A businesswoman and immigrant from Jamaica hoping to unseat freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. told Fox News' Sean Hannity Wednesday that she wants her New York City neighbors to have a representative in Congress who speaks to the issues of her district."I'd like to represent the constituents in Queens and the Bronx," Scherie Murray said."We see AOC, from the time she's been elected, she's put out policies like the job-killing Green New Deal," she added. "She then went on to kill the Amazon deal in New York, which would've put some 25,000 jobs in Queens."

While I doubt there aren't enough republican voters in Queens to fill a bathroom, I wish Murray all the best in her campaign. Stranger things have happened in politics and Murray may make it close and give Cortex something to worry about.

She might do better than you think. I understand the people in her district aren't happy with AOC who is out to make a name for herself at the expense of her constituents.

AOC may not be helping her constituents but she is certainly helping us by exposing the entire democrat party for what it is. I would like to see this battle for her position take place and knock some of that smugness out of her.

And if AOC loses, rest assured that she will appear on MSNBC or CNN in an instant...

It would be interesting to know what AOC’s district FEELS about
her lookitmee term so fat.
Ask tha man on the street what he “thinks.” It’ll go something like,
“I like her energy and commitment to the environment. She’s for
raising taxes on ‘the rich’ to pay for Universal Health Care and I
Like that. She calls out the racists and who doesn’t like that?”

I believe her constituents are still upset that she killed the Amazon deal. Plus, she's so dumb and unpredictable (not to us), so they can't be proud of her.

Looks like we’re about to find out if there are sane people left in Queens.

I watched the clip of her on Hannity - she is better than good. She is terrific! Hannity, as usual, interrupted her at a most inconvenient and annoying moment. But she recovered and wouldn't let him end the brief appearance until she gave her website. I wish her the very best.

People in that district don't vote on merit, that's why they live like that.

I never thought that The Peoples’ Republic of Maryland would elect a Republican governor either. Same goes for Illinois, but it happened. Murray just has to lay out a sensible plan for helping her district and keep pointing out that AOC is all and only about AOC.

Would love to see Ms. Murray debate AOC. It would be enlightening. AOC has no clue what she's doing. Her Boyfriend (and Chief of Staff) calls the shots, writes what she should say and is right behind his Puppet at all times. Without him, she wouldn't be able to answer a question or put a sentence together that would make any sense. She would just be trying to wing it! I hope the people of Queens will have had enough of her by the time the next election rolls around. Ms Murray is very Impressive and will give AOC a run for her money

AOC didn't win on her merits; she won on turnout. She was backed by a radical organization (which still runs her) that got out the vote in a primary in which the incumbent barely campaigned because his seat was so safe (he thought). The turnout was very low so it didn't take much for her to win. If the Republicans can manage to help this challenger with her campaign I think she has a good chance.

This is an immigrant woman we can support. She is amazing, and she understands the challenges of her community. Here's her website: scheriemurray.com. Scroll down and watch her campaign video called "Bridges". It's worth 2 minutes of your time.

The district is equally in Queens and The Bronze.
While there may be a scattered Pubbie or two in Queens - - The Bronze hasn't seen a Pubbie since - - well - - since the Bronze Age.
No chance at all for Murray.

The best way to get rid of AOC is to defeat her in the Democrat primary. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt any Republican has a chance in that district.

I watched a video on YouTube in which an interviewer was talking to people in AOC's district. He spoke to maybe a dozen or so people who were predominantly working class; many were black. None of them felt she was working on their behalf and no one supported socialism. She did get one vote of support from a man who once his interview was over hopped into a new MERCEDES and drove off down the street.
I think there is a good chance that she'll be gone soon.

We need to ID all the “Justice Democrats” and primary every single one. The money behind them is big, but energy and turnout from us is paramount.
Now is the time to take our country back!
I am in utter disgust at Joni Ernst and Jerry Moran for coming out against our President.
There are too many RINOs blowing in the wind.
