The world was watching history being made and overnight millions of Americans stayed up to watch the first sitting U.S. president cross into North Korea. President Trump and North Korea’s Chairman Kim Jong-un took a massive step toward deconfliction and peace.
An incredible moment. WATCH: (Video) (Snip)At 3:44pm ROK Time, President Trump walked out of Freedom House towards the military demarcation line between South and North Korea, located between the two famous blue huts.
The North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, wearing his traditional Mao suit, was walking down the stairs towards him on the Northern side

Here in another article are videos. The crossing, the press conference with PDJT and Kim in the Blue House in South Korea. I did not find this to be dull. History is not dull.
It is interesting to see the dynamic between these two men. President Trump is almost fatherly toward Kim. Their actions toward each other are quite natural. I found it fascinating to see our President in action in this kind of situation. I cannot imagine another president who could have pulled this off. A very wise man, with excellent instincts, President Trump shows himself to be graceful and gracious without diminishing his own stature. No bowing and scraping. Just two leaders meeting.

It's unfortunate that the democrats will downplay, and even ignore, this great event. I was disappointed in the woman on FOX and Friends (Jed) who kept trying to say that if this didn't work out, and Kim didn't follow through on his side, that it could be bad for President Trump in 2020!.
President Trump is doing everything he can. He cannot force Kim to honor any negotiations, but at least he is TRYING! I believe President Trump has, and will, be recognized positively for his efforts, no matter what Kim does. President Trump will be reelected in 2020, regardless of what these preening pundits say!

Compare President Trump, meeting with Xi and Little Rocket Man, trying to solve problems that have festered for years, to the clown show the Democrats put on last week. One man actually working for our nation, the others all trying to find ways to destroy it.

The tweet that caused this to occur:
After some very important meetings, including my meeting with President Xi of China, I will be leaving Japan for South Korea (with President Moon). While there, if Chairman Kim of North Korea sees this, I would meet him at the Border/DMZ just to shake his hand and say Hello(?)!

This is incredible symbolism for the world. No other president would have done it. Trump is an incredible president, and the U.S. is very fortunate to have him.

The left wing media hated this. The people in those countries know how huge this was. They have never seen any movement like this before in their lives. It was truly historic. This is how you can start something good.

The dems are so fearful of our President's successes. It doesn't do them a bit of good.
Bill Clinton couldn/wouldnt do it, George W. couldn't/wouldn't do it nor could the 'ever bowing' Obama, the Magic Negro do it.
This meeting was about committment not photo ops. This is about a work in progress for peace and not a worn out line in the sand.
Mr. Trump's re-election campaign video will be a very long visual list of all of his accomplishments while occupying the "Oval." Add that to his monetary war chest and I give you the re-election of the best President the United States has ever had. When his 2nd term is up, who next? The thought makes me shudder.

Only Nixon can go to China. Only Trump can go to North Korea.

The beautify of the videos is that you can see the dynamic between these two men. You will notice that they now seem to know each other, more like old friends meeting than adversaries. They are easy with each other. This is particularly obvious with the often stiff, stoic Kim. President Trump has put him at ease. Do watch the videos.
For those who mock this as kabuki, well, you just don’t know what you’re talking about. It is much easier to negotiate with someone who becomes familiar, who lets his guard down a bit, and where mutual respect is shown. President Trump is a master at fostering this.
Watch the videos. The needle has moved.

Athough the initial reaction was seen by the MSM as weakness on Trump's part they are clueless about how this dynamic plays in Chinese culture. To appear weak is to hide one's actual strength. The handshake with Kim was a clear message to Xi that an new suitor is courting one of their close neighbors. I suspect the meeting earlier this month between Xi and Kim was more about reassuring Xi that Kim wasn't going to get too friendly with Trump given the strains that the sanctions and trade war are putting on their relationship. China's greatest fear has always been encirclement by their enemies. Trump, the master negotiator, saw their meeting as a vulnerability and orchestrated the impromptu handshake on NK's own soil. If he can drive a wedge between them by promising that Chinese companies that relocate to NK to get around tariffs will be advantaged as they are in SK he will use the leverage to get denuking in the bargain. I can see the plan unfolding. Thank you Trump Su.
