Emilio Amaya, a longtime immigrant advocate in the Inland Empire, spent much of the day Friday taking calls from a frightened community.(Snip)No one yet knows the actual impact of nationwide immigration enforcement operations set to start Sunday.
President Trump had said Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents would begin removing “millions” in the country illegally. Federal officials then said that agents in major U.S. cities would target up to 2,000 family members for deportation. On Friday, Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore said about 140 individuals with orders for removal would be targeted by immigration agents in

Tom Homan was on FOX this morning and he was livid that someone at DHS leaked the information on Where and When these Raids were going to take place. He said that puts the Agents in danger. I've never seen him so upset!

Putting this information out there is dangerous to ICE agents! They should have done the raids and announced the results.
Then again, local politicians probably put it out there after ICE consulted with local law enforcement. Illegals first, ICE agents be damned. Unbelievable!

Yet another leak by an imbedded SJW activist, letting everyone know where and when the raids will take place. It's long past time to ferret out such saboteurs and either fire them or put them in jail.

It should not be hard to find out who at the top of DHS released to the media what should have been restricted information concerning the planned arrests of illegal aliens who are under final orders of deportation. By doing that, whoever released that detailed information could very well be putting the lives of ICE agents in danger, and be obstructing legitimate federal law enforcement operations.

Good. They should be scared. They've broken our laws and have no business being here unless they go through the legal process of applying for citizenship.

Too bad, so sad for them. Leave on your own volition; no worries about evil ICE.
Snitchers should be jailed.

My this White House mole has been busy lately, no? First, he/she leaks the Iran attack to the msm and now the more leaks the day and time of the illegals roundup.

If you don’t want to be scared or “terrorized” try staying in your own country.

This has been tried before and it always blows up in the President's face. This is bad...all it is going to take is just one overzealous helmeted and armed agent grabbing a pitiful, crying, Mexican 10-year-old and suddenly, we will Elian Gonzales all over again. Even the most ardent conservatives will frown over that.

There was no White House leak. PDJT put notice out in a very strongly worded tweet. Morgan put out the word. There was nothing secret about it at all. And here is how those affected would be warned:
An administration official told the Associated Press earlier this week that ICE would be focusing on people who had final deportation orders from federal judges but remained at large in the country.
Also from the article:
Salas noted that CHIRLA is well prepared to respond to ICE actions because immigration enforcement happens daily in Southern California. A major difference in this case is that Trump and federal officials have been so public about their plans.
“People know that enforcement is happening all the time. But the manner in which this is being rolled out is cruelty at its highest level,” she said. “This president is doing this with the intention to scare and to create terror in our community.”
In an interview with ABC News Live, ICE acting Director Mark Morgan said the agency is not trying to spread fear.
“No one is instilling fear in anyone,” he said. “This is about the rule of law and maintaining the integrity of the system.”

In 2016 ABC reported Obama deported more illegals than any President in history. Where was the outrage from the fake media in 2016???? LA Times... your bias is showing!

Excuse additional reply, but where exactly did anyone see “detailed information” on precisely where these raids would be conducted to pick up those who have already been ordered deported? Hardly “sweeps” at this point, they are quite targeted and those who know they have ignored a deportation order would reasonably fear that they would be picked up. Others, not so much just now.

In an operation like this, there are too many people involved to keep secrets very long. The sad thing is that someone had to spill the beans about specific locations. II suspect the rat will be found.

Great news. I really DO hope that these CRIMINALS are terrorized to the point that they will go
back to their own countries.
If they are terrified, that is a wonderful thing.

Tweeting an announcement one week in advance was akin to the local sheriff broadcasting that his deputies will be checking the blood alcohol level of every patron exiting The Four Aces Bar next Saturday night. How many people will be in the tavern? Two. Joe the bartender and Cherie the waitress.
