Only reason Dems object to July 4th parade is because of Trump 'hatred'

Fox News' Geraldo Rivera defended President Trump's Fourth of July parade plans saying that the only reason anyone opposed the celebration is their "hatred" for the president. "This is a symbol of the partisan toxic malignant atmosphere that we have in our country. When you see how Republicans feel about the country right now according to the surveys and the way that Democrats feel about the country now according to the surveys. It is amazing," Rivera told guest host Dan Bongino on "Hannity." "People on the left hates our president so much that they are willing to just put a negative spin on anything.

Comments:

A rare case where Geraldo can see the truth. I agree with him rarely, but we are on the same page with this one.

When you hear the leftist and liberal Democrats, who are the biggest spenders in all the world, complaining of the cost of transporting a couple of armored vehicles from a military base to DC you know that it is all political. Chances are President Trump will give a great patriotic speech at the Independence Day event and the Democrat will do anything they can to sabotage that happening.

Unfortunately it's not only because they hate Trump. They hate our flag. They hate our constitution. They hate our country. And to top it all off, they also hate us.

Not just hatred of a great president. Hatred of a great nation. Hey Dims - here's what you need for 2020: a catchy slogan. Instead of MAGA, use TADA - Tear America Down Again. You know that's what you want to do.

Pelosi's alchohol tab on charted air force aircraft shuttling her, her family and friends around was about the same cost as bringing in the tanks. So I dont see the problem.

As much as I dislike Geraldo, I have to agree this time. The left has shown nothing but hate for President Trump since he beat Hillary in 2016. What they don't realize is that they are hurting the country just because they hate him. We have to work to make the country great, not worse.

CNN is suffering a credibility crisis as viewership for the once-proud network continues to crater with no apparent plan in place to fix things anytime soon, according to media watchdogs and insiders. CNN’s audience shriveled in the second quarter of 2019, averaging only 541,000 total viewers, less than half Fox News Channel’s 1.3 million average. But CNN struggled even more during the primetime hours of 8-11 p.m. ET, finishing as the fifteenth most-watched network on basic cable behind networks such as TLC, Investigation Discovery and the Hallmark Channel. CNN averaged a dismal 761,000 primetime viewers while FNC averaged 2.4 million.

Britain’s ambassador to the United States resigned Wednesday, just days after diplomatic cables criticizing President Donald Trump caused embarrassment to two countries that often celebrate having a “special relationship.” The resignation of Kim Darroch came a day after Trump lashed out at him on Twitter describing him as “wacky” and a “pompous fool” after leaked documents revealed the envoy’s dim view of Trump’s administration. “I am grateful to all those in the UK and the US, who have offered their support during this difficult few days,”

A U.S. high-altitude drone was shot down Thursday by an Iranian surface-to-air missile over the Strait of Hormuz amid heightened tensions in the region after last week’s attacks on two oil tankers, a source told Fox News. The U.S. Navy’s MQ-4C drone, , which has the same wingspan as a Boeing 737, was over international airspace at the time and about 17 miles from Iran, the source said. Capt. Bill Urban, a U.S. Central Command spokesman, declined to comment on the reported attack when reached by the AP, but he said no drone was over Iranian territory. IRNA news agency, the country’s state-run news arm, identified the drone as an RQ-4

During an appearance on "Fox & Friends" Friday, Rivera said it's clear Barr wants to get to the bottom of the Russia probe's origins and that he has "his target" on some of the biggest names associated with it. "If I were James Comey right now or James Clapper right now or John Brennan right now, I would be quaking in my boots," Rivera said.

When assembling a cabal, prudence dictates that one choose the participants with an eye toward circumspection. After all, a loudmouth is not the best repository for your darkest secrets. President Barack Obama may be about to learn that lesson the hard way. In 2010, following the roughshod passage of Obamacare, the American people during the midterm elections unambiguously expressed their disgust with high-handed government edicts. A furious populace handed a solid House majority to Republican leadership, who promptly squandered the opportunity, never missing a chance to stand down, pledging unconvincingly to "fight on the next one."
