A new report on old records from the 1990s contradicts former President Bill Clinton's timeline of his relationship with alleged pedophile and child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. On Monday, Clinton released a statement condemning "the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago" and "those with which he has been recently charged in New York." Clinton's statement detailed his interactions with Epstein, which included multiple flights that he took with Epstein, "one meeting with Epstein in his Harlem office in 2002," (Snip) But according to a story published back in March 1995 by the Palm Beach

Of course he is lying. When do the Clintons ever tell the truth about anything? And what will come of it? Nothing.

No problem. He's a Clinton. He and his followers are free to wipe (with a cloth) smash with hammers and run over disk drives and cell phones with a steam roller. They can do it publicly with no fear. Anyone (along with all their relatives and associates) who accuses the Clintons, even in jest will be investigated for years by the FBI and the state of New York, during which they will be accused of obstruction of justice for the crime of proclaiming innocence and impugning the motives of the accusers.

Remember when then president Bubba “tripped on the stairs” and broke his leg? He was supposedly at the home of a pro golfer but it wouldn’t be too far of a stretch to suggest that that was his cover story and he was really at Epstein’s Palm Beach digs. Never, ever believe anything a Clinton says.

It’s a comparison of self-promoting rhetoric vs actual results. Barack Obama’s photo-op foreign policy of bowing and grinning garnered no respect among Chinese officials while President Trump’s tough-as-nails approach has done the opposite. Mr. Obama shrugged at the thought of millions of Americans losing jobs to the Chinese. President Trump said ENOUGH and went to work to remedy the decades-long imbalance between the two nations. Now, even some former Obama-era officials are admitting the Trump approach is working. Imagine that. (Tweet)

A federal appeals court in New Orleans appears ready to rule that a core provision of Obamacare is unconstitutional. It's unclear exactly when the appeals court will rule, but whichever side loses at this stage is almost certain to appeal to the Supreme Court, setting up a potential legal showdown in the middle of the 2020 presidential race. The Supreme Court previously ruled that the Affordable Care Act was constitutional because Congress has the power to tax people.
