the border, saying republicans didn’t do anything when they controlled both houses either. I won’t blame all republicans. I blame the leadership of Boehner and Ryan. Neither did anything. They were worthless!

Don't fall for all the lies that'll come out of these demonrat commie mouths during the 2020 election. Take away their lies and they're all left with nothing. This is the country's chance to kick every single one of these anti-American commies out of Congress on their arse. The same goes for local elections.

Has Cummings ever been near the places he is describing?

One lonely man tells the truth, while the mainstream media and their flunky followers of the Democrat Party puke all over the truth. It is a shame anyone even slightly believes a lying crap head like Cummings.

Isn't the ethically challenged himself Elijah Cummings' wife in the news once again for more shady dealings? Could this be the reason the man is so "outraged"? A little diversion. Give me a break!!!!!

The House would be much different if Ryan had been sent packing when he became a lame duck as Speaker, and a man the likes of Jim Jordan had taken his place. The Uniparty would have none of that. Jim Jordan may be a lone voice crying out in the wilderness, but I don't doubt his sincerity. He is one of the few "Good Guys" left.

So, with a new Republican majority in '20, and McCarthy as Speaker, a GOP-majority senate and PDT in the White House another term, we can expect border security to seal the line from interlopers? A wall authorized, funded and built? We can expect changes to the law to prevent abuse of known, well-used loopholes, and an end to "birth citizenship" granted foreign babies?
Blame Paul Ryan all anyone wants, and understand how he became Speaker and why he remained such without a challenge...how'd that happen?

What Cummings does not want to recognize is that the parents of these children are putting them in this position by sending them with coyotes to cross the border.
Don't blame us! The fault lies solely with them and every member of Congress, Dems and RINOS, who refuse to address the problem!

Watched the sickening Elijah Cummings almost weep talking about migrant kids being unable to bathe at these detention centers. Wonder how he feels about the many thousands of homeless American children sleeping in much, much worse conditions like cars or overpasses. Idiot.
